The view of the pond was so relaxing .

Nice, large rooms with comfy beds. They could use another elevator. Lots of walking around the long hallways but an overall nice stay for the price.

It had a pretty lake and on site laundry

Check was quick and easy and friendly. Appreciate that my dog was welcome to stay and there was ample space to set up her crate in the room. The property was not in the best repair. My hall entrance door was not always latching shut which meant anyone could access the hall without a room key. Someone vomited (?) in the hall/ stairs and it sat there for at least 24 hours. One of my keys randomly stopped allowing me access in the middle of taking my dog out so I had to bring her with me to the office to get a replacement key. They wanted my ID which was locked in my room. They worked with me though and since I had my phone with me I used my Facebook as a photo ID and they also asked me to verify my home address. Totally great that they were thorough with this verification. Was just frustrated that the key stopped working in the first place. Other guests were up partying all night. Bedding was very uncomfortable and the second night everything in the room was damp. I assume the dampness was from having the AC constantly running during my stay. The stove top didn’t work at all which I was counting on using since I have food allergies and prefer to prepare my own food. I knew the place was sold out so I didn’t ask for a different room. Water pressure was very low. All in all it was an inexpensive accommodation. I felt safe. The room itself was clean and it was a hell of a lot better than camping in the heat and thunderstorms all weekend.

The Hotel was being Refurbished and Construction. I had requested near elevator as I struggle with walking long Corridors because of my heart condition. I was given the top floor the room was the furthest away from the Elevator. You could see the improvements that were being made. Was not Happy that the Exit door was wedged open with stones and did not secure.

Room was clean & quiet. Renovations made hallways and main area dirty and dusty.

It was under heavy construction. The name of the motel was on a temporary signage along with another name. No trash can in the room or bathroom any where. I had requested first floor, but was going to be given second floor until i objected. Loud construction noise from above until about 8-9pm.

Was under construction and did not expect that, but for the price really can’t complain too much. Staff was super nice.

Clean, quiet property with updated rooms. Nice surprise to have a full kitchen in our room. Full fridge with freezer let us refreeze the packs from our coolers. We didn't really need anything, but the staff at checkin was very nice.

Clean rooms and comfy new mattresses

The room was amazingly clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were nice and soft.

The hotel smelled terrible and the floors throughout hotel were dirty

The hotel was hot and did not have a pleasant smell. It was funky no matter what floor you were on. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a wooden table. There was no way the sheets on my friends bed had been washed. There was stains and hairs on it.

The rooms are infested with cockroaches.

This hotel should be condemned. Filthy, dirty place! The ice machine was nasty dirty. The sheet had stains on them didnt look like they had been changed, only 2 child size pillows on the bed. The bath tub was moldy and felt like i was going to fall through it. Funny smell when i turned the shower water on. We didnt stay we left that night!

My room smelled like smoke pot and fast food. Bed bugs in my bed. Terrible service. Please don’t stay at this hotel. I was there 30 min before I booked another room at the holiday inn

Just go anywhere but here!! Nasty smell and blood on the curtain!! I took the loss and went somewhere else immediately!

The room was clean. It had a funny smell to it. The whole place did. Hard to describe. There was several outlets that didn’t work in the room. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t good at all. The price was good. I just think the whole place is old and needs an upgrade. But over all not to bad. A good place to get some sleep.

We were surprised how big our room was and that it had a kitchenette in it. The only thing we didn’t like was the side door into the building we kept finding unlocked.

We got in around 1130pm. Check-in went well. When we got up to our room it was roomy but our TV did not work, our Phone that the hotel has in the room had no dial tone and no option to call the office. Bed was decent but no pillow selection. 1 per person is just not doable for me when Im paying $130 for a room. The pillow I did have had my head at almost a 90°angle and firm. Who sleeps like that. Could also hear doors shutting at all hours so no soundproofing at this place. Could also hear horns from cars getting locked as if the window was open and it was not. Also super humid in the room, felt wet all night because of it. And I also now I have a kink in my neck from that stupid pillow that will last for days. So I paid 130 bucks for no sleep and a kink in my neck. Stay away.

RANGE IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. TV IN THE ROOM HAD ONLY A FEW WORKING CHANNELS, WITH MANY OTHERS SUPPPOSEDLY AVAILABLE BUT NOT WORKING.

All in all there’s a reason this is a cheap, affordable accommodation. There has been minimal upkeep and maintenance as well as upgrading over the last 10 years. This motel 6 is what you would have expected 20 years ago and it has not aged gracefully. The staff was courteous but weren’t present in the office when we arrived and we needed to wait for them to even get checked in. The room smelled like burned bacon and sweat (no ovens so I don’t know why the bacon smell) and the halls smelled like mildew and body odor. Our bed springs were broken, the tv didn’t work, and the ac refused to shut off regardless of temperature setting. Look, it’s a super cheap option and it’s hard to complain when you pay so little, but please understand you get exactly what you pay for, and maybe not even that.

The hotel was fine, dated, but having a small kitchenette was a nice bonus. The bed was a full/double, not a queen, and barely a step up from sleeping on the floor as far as comfort goes. The area was really nice, and pretty well kept. The retention pond and courtyard were a nice scenic touch.

Room was spacious and clean . Lots of construction going on in hotel downstairs.

The A/C didn’t work and they had to send someone to fix it, also the back entrance to the hotel was open all night, which could have allowed intruders or animals. And the water heater was broke.

The only issue was the wifi. It would cut out during peak hours of traffic. Other than that, everything else was solid.

There was nothing satisfying about this stay. All four nights the side/emergency door was not able to be opened. Staff very unresponsive.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Very pleased with our experience..

Excellent staff

The desk agent was nowhere to be found when I arrived. Someone else came into the reception area and we both waited for almost 20 minutes. It was only after I the national phone number that someone showed up at the front desk. Also. It was difficult to find the front desk. There were no signs and no portico indicate reception area.

This property was considerably less expensive than nearby hotels for a busy concert weekend. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to come into the office so that we could check in. This was around 4 pm which seems like it would be peak check in time. The hotel provided basic amenities. When we checked in all of the exterior doors were open so a guest smoking outside caused the entire first floor to reek of cigarettes. We had a place to sleep which was really all we needed, but there it was obvious why this was 50% of the cost of other locations in the area. It was also a little confusing how this property is listed under two different brand names.

The stay was a good one!! The front desk rep was super friendly and very accommodating.

11:00 at night. We were sleeping. Wife got up to use the restroom. Flushed the toilet. Went back to bed. Got up again to water covering the floor of the room. Manager came with a machine and began cleaning the hallway outside the room. In trying to talk with him he was very rude accused us of drinking beer of which we don't drink any alcohol. Would not come in the room to look or speak with us. Kept waving us off with rude remarks. Threw us a pile of towels and made us sop up the water in the room and throw wet towels in the tub. Threw me a plunger for the toilet but it was not stopped up. The toilet would not stop running causing water to constantly flow over the bowl causing the flood. I turned the toilet off at the stop. He did not even go in the bathroom to check out the problem. If I didn't take care of it the water would have continued to flood while he was vacuuming the hallway outside the room. After he was done in the corridor he wanted to charge us. I refused and he threw us out at midnight to find some place else to stay. Would only give me Andy as a higher manager but said he couldn't contact.The management is rude, distant, and not professional. Every corridor smelled like marijuana. No refunds. Demanded a credit card for additional charges to the room when it was the rooms bad toilet. I will never stay in a Roadway Inn again after this experience and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for an overnight stay in Fishers Indiana should avoid this location.

When we arrived to check in, we waited in the lobby for 35 minutes trying to find someone. I called the property directly, used the phone there to call the front desk and the night time attendant with no success. Finally got checked in and they did not explain where our room was. We searched on our own. Immediately upon walking into the facility, the smell was very overwhelming. It was a very foul smell. The room was dirty and outdated. It was very loud and felt very unsafe as i had a child with me as well. Would not recommend or return!

The rooms have a kitchenette so that is nice! Great location. Close to restaurant's and stores. Motel could use some new carpet in hallways but for the price you can't beat it!

Its only a 20ish min drive to Indianapolis. The rooms were clean and the people are nice. For the price of 2 rooms, 2 days so worth it.

Room was clean and presented as advertised. Great value priced accomadations. Property is close to shopping, dining and interstate access. Loud guests above us but cant fix stupid and the inconsiderate.

My stay of 5 days/4 nights was adequate for me traveling alone & I did no cooking. This property requires an extra $100 deposit, and is only refunded 24-72 hours after checkout. (Never had to pay a deposit for a hotel before.) The kitchen included fridge, microwave, stovetop and sink, but no pots/pans or utensils.

Stay was cool as usual. However if they had served breakfast that would have been the icing on the cake.

Room was not handicap as requested. It was on third floor, not first, as requested. Place was undergoing renovation and a true mess. No breakfast. Charged too much because I booked through Hotels.com.

I specifically filtered for breakfast included and there was nothing due to remodeling. Not even coffee. They should note that in the Expedia website.

Better then what i thought definitely a lot of dogs on the property so noise could be an issue didnt bother me room was clean you have to ask for pots and pans at the front desk and theres a switch behind the microwave for the burners

There was no coffee maker or hairdryer. I called the front desk and they said they took all the hairdryers the coffee makers and the utensils out of the rooms. She said I was welcome to go get some free coffee at the lobby they gave you they give you a little cup and the coffee was terrible. What hotel doesn’t have a coffee maker available? Another guest that we talked to while leaving was very upset about that as well do better if I would’ve known that I would’ve never stayed.

This is a Motel 6, say no more. It’s in a good location, close to stores and restaurants, and many other hotels. The hallway was dingy and had a musty smell. The room was ok, but very musty, in spite of being cool enough. Just the basics in terms of cheap, thin towels, and no shampoo. Small but functional kitchen, with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and sink but nothing in terms of utensils. We spent 4 nights here, and couldn’t wait to leave (after throwing away our own trash - what hotels do that?!). Our next door neighbor had a dog that barked at night, and a baby that cried in the morning. From outside we saw a cat in their window; maybe they lived there. We won’t stay there again.

The place is old with no breakfast in the morning. Everything is falling apart, and it's just a worn out place.
