Unfortunately the hot tub was not hit barely warm which was really disappointing as it was cold out and so looked forward to using it! Once people mentioned it not being hot no one looked into fixing it! Or turning up!

Our family of 4 had a 7-day stay at the place and we were blown away by the views and how spacious and well keptthe rooms were. Clean, comfy beds and crispy white linen, superior toiletries and daily cleaning including dishes. The staff was nice and you can precheck before arriving. We had the one bedroom suite with views to the 3 sisters mountains, gorgeous, which has a a full kitchen with every utensil you may need in your stay and setting for 4 people. We didn’t have to leave the place for breakfast so it was nice!. Plenty food around and only 10 min walk to town. 16 min driving to Banff and 45 min to Lake Louise. The parking is heated and free and they have ski lockers. 100% I will recommend this property.

The hot tubs were amazing with a view. One didn't have the jet while we were there between August 15-18, 2025. They also had a restuarant that served Asian food that looked convienient. We did not go while we were there so I cannot say how it was. We also has a double bedroom condoish room. Views all around.

Great place with renovated rooms and a bbq on each balcony. The only inconvenience is that there is no area to park while you check in and that the underground parking lot was crowded due to a portion being closed for renovation supplies.

Our room was fabulous, very spacious, exceptionally clean and quiet. We loved the gas fireplace to warm up by after a chilly day of hiking. The hot tub was also so nice and the view of the mountains while in the hot tub and from our balcony was breathtaking! The girls who checked us in were so friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We booked a 5 nite stay in a King studio and was upgraded when we arrived to a 1 bedroom suite with Mountain view! We loved it so much we booked another nite ! The condo style suite was super clean, had all the amenities we needed to cook our own home cooked meals and was so cozy with the gas fireplace. Ypu could have your room cleaned and restocked daily or whenever required. Our balcony had great views and the BBQ was a great addition to a few delish meals! We used the robes to go down to the hot tubs, great amenity for the cool weather. We used the parkade for our SUV and it was easily accessible to the elevators and also offered a free self serve car wash . Price point was perfect for a week stay! We will definitly book again and can't wait to be back !

The property and room were very clean! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy even helped when we had a flat tire. The room was spacious with a kitchen and basic kitchen essentials. We enjoyed our 8 day stay and will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning property! 10/10 for cleanliness! The room has everything that was needed for our stay. Definitely will return again! 9.99/10. Our only issue with the stay was the shower was broken, we had the overhead shower but the remainder of the jets didn’t work (handheld, middle and lower jets). (Really a minor inconvenience, and the front desk was notified).

Spacious 1 bedroom unit. Traveled with spouse and 1 teen. Sofa bed is ok but matress not the best. Very clean. Sufficient plates/cuttlery/glassware for only 4 people. Had to run dishwasher every day. Great bathroom with separate tub and shower. Laundry facility in bathroom very useful. Would stay there again. Did not try the hot tub.

Bed was cozy. Room was clean. The main issue was that the room was brutally hot. We tried numerous times to turn the A/C on and it didn’t work. Hot air was coming from the fireplace even though it was turned off. We ended up having to turn the pilot light off. After everything, the fan was still not going and the room wouldn’t cool any lower than 22 degrees. I called the desk hoping to get some help or a different room. Was told he was getting calls from all the floors about the same thing and that we will just have to open the window and use the fan that is in the closet. We slept with the sliding door wide open & had to put the fan together ourselves. It wasn’t the end of the world, however with the amount we paid to stay here, we expected better.

Awesome room with a mountain view. Front desk staff was excellent. Pull out couch comfortable. Fire place in room, full kitchen, laundry, awesome patio with grill. Great housekeeping. Hot tub was nice. Easy walk to some dining and shops. Short walk to bus. Easy drive to local areas.

The room was excellent, very clean and well equipped. The underground parking was a nice bonus. Our only complaint is that the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. I would recommend foam toppers for those who need a softer bed.

Great location and very convenient underground parking. I was given a complimentary upgrade, and the one bedroom suite was amazing. Comfortable bed, large TV, and even a fireplace in the living room. The suite also had a full kitchenette with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, cutlery, plates, and everything you’d need for a longer stay. There was even an in-suite washer and dryer. Overall, a fantastic stay and great value.

Our stay was good. Stopped in early asked if our room was ready, it was not which was okay. The staff member said she would call us when it was, we did not receive a call and we waited until I had to go to my meeting. When I did check in we got a great staff member who upgraded our room. It was very nice, but a toilet had not been flushed so a little gross. Otherwise it was a great stay. We miss the welcome bottles of water and small bag of chocolates, that was always a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Booked a room on new years at a high price.Reached with my lady to check-in.Waited at the desk as the Night audit was running around the hotel in panic trying to avoid eye contact and finally told me there is no room for the confirmed booking from expedia. Expedia has charged me for a stay I never did so will call them for a refund. Sad

Nice property, well located in Canmore. Easy access to freeway and downtown, easy to get to all the sights in Banff, Kananskis, etc. yet very quiet and comfortable. Excellent location, very close to trans Canada highway. We stayed only one night while travelling back from national parks to Calgary airport. Very clean rooms, in fact it is an apart-hotel, with double bedroom, washroom, kitchen and living area with sofabed and also a balcony. Staff very polite in front office. Only negative point is there is no breakfast or restaurant facility, though there is a nice cafe across the road called "Take a Hike Cafe" - interesting name! Also close to Canmore downtown.

The location is far from the center of town, so transportation is required. The free shuttle bus stop is right in front of the lodge, so it seems convenient for those who use it. This time, the room was in a secluded location, so the view outside was disappointing, but on the contrary, it was quiet away from the main street. The kitchen was equipped with a set of utensils, so I did some simple cooking. It was a little hard to use that the bathtub and shower booth were separate, and it was a pity that the fixing bracket of the shower head was broken. The parking lot has an automatic door and a car wash facility, which was helpful. However, when entering by car, it is a narrow downhill left curve, so be careful.

This was our second time staying here and was again a great experience. Both times we chose a kitchen suite so we could buy groceries and save a few bucks on meals. We also like the location as it's 10-15 minutes from the main street, so it's quiet and you get a good walk in everyday. Overall it's a really clean place and quiet at night.

We enjoyed our stay overall, however the room was very hot even after turning off the pilot on the fireplace. We had to sleep with the patio door open in October… Not a fan of the restaurant on site, should be more of a family/everything instead of asian. A bit disappointed we couldn’t order to the room or have breakfast in site.
