Nice facility but, I was disappointed that they did not provide a free breakfast. I was required to pay for my morning coffee and muffin. The Bistro was nice but weekend hours were not early enough. I checked out at 6:00AM and the Bistro didn't open until 7:00. Just disappointing.

My wife, daughter and myself was really excited about spending our three day getaway at the courtyard Marriott. We were especially excited about the opportunity to using the swimming pool and the hot tub however the pool was not very clean and extremely cold and the hot tub was taped off due to mechanical issues. So this being the highlight of our stay it really was disappointing to me and my family. We were also in need of ice every morning for our small cooler however it was a bit of an inconvenience due to the fact that the ice maker on our floor was out of order and so we had no other alternative but leave our third floor lodging and travel to the first floor level where the only functioning ice maker was located on the premises. And to only add to the injury my daughter's room was in need of the engineering department to make needed repairs to the faucet assembly. But other than the mention situations our stay was tolerable and in expectation considerable compensation for the lack of transparency of the existing conditions that truly affected the satisfaction of our visit.

Hotel was very nice, clean and in real good condition. They change the bar and dining area and put in a Star Bucks with limited food and beverages. Bad idea, to nice of a hotel to go down the road of cheaper places.

Toilet bowl was dirty and I had to get service to clean it up. Never seen that in any hotel. Building smell very old like tobacco smell. This is like an old motel that needs an upgrade. Marriott could do better than this.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with finding restaurants, shops, and wineries. They even went out of there way to double check the status of the antique stores they referred us to so we didn't waste anytime driving to shops that were no longer on business. Breakfast was so good and the woman working the counter while we were there was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Our room was extremely outdated.The beds were of no use.They were so uncomfortable.Coiled Springs, push in through very uncomfortable all night bachelor party down the hall.People screaming laughing drunks run around slamming doors and this went on to almost 3 AM. We won't even discuss the highway noise which made it sound like we were standing on the shoulder of the road. The property as a whole didn't look very well maintained. Landscaping along the outer edges. The building was just dead or dirt or weeds. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody for any reason. And I'm thoroughly disappointed. The fact that the front of the hotel actually said Marriott. I've never been so disappointed in the Marriott property and all our years of travel.

Typical Marriott Courtyard property. Didn't have but one coffee pod. Bed was not up to Marriott standards, and the A/C unit sounds like a Mack truck. Needs repair as this is a very warm spring and summer location.

Although I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons, everything went well. The room was very spacious and clean. It did take a while for the hot water to warm up, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Felicia was amazing and very friendly. I was able to check in early, which was a big plus for me. I’ll definitely be staying again in the future.

The initial room they gave me was SO close to the interstate all I heard were the cars whizzing by. I had to repack my bags and go to lobby to get another room. I was unable to sleep at all in that room. They should reserve those rooms for deaf people only

We had been on the road all day and checked in late, just before midnight. I checked in with Jorge. He was fantastic! Super friendly and told me sever Times to let him know if there was anything he or his colleague could do to improve our stay, let him know. His level of service and hospitality will definitely bring us back to this property the next time we are in town!

Upon arrival I was told breakfast was from 7 to 11 assuming it was continental breakfast. Also, I left in the morning and asked for housekeeping to empty the garbage and vacuum when returning back to my hotel at 5:30 PM it was not done. I had to request it to be done again. There wasn’t clear communication

The overall stay was not bad, except for inconsitent fees and the most ridiculous pushy security guard I have ever seen. I was staying there with elderly father on our way to visit family, I needed some space and was sitting in the by the entrance to the physical fittness center that is open 24 hours while getting the break I needed and waiting for some laundry to dry, also 24 hour service, and the security guard out of nowhere appears and starts to question wether I was a guest or not. I was not upset at this not at all and understand that anyone could sneak in and just pretend to stay there. Its after he verifys that I am staying there he still insisted that I am not allowed to sit there. I was literley forced to leave the hotel and wait for my laundry to dry at a restaruant next door. Even after I came back in and went to get my clothes he came to bother me and try to make me go. I just told him not to worry tomorrow I will check out and not be coming back.

Check in was quick and smooth. The gentleman that checked us in was informative and clearly communicated our instructions. The facility itself is older and so the normal wear and tear is there but it’s still clean and comfortable.

This was our first time staying at the Courtyard Fairfield Napa Valley Area, and we were very happy we chose this facility. Not only was it conveniently located with all the amenities we have come to love about Marriot, but our experience with the check-in staff was outstanding. Jorge was not only professional and courteous, but he was also friendly, helpful, and kind. In this day and age, it's rare to find these qualities in a person working in customer service and my husband and I appreciated it immensely. If more people were like Jorge, interactions would always be top-notch.

My experience was not great with this property. I ate dinner at a restaurant nearby and got food poisoning during my stay and was sick most of the night. During the time that I could get sleep the fire alarm went off a little before midnight. I understand accidents happen and maintenance work was being done that caused the fire alarm to go off so I didn’t get too bothered. Due to my lack of sleep from me being sick I was planning on resting up until check out time which was at noon. Yet I was woken up 3 times by housekeeping to see if I was still in my room. It was just not an ideal experience. The staff at the hotel were very kind but I think do not disturb signs would be helpful in this case. My room did not have any I’m not sure that was just my case but it’s pretty standard in hotels to have this. The property itself is very nice and the staff is friendly, I just think these different factors cause my experience to be less than great.

First time staying at this location but have stayed at numerous others of this franchise. Hotel desk person was great. Room, beds & bathroom were clean. Ample parking & well lit at night. Over all the hotel felt safe. Location was convenient - close to lots of local restaurants, Peet's Coffee, Denny's, In & Out Burger & gas stations. A big mall was within 1 mile & hotel was close to freeway.

The outside looks very nice, but inside is run down. One of the biggest things no breakfast avaliable. I will not stay here again. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom has very little counter and no shelves under the sink for items Very unhandy. I bought 1 bottle of water and 1 lemonade and it was $5.50

Marriott provides a decent room and that's about it. it would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water, a morning coffee, or god forbid, a continental breakfast for their frequent customers.. but no! That would be considered hospitality.
