Pretty decent for the price. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Though they should cover the corners of the frame - not safe for kids. TV and aircon was not working. It wasn’t that of a big deal since we stayed only for a night and good thing it wasn’t that hot. Nice reception area. Breakfast are bagel, cereals, croissant. I was able to get a good parking right outside the room, so that’s very convenient. Might consider staying here again. :)

The hotel location is the only reason I’d stay again. The bed is adequate. There are no elevators. The breakfast does not look like the images on the website. No waffles or fruit. There was no remote. The one they finally gave me had never been programmed for the TV and we couldn’t get it to work. The room was quit even though it faces El Camino. The lobby is always locked but someone answers the bell.

Nice and clean. Basic but no elevator and we are older with bad knees and backs so getting upstairs was difficult. Ice machine was little and had no ice so we had to buy some at the store. 😢 I’d stay again but only on the first floor!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff is nice. Lot of restaurants close by.

The photos looked ok but this is worse than I thought. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty old everything and bad smells. Fresh paint but is "America\'s best value" with a new sign.

Bad and dirty

I feel bad for the owners here. This property needs a MAJOR cash investment. Here is just a brief list of issues in my room durung my 2 night stay. Terrible mattress. Chair so stained it looks like it just came out of the dumpster. Worn, chipped furniture. Bedside outlet not working. Zero water pressure in shower. Water takes several minutes to get warm. Water never gets hot, ever. Room door is cracked. Light comes in all around the room door. Rusty exhaust fan grill. Shower rod completely rusted. Had to pay $229 per night in what looks to be an old Motel 6. Im sure that this is a very tough business to make money in, and I'm sure that if the owners had the money they would fix it up. But it was just horrible. Sorry but i will not ba staying there again.

This is a nice place. I have stayed here a bunch over the last 9 months. Always clean, good location, friendly people who run it. I've never had any problems.

The place itself is conveniently located with amenities near by. Please note the AC is very loud and keeps you awake. Towels are old, Toilet was unable to flush, they offered to move me as the plumbers was unavailable for sometime. The chair in the room looked dirty, I did not sit on it. The microwave was smelly as it looks like the last guest warmed or cooked had curry or something like that in it, and it was not clean.

It was cheap and conveniently located. It was clean enough not to be a big deal. Traffic noise was pretty loud but doesn’t bother me. Overall it had what I needed in terms of price and location so I can’t complain!

Way overpriced. It’s 2 steps above motel 6. Bed was clean and comfortable but the room was outdated, right by freeway, carpet, old tv, and AC DID NOT WORK!!! Not okay

Wifi barely worked. Thin walls so could hear all the neighbors and street traffic. I did like that it was close to places though. Not sure I’d stay again.

The property itself checked all the compulsories, the room was reasonably clean at a two-star level, The air conditioning unit was old and very noisy, I turned it off or I would not be able to sleep. The biggest problem was the noise. The property fronted to a major highway, and the seals around the doors were non-existent, so you get to hear every car truck and motorcycle go by all night long.

Why have a tv if will not connect?

There was very little hot water. I had it running for a couple minutes before showering and it started off mildly warm and the got hot for about 30 seconds and turned completely cold. The bed was hard as a rock and I could hear the neighbors tv.

Unsafe. Not clean. Guest desk staff was disrespectful and rude. Pictures speak for themselves. Was like arriving at a trap house.

The Staff are excellent and very helpful. my stays there are always good.

The property is what it is and ideal for business travelers. I found it to be clean, everything functioned well, I had no issues at all with internet or noise. It’s a 2 star property with 5 star management. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, from management to the domestics. I had to extend my stay a few times and I was accommodated with no issues. The staff is present and that adds security to the location. It was by mistake I booked here, as I tend to stay in more upscale properties, but I truly appreciated the personal consideration that the entire staff demonstrated consistently which made extending an easy decision.

My flight was delayed, I called ahead to let me know. She said no problem use the night window. I rang the bell repeatedly, called in the Phone number, finally someone came out and we’re rude. Get to my room, the mattress gives way to the floor when you sit down. Next morning, try to make coffee, coffee machine won’t work. So look up their website and they have continental breakfast so I go down to get coffee. He says There’s no continental breakfast. And asks me to show him where I read it. It’s right on the website. He at least lets me in to make a cup of coffee. Next morning, try to make coffee again, not working asked to be let in for a cup of coffee. Any argues with me that my coffee machine in my room works after about 15 minutes. He brings me a new machine. This one actually works, but he was really rude in the process.

Very nice hotel and owners are awesome.

The lady who checked me in was super nice, even though I checked in really late. The room is so comfortable and super clean. I’m super happy!

Clerk would not answer the door or door bell. I called the office took him awhile to answer the phone. Then argued with me I had a reservation even after I showed him the confirmation.

Good place to stay near San Francisco, close to bus station which goes directly to the city.

Central between SF and SJ, room was all you expect it to be, had the front desk answer the phone asleep a couple times (literally with a “Hello?…😴”), but they’re doing what they can and it shows.

The hotel was in a sketchy area and was not the cleanest hotel. The chair had stains all over it. The toilet did not flush. The TV did not work and the traffic noise from the main road was so loud I could not sleep. Definitely would not come back. At check out I was going to let them know, but nobody was at the counter and nobody would answer the phone.

Nice clean hotel. Good location for those travelling to Silicon Valley. Good for the money.

This is a motel not a hotel so I didnt have high expectations. The front desk employees were very nice. The breakfast was container juice (not individual) and cereal. Didnt have “breakfast” on site. Went to Starbucks down the street.

Pretty clean. Not noisy. Trash in the neighborhood where I jogged. The quieter streets behind the main drag were nice. The front desk clerks and maid were helpful. The continental breakfast was perfectly adequate.

The management of the hotel is not guest-friendly. The two of us had some urgent work to do; there was a desk in the room, but only one chair. We asked to borrow another chair–any chair–so that we could share the desk and both work at the same time. The manager's reply was "only one chair per room." It would have cost them nothing to let us use a chair from an unoccupied room or even from the breakfast room, since the breakfast room was never full. The refusal was very disappointing. The breakfast was very basic and there was no staff person present during the breakfast hours to replenish the meager supplies that were put out. The first morning the fruit basket contained a few apples and two fairly black bananas; that was the last time we saw any bananas there at all. The toaster was so tiny (I've never seen one so small before) that only one slice of bread or half a small bagel could be toasted at a time. Obviously the guests' comfort and convenience are not a priority at that establishment.

Clean and smelling good sheets and towels They have continental breakfast, the front desk personnel is nice and yes there's no deposit!

A very good low cost alternative. Nothing fancy, but clean and convenient and small continental breakfast included.
