We had a wonderful stay with the ocean right at our finger tips. Perfect size for our family of 4 and we loved the private access to the beach. Just heads up make sure to bring your own (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, trash bags etc.). The outdoor shower was great to wash off before going into the house. Great walking distance to downtown for fun activities for the little ones. We absolutely loved everything! It’s a beach house and well loved but wouldn’t have asked for anything more!

Perfectly located on a clean and not too busy beach. Ideal spot for a family vacation - just as indicated and with easy parking. We stayed a week with our extended family. Kids (B/w 3 and 9) had an amazing time. House only has one bathroom and no washing machine (although there is a laundromat in town just a few minutes away by car), but it is the only constructive feedback I can share… I would definitely recommend to anyone and would return if it’s available next time we are coming to the area. Thank you for the great memories!!

The property is beautiful and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, there was even a pot large enough to cook 3 lobsters at a time. The dishwasher leaks a bit but we just put a towel in front of it. It was a real treat waking up and looking out the window to the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves hitting the beach.

This property was absolutely amazing in every way. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking for the children a breeze. Cleanliness was 5/5. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The owner is a stand out. Great communication & willingness to accommodate us.

We really enjoyed our stay in Salisbury. We are used to Rehoboth, so this was a much smaller boardwalk area. The actual town could use some updating, but the beach access from the house itself was wonderful. We unfortunately had bad luck with weather but you cannot beat the location to walk outside on sand. It is a multi family unit but this one faces the beach so you feel privately separated. We booked it last minute (3 weeks prior to going) so I did not pay attn to the fact that it’s a 1 bath home. That was a personal overlook. We had 10 of us. We made it work just fine, but could be tricky with a teen if we had been traveling with one. The actual bedrooms are great (3 sets of bunk beds) and 2 queen rooms. Jonathan was easy to communicate with.We did not have good luck with the washer/dryer (it’s all in 1), our clothes were not drying. Jonathan did offer to come, but I declined being we were leaving soon. I’m sure he will fix that before another family stays! Kitchen has a lot of stocked items, and board games for families. The homemade icecream on the small boardwalk is phenom & the kids had fun at joes arcade although it’s a bit run down. Drive 10 mins away for dining and shopping galore. Also there is a great coffee shop on the boardwalk as well that we enjoyed every morning.

Coming here is like coming home for us. We feel so comfortable here, there’s plenty of space for us and our 4 children. The house is always immaculate when we arrive, which sets the tone for the whole week. Communication is great, we only needed to bring food and towels..everything else is provided! And we absolutely love the view! Beach access with 4 young children couldn’t be easier, & the window seat in the kitchen is our favorite feature of the house. We have zero complaints, we only wish we could visit more often! Thank you Grey Sands, we are so grateful to have the privilege of relaxing here!

Great house with a great location. We had three families with a total of five kids and it was a perfect spot with plenty of space for all of us if you’re willing to share rooms. One bathroom was difficult at times but that’s posted in the listing so we knew what we were getting into. The downstairs was great and again, plenty of space for all of us. The yard was so fun to have right there and nice. The access to the beach being just feet from the house made the trip perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I reached out to the host via the app the day of check in and then got a text from the host which was much easier and faster to communicate. The host was great with questions and resolving a few minor issues in a timely manner (the grill was out of propane and refilled, couldn’t find some household items but it was resolved quickly). Would stay here again. The actual town could use some updates, but if you’re looking for a place to stay and spend quality time at the beach, this is it.

We absolutely love the home. The layout very comfortable for my family. Love the ocean air, picturesque view and the home town feeling. Neighbors were nice and helpful. Directed us towards property right from the beginning. Restaurants and grocery shopping centers all close by. Absolutely no complaints at all. The beach house was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. Loved hearing the surf, watching the sunrise while drinking coffee on the beach, watching the gorgeous orange moonrise, glass of wine in hand. A very relaxing and peaceful setting for me and family to spend time together.

The most important "defect" is that the dishwasher leaked so we couldn't use it. We never found the remotes for one bedroom but didn't care. Also we couldn't find out how to turn the light on in the bedroom, only the fan worked. There was a small light on the nightstand so it was fine. Enjoyed our stay!!

Only complaint was there was no communication regardless of quite a few attempts to receive access code at check-in time. There was a two-hour delay after check-in time before receiving code. Communication was fine after initial delay. Another surprise was no washer and dryer in the rental, which was an oversight on my part but also made a week long stay at the beach and laundry complicated.

I completely recommend this listing. We had nothing but an absolutely gorgeous time. The beach is beautiful and clean, low tide is warm and playful, everything was clean and worked great, quiet neighbors, beautiful sun rises from your porch - and downtown has the best homemade ice cream I have had. The owner was on his A communication game. I never felt left in the dark. It was gorgeous!

Great house with a great location. We had three families with a total of five kids and it was a perfect spot with plenty of space for all of us if you’re willing to share rooms. One bathroom was difficult at times but that’s posted in the listing so we knew what we were getting into. The downstairs was great and again, plenty of space for all of us. The yard was so fun to have right there and nice. The access to the beach being just feet from the house made the trip perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I reached out to the host via the app the day of check in and then got a text from the host which was much easier and faster to communicate. The host was great with questions and resolving a few minor issues in a timely manner (the grill was out of propane and refilled, couldn’t find some household items but it was resolved quickly). Would stay here again. The actual town could use some updates, but if you’re looking for a place to stay and spend quality time at the beach, this is it.

Had a great time out in Salisbury and using it as a hub to visit various coastal locations as well as Boston. Jonathan responded promptly with any questions we had. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the upstairs AC mishap over the last couple days (which Jonathan was getting resolved). Otherwise, great stay. Thanks Jonathan.

We had a wonderful stay with the ocean right at our finger tips. Perfect size for our family of 4 and we loved the private access to the beach. Just heads up make sure to bring your own (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, trash bags etc.). The outdoor shower was great to wash off before going into the house. Great walking distance to downtown for fun activities for the little ones. We absolutely loved everything! It’s a beach house and well loved but wouldn’t have asked for anything more!

Perfectly located on a clean and not too busy beach. Ideal spot for a family vacation - just as indicated and with easy parking. We stayed a week with our extended family. Kids (B/w 3 and 9) had an amazing time. House only has one bathroom and no washing machine (although there is a laundromat in town just a few minutes away by car), but it is the only constructive feedback I can share… I would definitely recommend to anyone and would return if it’s available next time we are coming to the area. Thank you for the great memories!!

Convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Nice beach condo. The bunks are a bit rickety and rackety. The smoke/CO alarm went on for a minute at 4am on departure day. We encountered a small problem when we arrived but, it was immediately resolved. Friendly neighbors, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Salisbury. We are used to Rehoboth, so this was a much smaller boardwalk area. The actual town could use some updating, but the beach access from the house itself was wonderful. We unfortunately had bad luck with weather but you cannot beat the location to walk outside on sand. It is a multi family unit but this one faces the beach so you feel privately separated. We booked it last minute (3 weeks prior to going) so I did not pay attn to the fact that it’s a 1 bath home. That was a personal overlook. We had 10 of us. We made it work just fine, but could be tricky with a teen if we had been traveling with one. The actual bedrooms are great (3 sets of bunk beds) and 2 queen rooms. Jonathan was easy to communicate with.We did not have good luck with the washer/dryer (it’s all in 1), our clothes were not drying. Jonathan did offer to come, but I declined being we were leaving soon. I’m sure he will fix that before another family stays! Kitchen has a lot of stocked items, and board games for families. The homemade icecream on the small boardwalk is phenom & the kids had fun at joes arcade although it’s a bit run down. Drive 10 mins away for dining and shopping galore. Also there is a great coffee shop on the boardwalk as well that we enjoyed every morning.

We absolutely love the home. The layout very comfortable for my family. Love the ocean air, picturesque view and the home town feeling. Neighbors were nice and helpful. Directed us towards property right from the beginning. Restaurants and grocery shopping centers all close by. Absolutely no complaints at all. I can imagine Summer🏖 time in this home it's a dream come true😇👍👍

The property is beautiful and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, there was even a pot large enough to cook 3 lobsters at a time. The dishwasher leaks a bit but we just put a towel in front of it. It was a real treat waking up and looking out the window to the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves hitting the beach.

I completely recommend this listing. We had nothing but an absolutely gorgeous time. The beach is beautiful and clean, low tide is warm and playful, everything was clean and worked great, quiet neighbors, beautiful sun rises from your porch - and downtown has the best homemade ice cream I have had. The owner was on his A communication game. I never felt left in the dark. It was gorgeous!
