The room had a slight smell of curry and other spices. The rack above the clothes hanger rod was falling out of the wall. Only 2 of the 4 screws holding it were secure. This would be a $3 repair job and only take a couple minutes, so I was surprised it was left undone. The bed was a bit too soft -- luckily I was extremely tired. Strangest of all -- there were only 2 lights for the entire main room, and one seemed to be outputing only about 9 watts of power. So at night, there would be no way to see well enough to read or write or do other manual tasks, unless you were within about 12 inches of the one good lamp. The outdoor swimming pool looked YUCKY -- too much mold and mildew in and around it. I didn't try the Free breakfast.

The check in was smooth and the staff very friendly. The room was clean but the jetted tub was out of order and the heat did not work properly.. The vending machines were out of order. The most disappointing was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and they only have a very thin blanket.. The mattress seemed old and in need of replacement. Was very disappointed and tired from barely any sleep when we left. Will not be staying there again.

Just checked out of the room this morning and while headed home I felt something crawling in my pants leg around my knee, I immediately stopped and found a bedbug in my pants. After further investigation of the pajamas I slept in, there were several others.

The housekeeping is terrible. The pillows had blood on them and the sheets were dirty with black stains on them, we had to strip the bed. Im pretty sure the sheets werent changed. The linen had burn holes in the comforter and the sheets. The carpet was disgusting stains all over. Front counter guys were really nice though. Jetted tub was great! Room definitely needs an update.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean enough. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever and the pillows and linens were terrible. There were burn holes in the sheets. The loud music went on loudly and almost all night. It was impossible to get any rest here. The loudest place I have ever tried to sleep.

Room was clean, quiet and bed was very comfortable. However, bathroom was a different story. (1) The shower curtain rod was not attached to anything and (2) the shower pad leaked into the main floor leaving a river to step through when we left the shower area. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy, but we had no problems otherwise.

Originally booked a king soom, but was told a smoking room was available for a few $ more so we switched. The room we got was dirty, paint peeling, tile in bathroom broken, toilet stopped up while we were there. AC started leaking into the floor below us and maintenence had to come into our room for almost an hour and vacuum all the water out and off the floor. Old style innerspring mattresses that were VERY hard, and super hard pillows as well. Overall was DIRTY, but i guess for less than $100 a night i got what i paid for.

I didn't like how I had to change the sheets and pillow cases due to upon checking in I checked everything as I have over 14 years of head housekeeping experience. I noticed immediately that hair was on the bed and stains on the pillow cases as if the bed linen never was changed. I also had to take 2 towels, hand towel, and a wash cloth due to the stain and hair particles on them. I was told by the gentleman upon checking in late check out permitted until 12:30 no later than 1. Then next morning I was woken up and told late check out are charged a fee. Then I had to get up rush to get everything packed and once luggage started transporting downstairs I was called and told that it's ok for 12:30-12:45. That's unacceptable customer service which have caused my blood pressure to go up and the front desk young lady was very nonchalant when I explained the state rules and regulations once a front desk employee have stated one thing and then are told something different from a different front desk employee. I will not be staying anymore stays at this location.

overall it was a fine accommodation. I was surprised no coffee in the room. And keep "keep this slip because that is how you get your damage deposit back. And if you don't have this slip when you check out, no deposit" I have never seen this. The room was fine They gave us the third floor

This is a case where you get what you pay for and although the ratings weren’t bad, the hotel was not very nice at all. They also charged the card that I booked the room with instead of the card that was given to them when my daughter and her grandpa arrived. I signed something electronically authorizing the card to be charged for incidentals only but instead they charged the room to that card. I emailed them about it but have not heard back.

I did not bring my stuff in before I checked the room because you can tell it’s sketchy. First room covers were nasty with stains on the cover they gave me another room which was even worse. Large stains on the covers with crusty white debris. It’s smells old like a thrift store and people were constantly in and out that appeared to look sketchy as well

We chose Home Inn for its proximity to our driving route to Fl. It is an older bldg, but reasonably well maintained. The bathroom needs updating but everything works. Breakfast was meager but adequate. Most rooms were vacant and neighborhood was lsomewhat rundown, which is a turn off to us and to many others.

This hotel was so bad at 10:00pm we had to leave it and find a different hotel. There was people hanging around the front entrance being loud and sketchy. The room had burnt holes on the furniture the bed covers. I DO NOT recommend you to stay at this hotel. It was so bad my granddaughter that is 13 was crying .
