Hotel and motel located on highway entrance to the city of Cuernavaca. Easy to get a taxi or walk to bus stop. But this area of the city has been seriously neglected by city officials, has no sidewalks, not pedestrian crossing areas, not street marking for cars. Dirty and unkept but this no fault of the hotel.

Good location on N side of town. Room with balcony don’t have air conditioning. Not a problem most of the time, as pleasantly cool.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is great at restaurant and the hotel is very clean! I love the balconies facing the sunrise! I stay here anytime I travel to Cuernavaca.
