The off street parking was atrocious. Grass came above wheel rims. The room had disgusting old mail,stained toothbrush,moldy SOAP, disgusting sink,filthy refrigerator. There was ONE White towel for a party of 5.Entire experience was APPALING. I would NEVER RECOMMEND going there!

First of all, it was NOT a hotel or motel. It was someone's house and should NOT have been listed on HOTELS.com. Second there was NO off street parking. Third it was in a neighborhood that was NOT safe.

The hospitality here was wonderful.

It’s a single room with a common shared bathroom, no bugs, but unsure of maintenance, the shower tap was really messed up. You get your own room with coded locks, so safety is fine. Once in your room with nice tv, it’s great, had a good sleep. Parking was not straightforward, beware you are just parking on the street.

WHERE do I begin? After I booked the room, I was communicating with one person. They told me to be at the property by 2pm for check-in. When I arrived at the property, everything was digital. As far as the locks are concerned. The directions were not clear as to which room I was in. The person I was communicating with stopped communicating once I was in the property. I could not get into the room for about twenty minutes. Thank GOD another gentleman was in the property who could help me. The room was not cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, the fridge was disgusting, they give you bath towels and no face towels, and then when I asked about it, the lady I'm NOW communicating with was completely rude and mean and tried to put me out of the property for voicing the fact that nothing is clean. Bed bugs. The ice maker is broken. THEN tried to charge me $630 for the weekend. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! UNFORTUNATELY, as a traveling actress, we have to stay where the producers place us, but that was ridiculous! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
