Room is clean and bed comfortable. The Reception staff, all of them, were not very friendly. They were efficient but didn’t greet or smile when guests arrived or even greet them. There were no ‘smiles in their voices’ as a standard customer service. Overall a good stay, location was good too.

All the staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean. I paid extra to have breakfast. The selection of food was great. Oh, and the brolly I borrowed on my last day was well used!

Check in was fairly quick and easy and my room was ready earlier than the posted check in time. The staff was friendly and had some suggestions for places to go for dim sum. The room was clean and there were no issues.
