The place was average from the front, skip bin full of rubbish upon arrival, several old mattresses stored in view of guests. At the back of the units was average with smoking bins full of cigarette butts, swimming pool area dirty with large amounts of duck droppings. Also unclean glasses and crockery. No teaspoons or wine glasses are provided.

This is another typical Country Motel that desperately needs an update. I cannot speak for all rooms, but room 9 could do with some new chairs and definately new carpet. There were also some pretty nasty water marks/mould on the bathroom walls that could do with a treatment and a repaint. The toilet also had issues with refilling. The pool itself was ok, albeit lots of debris in the bottom, but the surrounding area was littered with junk and was just generally not very appealing. The Spa had no water in it.There was also broken glass in this area and it just didn't appear to have been regularly maintained. I wouldn't want to take children into this space. I could not recommend this Motel. We only chose it for proximity to a function we were attending. I would not stay again.

Nice big room, Jacuzzi in the bathroom (actual Jacuzzi brand!), instant hot water for the bath, big bathroom too. Pool was cold and deep, but could have used a clean. Hot tub didn't look appealing and wasn't heated. Big undercover BBQ area available to use. Very little traffic noise from the highway, but expect some planes coming and going overhead.

The freezer part of small fridge was put on defrost (before we arrived,. Went out to dinner and came back to water on carpet. Lucky I saw it late and used a towel to stop the flow. Changed it 3 times. Toilet was filthy too. Bed was ok - first time I haven’t had a sore back. Only used kettle & tv. Shower had good pressure. Leaking fridge and dripping which kept me up ruined my stay.

This place was the most Disgusting dirty and Unhygienic place u could ever get a drug house would of been cleaner there was stuff all over all the walls running down the walls the carpet was covered in stains there was hair it show and inside fridge shower was not cleaned curtains was black there was Urine all over the wall behind toilet and had run down the wall asked for money back and got told no we toke photos of the whole place the most Disgusting place to stay do not stay

I was in Shepparton for a 3 day course, Paradise Lakes was very well priced, clean with all I needed for a short stay. Staff were very helpful and room was spacious with a comforty bed and hot shower.

Very old. Gardens not done in years. Pool was green enough for frogs to live in. Beds very old. TV wifi did not work. Had to watch our phones for entertainment. Although wifi and pool looks sparking and everything working on the add, this isnt the case.. If you want customers you need to spend time on the property, update your beds , make sure tv wifi is actually working. On the plus side, water pressure was great for shower and it was very quiet all night. I can see it's been a great place in the past but now needs time and money spent on it.

Firstly on entry the door lock was falling off on the inside, and the room goes down from there, a list of problems follows. Cabinetry rotting and falling apart, Taps in bathroom basin not working, The smell of stale smoke (in a non smoking room) Flashing lights in bathroom, Light not working in room, Hair shampoo but no conditioner, Shower floor very slippery (felt slimy, not clean) Cockroaches running across room The sign for the motel was not working and no lights to show where the driveway was, which meant that the entrance was very difficult to see / in the dark which makes it dangerous because the entrance is on the main road into Shepparton.

The room was very basic but cheap. Shower was adequate not great. Bedding had stains on bedspread and sheet. Wifi was terrible, very slow with constant drop outs. Had to download Expedia to my phone and use mobile data to search for a better room. Staff seemed completely uninterested in anything. Never again.

The accommodation was very good value for the money. Clean and plenty of space. The host was pleasant. While the outside of the property needed some TLC eg., the signage out the front. This was a pleasant stay.

I was in Shepparton for a 3 day course, Paradise Lakes was very well priced, clean with all I needed for a short stay. Staff were very helpful and room was spacious with a comforty bed and hot shower.

The property was clean and quiet, just what we wanted. However, the door / lock did not work properly. The office was closed when we discovered that and wasn't open when we left the next morning. Unable to let them know.

It was very nice and quiet and was just next door to the attractions like the flower nursery and car museum. The parking was just in front of the room which was great. The host was very helpful. We stopped here on the way from Canberra to the Great Ocean road so it was a bit out of the highway and took about an hour to get back onto the highway. That was the only downside.

I booked online and didn't know the area around Shepperton and thought that we were in town but as it turned out we were 10kms south of town. That was my fault and not really a problem as we had transport and I should have been more dilligent. The hotel is directly across the highway from Shepparton airport and while the noise was not excessive it sould affect light sleepers. Overall accom was what you expect from a low-end, low-budget place.
