I really like the property and location of this Embassy Suites. I have stayed here before and was surprised they have recently (last 2 months) started charging for self-parking that you must pay via a 3rd party payment system with additional on-line payment fee. (missed it in the fine print). The hotel is in a suburban area where parking is generally free. Parking should be built into the rate, so guests are not irritated by additional junk fees and having to pay separately from room charges on your smart phone. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and the hotel offers a good breakfast and evening reception.

Its behind a CVS Pharmacy. Parking is $13 for 24 hours. Pros: 2 bar drinks are included from a selection of drinks. Staff were nice. The pool is a good size and there is a jacuzzi. The room was nice, clean, loved the bathroom/shower.

Nice overall, one thing I will add however. Being someone who drives an electric car part of the time I looked for “electric car charging” this place said just that. Come to find out all they have is Tesla chargers. Come on folks Tesla is t the only electric car so I spent an hour searching for chargers, I did find some 10 miles away but how hard is it to turn 1 or 2 of your car chargers to non Tesla.

The best, you gotta stay here! I think we stayed at the tale of the renovation cause the bar area setup was the last thing they were finishing. The breakfast buffet was the best for an included perk. The facility was very nice condition, the staff were very nice. The room was spacious with a view. Me and my boys work out a lot so we really appreciated the gym. They have top tier equipment and Hammer Stength dumbbells up to 75lbs. Honestly the best hotel gym I have ever seen. We stayed here and went to Tombstone then up to Sedona. The social hour was a fun surprise with adult and kid drinks with some snacks for free!! Only thing bad I could say about it is it was hard to get the WiFi to work on our phones. I was reading the reviews about the hotel during construction and glad we missed that and I can’t speak to that….but I can tell you it looks done and the place is great

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $12 for one night to park my car. If you get a room at a hotel you should have a place to park your car without paying. That was ridiculous

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a great location! The breakfast and happy hour were great! The people working were wonderful, but overworked as they didn’t have enough help. The only bad thing about the place was the pool. It was nasty. It was closed our first day there. The tiles around the top edge of the water are covered with black sludge. We were really looking forward to the pool, so that was a disappointment.

We had an amazing stay at this Embassy Suites. The staff were friendly and kind checking us in. Our suite was sparkling clean when we checked in so kudos to the housekeeping staff! The area surrounding the hotel is quiet and walkable, which we appreciated since our dog was traveling with us. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and weren’t bothered at all by the sounds of the traffic. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay here again.

The housekeeping service was terrible. One day didn’t clean or take out trash. Looked like there was dry blood on the floor next to toilet. The tub doesn’t drain well and fills up fast. Too many doors in the room with living room.

Thr room could have been cleaned better. The carpet was dirty with hair and debris. It had not been vacuumed prior to us checking in. The towel by the sink had 2 hairs on it. The tile floor in the living room space was dirty. The pario door had greasy sticky childrens hand prints on it.

The room was big but the furniture in the room is extremely old and stained. Didn’t even want to sit on it. Need more lighting in rooms, was very dark. The breakfast was awful. Stayed there 5 days and every day they ran out of something else. Garbage in main areas laying around for days, never picked up. Seemed very short staffed. Could be a nice hotel but needs some updating badly.

The pool and the breakfast were good. When we arrived one of our sinks was clogged. They unclogged it but the drains smelled the rest of the time we were there. We had to put shower gel in the 2 sinks every time we came back to the room to kill the smell.

Ourvroom looked great at first until we realized that the yhere was an air conditioner/air intake in a locked closet in the bedroom. So even if we didnt have our a/c on, the noise from that unit kept us awake all night. Terrible. Nice hotel but be careful what room you chose. Better to call the hotel and ask which rooms are the quietest before booking.

This hotel is in ideal location for walking to shops and restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast included with room reservation which is very convenient when you are on the run to a meeting. The room was very spacious with all conveniences; coffeemaker, fridge, microwave and a safe. I found the hotel to be very quiet and relaxing. I will be staying here again.

We stayed here 5 years ago and the service was so much better then. For this trip, every day we had to go to the front desk for basic items that housekeeping didnt complete. We waited at the bar for 15 minutes waiting to order drinks, no bartender anywhere. The service greatly declined in 5 years. When booking our trip, we started with hotel since our last stay was wonderful. Not sure i would stay here again

First, I paid extra for a room with a balcony and although it did have one, they put me on the bottom floor and the AC unit that was outside was making it unbearable to hang out outside. They could’ve accommodated and gave us a different room without that there so we could actually hang out outside without having to go all the way to the car. One of the front desk men at around 1am was extremely rude and impatient. The internet sucked too. Overall did not enjoy my stay and will not be returning.

Beautiful hotel, but terribly unorganized. We arrived after 14 hour road trip to find our room to not be ready with no ETA of when we could check in,with no help from the front desk woman. Asked for a call from the manager and did not receive. Very disappointing. After waiting 3 hours to check in after the check in time, they half assed checked us in, with an attitude.

The only reason I rated this hotel so poorly is because we experienced an 1.5 hour power outage and we had zero communication from the hotel and we could not get ahold of the front desk or the Hilton rewards desk. This outage caused my husband c-pap machine to turn off in his sleep, the food in the fridge went bad and we had not AC or fans in the middle of summer. They can do better at communicating and checking in with the people. Other than that, the hotel was great and I would recommend this place to anyone.

As I have always said, it's the people not the hotel name that either makes or breaks its reputation. I can honestly say that from the time we checked in to the time we left, everyone of your employees made our stay great and upheld your name. Yous should be very proud of them and commend them in some way. As far as the hotel itself. For the most part it was very clean, quiet and well maintained. The main negative issue I have with it, is that it charges for parking and there is no benefit to that. Its not a secured parking lot, and there is no security to watch over the lot, especially at night. I understand that its next to business and you dont want non hotel customers parking in the hotel parking lot, but if you are going to charge customers, then have something in place that secures the lot. Otherwise, it's not a very fair charge. Overall, this is a great hotel and yes, I would stay there again

This is my favorite hotel in Tucson. A little jewel. Beautiful mountain view as you walk in. Delicious breakfasts, fantastic staff and wonderful, convenient location. I did notice on this visit that the rooms look a bit dated. The woman at the front desk said that the hotel is undergoing major renovation - with all the rooms and total hotel all being freshened up. Great news! She said should be completed by Jan or Feb of 2024.

The staff was outstanding! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The was a sewer odor emanating from the bathroom sink. We found the only way to control. The horrible odor was to put water in the sink and pull the stopper, spray, air freshener, and close the bathroom door to keep the rest of the suite from the strong stench. The suite was clean. Breakfast made to order omelets were tasty, but all other offerings intended to be warm ( scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage or bacon) were all cold. The potatoes actually leaked grease. The fruit was fresh. The muffins just a shade under burned. Drinks, and yogurt were nice.

Used to be our favorite hotel in Tucson. After our stay last night we will not come back. Tall shower head didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible. I asked for 2 fried eggs over medium. They were under cooked and swimming in a plate of oil. The cook poured the eggs onto a plate oil and all. The sausage links were soo over cooked they were like jerky. There wasn’t any juice. The potatoes were undercooked. Still crunchy. We will not return

Overall it was a comfortable stay. It was clean enough and the staff was accommodating and helpful when asked for things. I had to ask when breakfast was, if they could bring more towels to the pool when they were out, when their evening reception was. The tables and areas around the pool were left dirty from the night before not cleaned up before opening again the next day.The room was clean and bed was clean. We had some rowdy neighbors which made it a little uncomfortable but we loved the space and vicinity to shopping. The breakfast however was really bad, we have stayed at other embassy’s that were fantastic so a little disappointing. It was like they were just trying to get rid of stuff nothing worth eating except the fresh omelets. Happy hour in the evening was good except for the stale chips they put out. But all of these things are things that are included not that we paid extra for so honestly I was still happy.

Description on Hotels.com state free parking. However, the hotel charges a parking fee to cover the cost of repaving the lot. When I spoke with the staff regarding the parking fee, they were very dismissive. Apparently, it was my problem. Breakfast was poor quality. Not the Embassy Suites experience of the past.

The room was very nice and the staff in the lobby/registration were very nice. Breakfast the first morning was a nightmare - ran out of plates, cups, forks and two of the three items on the hot buffet, and took nearly 20 minutes to get restocked. They do have a made to order omelette bar, which was fantastic. The next morning however everything was stocked sufficiently. The pool was closed nearly all day on our first day, so on our second day (and when we were going to be checking out) we asked for a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool, and they kindly obliged. Even though there were some unfortunate issues, the staff was friendly and tried to make things right. I would recommend, as well as stay there again.

Having a suite with separate bedroom made life easier. Checkin was easy and friendly. Our room clean and comfortable. The hotel has both a restaurant (breakfast and dinner) and a bar and gives you 2 drinks each for each day of your stay. The negative - they were totally unprepared for the amount of guests over the thanksgiving weekend. Breakfast was chaotic, they ran out of forks and coffee. Never mind. Having a made to order egg station is great but not if it takes almost 30 minutes today.
