4 day stay. Checking was weird, only offered a room on floor 1 or 2. Didn’t know that un-housed people were being housed in floors 3&4. Our first room had a window that was accessible by a roof outside. There were obvious footprints outside the window where someone had looked into the room. Next room on 3 floor, many people who actually resided at hotel. No room service unless requested, which we did. Bed made, no new sheets. No toiletries and only 2 8oz bottles of water. Many families and sports teams. Easily 20 people at a time at small pool. Breakfast was a madhouse of people after 7 am in too small a dinning space. And kids running up and down halls unattended. A few pounded at our door at about 9 pm rattling the door violently. Located in a business park, parking a car was $22 a night. Ridiculous as many people milling around and no security offered. Also, many parking signs which were confusing leaving one feeling that parking spaces were off limits especially in the front of the hotel. Go somewhere else. Overall feeling was it’s a sketchy, uncomfortable place.

Upon our arrival, the air conditioning unit had a water leak, and the floor was wet. The front desk promptly changed our room. However, the other room lacked an iron, so I had to return to the previous room to retrieve it. The furniture and amenities were modern and new, but the cleanliness was lacking. We stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room until we called the front desk on our last night. Breakfast was the same every morning and offered limited options. All the food was unhealthy and excessively sugary. I would give the hotel three stars for the quick response from the front desk and the EV chargers, as well as for the modern furniture.

I’m giving this hotel a 10 because, overall, we liked it a lot, but it wasn’t perfect. The beds were fantastic, the bathroom was nice and clean, and it was nice having a couch in the room. A couple of things that were not perfect were: the couch area felt a little dingy and the location of the bathroom right in front of one of the beds was less private than most hotels. Also, the bathroom door was translucent so you couldn’t close it and have complete privacy. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and the shower, which was broken when we arrived, was fixed very quickly when we reported it. The pool was quite nice although small, and with only a few lounge chairs.

The staff was nice, welcoming and honest if a delay was happening. It was a big tournament weekend for multiple sports. Breakfast and coffee a plus. The rooms were in great shape. Pool was open and warm. I needed to use the laundry to wash my daughter’s uniforms. Fast, easy to use and safe. I would recommend staying here.

I have stayed here before so I booked it again based on my positive experience the first time. This time I was disappointed. The room was nice, but when we returned to our room after a day out, our room had not been made up and toilet paper and towels had not been replenished. We called the front desk who informed us they had no housekeepers and they couldn’t even bring us towels or toilet paper. We had to go down and get them. This was not told to us prior to booking or even when we checked in. Had I known this was the situation, I would have stayed somewhere else. On top of that, there weren’t any towels out by the pool and one of the elevators broke. I do not feel I got my money’s worth this trip.

The room was spacious for family of 5 yet so smelly and we found empty soda cans. They promised to clean the room at the morning and will send carpet refresher to help the smell. Next day, after returning from long day we found out there was no room service offered and the same trash was there!! My son dropped something under the desk and we got checked when we saw lots of dirt and spots under the desk, will try to attach photo. When we talked to the reception about the lack of room service, they were careless!! The breakfast had very limited items and they took forever to refill.

Property in safe business district location. however, the hotel is in much worse condition since the last time we stayed a year ago. Elevator and hall way carpets were dirty and rooms are starting to show their age. Continental breakfast offering was very unimpressive.

We didn't require daily room cleaning, and the maids were ok with that. Coming from a small community that doesn't recycle, I could have used more info about what could be recycled and composed. Also, a list of the local TV stations would be quite helpful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the noise level was minimal.

Beds were comfortable. Looks great at first glance but room was not clean. Mold in shower, stained sheets, hair on counters. Staff were not accommodating when asking for bedding for pull out they would not bring it to the room. Parking is a rip off, lots of parking available should not have to pay $20 a night when it isnt even secured. Good location, very quiet. Breakfast was good.

Stay was amazing! Room and hotel was very nice and newly furnished. My only issue with the stay was the bathroom, it was right in front of the beds and had a foggy window resulting in little privacy as the silhouette was visible.

Liked cleanliness, service, spacious room comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Modern hotel felt new. Location was ok, not much within walking distance. Has charging station. Only thing I didn’t like not sure if problem in all there rooms. Our room had the AC right next to the bed. I slept on that side my wife on the other. The sound of AC coming on and off was disturbing my sleep, worse part was cold air blowing right at me. Terrible AC placement location. I froze all night but couldn’t turn it off cause it would get hot in the room. It’s bad enough that I wouldn’t stay here again if all rooms are the same. Did mention to staff upon checking out.

The only reason im not give 5 stars is because my shower had very low water pressure and the hot water was just warm . I dont know if the hotel is designed that way or if i had a issue with my shower.

I can’t remember the girl that was at the desk when I checked in which was at 2 PM August 8 Simply amazing she was so polite very friendly answered all my questions gave me some great advice on where to go. Absolutely loved her. The cleaning service people were amazing as well. They helped me with getting new towels, extra pillows, very polite, very friendly.. I would definitely definitely recommend.

Julia was really great from the time I booked to when I checked out. She was really nice throughout my stay. When I had 1 minor issue, she assisted me promptly. This hotel is a great if you’re checking out the local Zoo or any leisure type activities.

Everything was great for what we needed during our stay. The only main complaint that I have is about the billing practice. We were not told about having to put a credit card on file during our stay, which wasn't the problem. The issue was the $60 charge that was made for incidentals. We were not told that was going to happen. The billing for the parking is also odd. We stayed 3 nights which was $66 for parking, but we're charged $70 because of how their billing system works. After calling, it was explained that we works be refunded $60 for the incidentals charge, since we hadn't charged anything to the room, and $4 for the extra parking charge in a few days. It would have been nice to see all of this up front to avoid the extra phone call.

We really enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. Check-in was quick and easy, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly as well. We got a corner suite on the third floor and it was very comfortable. We had drinks and food at the hotel bar where the portions were much better than expected and very good as well. Variety at the complimentary breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay there again.

Difficult check in, make sure to call ahead and check they have a card on file or else they’ll give you push back. Facilities are clean and mobility friendly rooms are a dream. In business park area, across from highway but no traffic sounds. Should be fine for a few nights.

I found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and courteous at all times. I’d recommend renting a car, or bringing your own. The local public transportation system is excellent, but it’s a decent walk to the nearest bus stop. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, breakfast had no healthy options (just donuts and white flour bagels) nor black tea of any kind, and the staff person at the breakfast was rude. I politely asked her if there was any black tea (as the basket only had herbal varieties) and she rudely replied , "NO!" in a harsh, annoyed tone and walked away. I have never experienced a hotel breakfast that does not offer black tea.

The morning breakfast was very limited for the number of guests. The hotel staff worked very hard to keep up with demand but there were long waits to get food. As a result, guest behavior was not good in trying to get food. We enjoyed the popl during our stay.

We stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which was always full and clean and they had plenty of seating for us.The shower pressure was nice and plenty of lighting in the bathroom to apply my makeup only downside was the mirror. It was almost like the mirror had a film on it. I was shocked at the $22 parking night fee, but I just wanted to rest my head after a long day. Overall it was a great stay though.

I pickled this hotel for 2 reasons: (1) the type of room, and (2) the continental breakfast. I will not stay here again. Our first morning there we went downstairs for breakfast. It was 8:45 a.m. and breakfast was being served until 9:30 a.m. I assumed there would still be plenty of options available at that time. It was horrible! There were 2 lines of people down the corridor waiting to serve themselves and waiting to make a waffle. The trashes were overflowing and there was no where to sit. People who were able to still get whatever food was left were going back up to their rooms with it. The staff did not and was not replenishing anything. We were lucky to have gotten a cup of coffee. The coffee ran out halfway through my pouring it. In addition, there were only 2 entrees available to choose from; an egg and a meat. It was just disgusting. We left and walked to a restaurant that was a few hotels down. The hotel also charged us $22.00 a day for parking. I was ok with it when I booked the hotel because I assumed it was a security type parking structure...nope, it was an open parking lot. What a ripoff. This place is absolutely horrible. There are plenty hotels on this area...do yourself a huge favor and stay at one of the others. I didn't think to take a picture of the scene for posting.

During breakfast, they served us expired milk (may 17th) which resulted in my boyfriend throwing up. I didn’t like that they are just trying to sweep this under the rug and not even refund me for the stay. Food borne illness especially from old or expired food should be taken very seriously. The manager might reach out to you once, but then they will ignore you and not do anything they said on the phone. Unfortunately I found out later that this particular hotel is franchised by Reggie Kumar, so unless there are plans of changing ownership, it really seems like these problems with management and staffing at this hotel will not be fixed. The manager told me she would contact Expedia and after realizing this wasn’t going to happen, I have been trying to reach out on my own. Overall really unhappy and also unhappy with Expedia. Matters like these need to be taken seriously and handled appropriately.
