Stayed 4 nights

The room was clean, all except for one staff member were friendly. It’s close to town and Banff. If you are looking for extras, don’t stay here. No breakfast, no ice, no microwave, no luggage cart…. Be ready to rough it for a pretty penny.

Only item I would change is the type of soap. Other than that, great stay.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom must have flooded at some point because the door was so swollen it wouldn’t close and all the baseboards were all swollen too. Kinda gross
