Excellent property a few minutes from YVR. Very clean and comfortable with Keurig coffee in room and nice shower toiletries to freshen up. We had an early flight, but shuttle was unavailable so they paid for a taxi. Would definitely stay again.

Our plane arrived very late, and after taking a taxi (the shuttle only ran until 1:00 AM), the night person greeted us and helped us extend our checkout time. I forgot to turn in my taxi receipt then, but was able to turn it in the next morning and got my refund for the $25 flat rate to the hotel. All in all, the room was great: clean, comfortable and ready for us.

We arrived very early after our cruise ship got into port. They held our luggage before checking in so we could explore Vancouver. They had a free shuttle to the airport for our flight home. For some reason, the shuttle was unavailable the morning we needed it, but they called a cab and paid for it so we could get to the airport on time. The hotel appears very new. They have a continental breakfast available starting at 6:00 am, and the morning we left - at 3:45 am - they told us there were breakfast items already set up if we were interested.

Everything was clean and nice inside our room for 4 people. Amenities were nice and proper, however our only gripe with this property is the parking situation. I thought that the parking was super tight and did not provide adequate spacing between cars. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay at.

Washing machines on premise was great, along with included breakfast and gym. Parking was free for IHG members, and has in and out privileges. Proximity to the airport (with shuttle which I didn't use) is also another big plus.

Not our most favourite holiday inn (metrotown is) but will choose it again in the future nonetheless. Everything is great, quiet and cozy at night. Just need more thorough cleaning... some hair we found on our bed, and on our plate at breakfast. We love the hot breakfast! Lots of selection and its buffet. Right across costco, by highway and they have an airport shuttle.

Room was not as expected. Stayed for a week for work. Was expecting a couch in the room for comfortable sitting but only an uncomfortable chair was provided. Bath tub has a weird bottom. If not careful stepping or turning around can easily lose your balance and fall. My husband who uses a cane did lose his balance and fell.

Good breakfast. Room was good except toilet was ridiculously low. I'm only 5'2" and I found it very low. For my senior husband it felt like it was on the floor. He's 6'2".

To begin, we had a wonderful greeting despite it being after 10PM by Tristan. What an incredible, friendly, helpful, and overall fantastic energy to welcome us in - thank you Tristan! We stayed on the 8th floor in a double queen room. The renovations at this hotel are perfect! I loved the bathroom mirror (perfect for makeup/skincare/etc), the linens felt luxurious and buttery soft, the bed was very comfortable. The room had everything you needed and thoughtful touches throughout like soft lighting behind the headboards. Was a pleasant stay, will stay here again before flying! Proximity to Costco is an added bonus if you like their food court items or samples.

The girl at the reception (Terry) was very informative and made me feel welcome. I would like to appreciate and acknowledge her kind attitude. She was very understanding of my situation and extended my stay for 1.5 hours happily and gave me a quiet room.

Took the shuttle to the airport for our departing flight and the driver left one of our pieces of luggage back at the hotel. We had to wait while he went back for it. Good thing we had lots of time before our departure.

I first arrived at the different location (same brand), the front desk employee told me that they don’t have my reservation and I need to go to the right one. I did, but the front desk employee there said, my whole reservation at got cancelled. They created me this whole hassle and won’t offer any perks.

Getting the airport shuttle to pick me up at the airport was a nightmare. I called ahead of time to make sure I had all of the details correct. I went to the correct location and called to let them know I was there, per their instructions. I verified exactly where I was and the receptionist said, "don't worry he will find you and he will be there in 3 minutes." I waited about 20 minutes and he never showed. I called again and she said she would call the driver to see where he was. I never heard back so I called yet again and she said he was in the wrong spot and thought I was upstairs???! Even though I had confirmed I was in the correct location during my first call. He finally showed up 45 minutes later. I understand the shuttle is free, but waiting 45 minutes when I was quoted 3 minutes and the fact that I had to call REPEATEDLY is not acceptable. No one apologized or anything either. I missed breakfast that day at the hotel due to their delays and I was conveniently scheduled before breakfast to return to the airport, even though I asked for a later time. The return to the airport was messed up as well. I checked out of the hotel and told the receptionist that I would be outside waiting at the shuttle. The driver finally comes out and said they had been calling my room looking for me. Horrible shuttle service. Hotel was fine otherwise. Would not stay here again.

Very helpful staff! Cindy was wonderful helping us with our check in and arranging transportation for us! Troy helped ship an item for me that I couldn’t take back on the plane. They were both so nice and helpful! Right across the street from Costco. So we got a couple cheap meals during our stay 😊

Very clean and comfortable property. Enjoyed the morning breakfast and shuttle transport to the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is not too close to the Richmond City center so it might be harder to get around although there is a Richmond shuttle. Fairly close walking distance to the Skytrain which is helpful for transport. Would consider staying at this property again in the future.

This is the place to stay if your traveling to Vancouver and need an affordable option. Perks include free shuttle to/from the airport, a substantial included breakfast and great customer service. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious and the staff was very accommodating. We had a cruise with a port arrival of 2:00 and they generously let us remain in the room until 1:00. Costco is literally next door and great to get last minute items and a quick dinner. The skytrain is a few blocks away. The only downfall is there is a small homeless camp under the nearby highway. Even so , I Highly recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.
