Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room spacious and clean. Like the asphalt car parking spots. Just a minor thing would be better chairs by the pool. The ones that are there are really not comfortable for sitting in. You have to lay back.

This is a great place to stay. This is our 4th visit. We will be back. Room has plenty of room. Restaurants and room service was great. Very large meals in the restaurant. The room did have a stain in the carpet which I reported to the receptionist.

Not the most pleasant trip to Shepp we've had. Overcharged on check - in. Wifi password did not work. Toilet pipe leaking on to bathroom floor. Water pipes in room next door so noisy and as for the spa running at 23.30 at night !!! Having said all that - the staff were lovely. Attended to problems straight away. Room was clean.

Really loved staying here for one night, we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely and spacious the room was. Really clean, a handy little kitchenette and fridge with everything we needed. Bathroom was spacious, loved the little soap and shampoo conditioner. Carpet looked brand new. Free wi fi, a tv. Will definitely stay again. Staff were super nice.

Clean, comfortable and serviced everyday. The food in the restaurant was great. I was upstairs closest to the road, I found the road noise loud and the air conditioner struggled on the 35 degree days, needing the room key to operate the air conditioner meant the room was hot for hours after I arrived back in the room.

We stayed for 3 nights and on our last day, a party of youngsters played loud music from their check-in up til 1130pm - they were rambling and smoking in front of our room. With the ac not working, we had to open our windows and very unfortunately welcome all the noise and cigarette smell in. Our room needs an update too, especially the T&B. Otherwise, the staff were all friendly and courteous. It would have been a nice getaway if parties were not allowed in the rooms.

The room and facilities were excellent. The staff were fantastic, they explained that they were extremely busy over the weekend, but were happy to provide room service for dinner on Friday night, as the bistro was booked out.
