The rooms were horrible. One of our rooms had a giant runner in the carpet directly in front of the bed. Both rooms the lamps and furniture were out dated with rust on the them. Neither bathroom had towel racks. One of the rooms the bed SUNK deeply in the middle. The rooms did not have standard pillows on the bed, the pillows were square- like throw pillows. I asked the manager for a pillow and he looked at me befuddled (I guess cultural difference). He did give me a standard rectangle shape one that was rock hard and gave me a massive head ache in the morning, The common areas in front of the elevator were filthy.

Disappointed in the situation when there was a fight happening in the room next to ours. We called front desk 3x between 1-230am with little help. Forgot items of clothing in closet and called within 24 hr. Front desk person said they had not cleaned room and would collect them. Then said they never found them. I called 5 times and was polite every time. I know leaving items was my fault however the staff keeping a pair of jeans blouse and sweater to me is very unprofessional.

Very dirty run down. Staff was rude and in sweat pants. Carpet in room was not vacuumed. Floor in bath had hair on it and shower had mold. Sheets had crumbs or something on them. The was a huge puddle of water by the first floor elevator from either the ice machine or vending machine. Everything was run down. I don't get how thos hotel had above an 8 star rating on this site. It is more like a 4 star. Plus it was $300 for the night! 😳 Also, i asked for more towels and the housekeeper told me there were no more.
