very large spacious rooms! bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs, no showers btw. the wifi was great and loved that breakfast was included. no elevators, but the staff was more than happy to help me lug my suitcase up and down from the 2nd floor.

Das Hotel ist liegt abseits des Zentrums, aber ruhige Lage und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Genügen Parkplatz und für mich als Bahnreisender auch perfekt, da nur 8 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Split-Predgarde. Von hier fahren auch regelmäßig Züge zum Hauptbahnhof und die Fahrt dauert rund 4 Minuten. Im Hotel gibt es auch ein Restaurant mit einer reichhaltigen Speisekarte und Frühstücksbuffet. Erwähnenswert auch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

We had a really nice stay! Hotel was nice and renovated and had a beautiful smell all over the hotel! There was no elevator but doesn’t matter as the hotel has only 2 floors. All the staff was really really friendly and helpful! Clean rooms, provided with clean towels every day! Breakfast was good (better than a 4* hotel in Zagreb - overall breakfasts in Croatia needs a bit upgrade). They also have a restaurant, the food was really tasty, well cooked and good prices

i would be surprised. It's better than I expected for the price. The description on the internet is realistic. We needed accommodation for one night. We arrived at night, were able to park easily and were welcomed very friendly. The breakfast is good. What you should know: No elevator (2 floors), narrow showers, no sea view. 4* at the price!

Not located in the most scenic area Hotel As is a relatively easy walk into old down. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the reception staff were delightful. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant had good food. There is also plenty of free onsite parking and a supermarket is just down the hill.

The room was very clean, bed sheets, towels etc. The housekeeping cleaned our room daily. The receptionists were so helpful and kind all the time. I'd like to mention their names: Gordana, Lorena, Ivana and Marija. They answered all my questions and adviced me about the city. The location of the hotel is very good. Everywhere is closed on Sundays except the Joker shopping mall where is only 5 minutes to walk. It's also 25 minutes to walk to the old town and Riva. I asked for airport pick up which made my beginning very easy.I highly recommend this hotel.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Es ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind nett und das Frühstück war auch okay. Direkt nebenan ist ein großer Supermarkt. Leider ist es eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt (bei Mittagshitze eine Herausforderung) und die Zimmer waren sehr klein und etwas dunkel. Für 1-2 Nächte würden wir wiederkommen. Wenn ein richtiger Strand- und Stadturlaub geplant ist, dann würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is decent size, spotless clean. The breakfast isn’t fancy, but definitely what I needed for the start of the day. The distance of the hotel to old town is approx 30 mins on foot. However, it doesn’t bother me as I like to take the strolls around town. Besides, there are multiple bus choices that stop between 7-10 mins walking distance from the hotel. This hotel was a great choice for its value. if you prefer to stay close to the nightlife, restaurants and old town, you should look other way. However, if you don’t mind the walkable distance and quiet neighborhood and value-worth stays, then this hotel is just perfect !

Excelente estadía en Hotel As. No es el hotel mejor comunicado con el centro de la ciudad pero sin embargo tuvimos una muy grata experiencia, el personal muy amable, la habitación espaciosa e impecable, y un perfecto descanso. Se puede ir a pie sin problemas al centro de la ciudad.

We had a really nice stay! Hotel was nice and renovated and had a beautiful smell all over the hotel! There was no elevator but doesn’t matter as the hotel has only 2 floors. All the staff was really really friendly and helpful! Clean rooms, provided with clean towels every day! Breakfast was good (better than a 4* hotel in Zagreb - overall breakfasts in Croatia needs a bit upgrade). They also have a restaurant, the food was really tasty, well cooked and good prices

Not located in the most scenic area Hotel As is a relatively easy walk into old down. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the reception staff were delightful. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant had good food. There is also plenty of free onsite parking and a supermarket is just down the hill.

The room was very clean, bed sheets, towels etc. The housekeeping cleaned our room daily. The receptionists were so helpful and kind all the time. I'd like to mention their names: Gordana, Lorena, Ivana and Marija. They answered all my questions and adviced me about the city. The location of the hotel is very good. Everywhere is closed on Sundays except the Joker shopping mall where is only 5 minutes to walk. It's also 25 minutes to walk to the old town and Riva. I asked for airport pick up which made my beginning very easy.I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is decent size, spotless clean. The breakfast isn’t fancy, but definitely what I needed for the start of the day. The distance of the hotel to old town is approx 30 mins on foot. However, it doesn’t bother me as I like to take the strolls around town. Besides, there are multiple bus choices that stop between 7-10 mins walking distance from the hotel. This hotel was a great choice for its value. if you prefer to stay close to the nightlife, restaurants and old town, you should look other way. However, if you don’t mind the walkable distance and quiet neighborhood and value-worth stays, then this hotel is just perfect !

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Es ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind nett und das Frühstück war auch okay. Direkt nebenan ist ein großer Supermarkt. Leider ist es eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt (bei Mittagshitze eine Herausforderung) und die Zimmer waren sehr klein und etwas dunkel. Für 1-2 Nächte würden wir wiederkommen. Wenn ein richtiger Strand- und Stadturlaub geplant ist, dann würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist liegt abseits des Zentrums, aber ruhige Lage und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Genügen Parkplatz und für mich als Bahnreisender auch perfekt, da nur 8 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Split-Predgarde. Von hier fahren auch regelmäßig Züge zum Hauptbahnhof und die Fahrt dauert rund 4 Minuten. Im Hotel gibt es auch ein Restaurant mit einer reichhaltigen Speisekarte und Frühstücksbuffet. Erwähnenswert auch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.
