As soon as i got in room i saw 3 roaches. I didnt check in until maybe midnight so i was too tired to go anywhere else...owner said i can get a refund and can go somewhere else but i was too tired. So he changed my rooms. And gave me late checkout. I left at 3pm so at least i got rest. I wont go back i dont do bugs. The owner was amazing and nice thiugh.

Bath shower needs repair, better cleaning. Bath door damage/needs replaced. Flooring was stickie/ felt dirty thru out. Bed head board was poorly cleaned. Air conditioner very loud. Could had more towels and wash clothes. Soap dispenser in shower poor dispenser. Paint color very dark, felt like a dungeon.

Hôtel très correct malgré les mauvais commentaires. Petit dej simple mais ok. Très bon rapport qualité prix. On en a eu pour le prix payé. La chambre avait une fenêtre qui serait à remplacer, on ne voyait pratiquement pas dedans mais c est un détail. Hotel un peu défraîchi mais bien entretenu. Lit assez confortable. Des murs de carton, et mal insonorisé mais pour une nuit, ça a fait notre affaire.

There’s some doorbell chime going off late night/early morning. We were on the ground floor & every time the guest on the second floor moved/ turned over in bed, we heard them. Good breakfast and the housekeeper/ breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful They offered a reasonable brealfast but the room itaelf needed some updating. The wood floor was warped and the bathroom paint job as well.as the door was scratched up. Our room unfortunately faced toward a 24hr. McDonald's near interstate so aloto noise. It looked like they may have had some permanent residents living there. Shower was nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms are very bare like they just through a bed and nightstands in the room it was clean. About 3a we had a very angry gentleman banging on our door screaming and yelling multiple times we let front desk know and all we were told was they would look at cameras when they could. Also the maid just walked in our room at 8am never in all the hotels have I stayed at have I had a maid walk in or even knock that early in the morning

Perfectly adequate place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let me inspect the room before checking in because I was nervous after a horrifying experience at the previous stop on my trip. They made sure I had a clean room, remembered who I was, and swapped out the fridge when it wasn’t cooling. I would be happy to stay here again if I’m ever in the area in the future

Never before have we ever stayed in lodging where the housekeeping staff was literally right outside our door waiting for us to leave! Not only that... The staff member watched me walk out of our door... While my wife was still in our room... And when I came back... This housekeeping person literally had their cart blocking my way back into our room. She was standing right there... And I asked, "what is this?" She answered something in Spanish... And then the man who was at the counter unbeknownst to me... Came up behind me and moved the housekeeping cart out of my way! if it was offered to us free, we would never stay here again!

The staff member that evening was very rude and unaccommodating. She showed no compassion for my disability and just wrote me off like some hick. I will not be staying here ever again. I know it was late when i checked in, but the behavior of the front desk clerk was unacceptable.

I was greeted and checked in by a very helpful and kind night receptionist, who assisted me with my bags after the luggage trolley was found to be needing repair. Daytime staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was modest, but adequate, with coffee and a variety of juices, cereals, breads (and toaster), fruit, and waffle maker. Excellent, clean room with high ceiling, excellent A/C and large flatscreen TV; some signs of wear and repair to the walls and in the bath. Overall an excellent value, in a convenient location just off I-71 north of Louisville, in a beautiful area with a famed state park, the Ohio River, and much more to explore. Excellent, locally-owned restaurants beyond fast food fare are nearby, and travelers in need of shopping options will find a Kroger supermarket and Walmart just down the street.

Checking in was good! The gentleman at the desk seemed to be very dedicated. That is the end of the good, now. The coffee pot in my room was sticky and had water in it already, from who knows how long! The breakfast bar gave you choices of light toast or dark toast. Grape jelly or no jelly. Water or apple juice. Dry cereal or no cereal, and individual Hostess mini muffins or no mini muffins. Thankfully, several close restaurants close. Went to Wendy’s at 7:30 AM to eat. Return to find my key doesn’t work! 11:00 AM check out and key inoperable at 8:15!!! Take shower and start to load vehicle, asked by staff “you check out….” I replied “No, not yet. I still have a few things to do.” I return to my room to be locked out again! THEN chastised for asking why! Was told “YOU CHECK OUT. YOU CHECK OUT” Mind you, it is still not yet 10:00 AM…an hour before check out! When I left my room, I mentioned to the staff person that I was ready, and should I leave my key in the room or take to the desk. I was told to take it to the desk. While I waited 21 minutes, the desk person berated another guest because he had the audacity (at 10:00 AM) to ask about coffee! Many guest and I jokingly asked each other “get enough to eat? How about coffee?” DO NOT WASTE your time and money with this hotel! Any business that advertises or associates with this business should be ashamed and held suspect.

Room was clean and updated but used plug in air freshener quite strong. Breakfast was available. Hot or cold but no protien ( no eggs/sauage). 24 hour fresh coffee easily accessible. Friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Would stay again.
