After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund.

House was in terrible condition. The bathroom was shared with 2 other rooms. No staff to answer the door or explain how to get in the damn place. The place was a dive!

This is most definitely a scam. The owner took a whole day to respond to any of my messages then finally responded late at night to tell me my room wasn’t available.

It was terrible for us.We felt unsafe with the children.It is a house with people that stay with rent in an unsafe area.Don’t go there.
