Property is clean, pool was warm, jacuzzii was hot but my room had the slightest smell of cigarette smoke. Im an X smoker so didn't bother me too much. If you're allergic or have asthma I'd request to see the room in advance.

Everyone was so friendly! Easy and smooth check-in process, snacks and water at your convenience, they do free breakfast and everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed some jacuzzi time and being someone who works in the pool & spa industries, it was really nice seeing they had lift chairs for handicap both pool & spa along with the water being clean. My kids and myself really enjoyed our stay and time here.

The ceramic floor tile in the front lobby is worn in several places and needs to be replaced. Othewise, comfortable bed, nice, roomy bedroom, clean, quiet and pleasant.

No water in the gym, went to front desk and asked. They said, no water kept in the gym. Also room is really dark. I was only here for one 1, it was ok. Won’t be back. I work every morning. That’s how I book my hotel is if they have a gym. And the gym sucked!

It was terrible! The worst! Dirty hot tub in room.Picked that room as an upgrade. Was really a down grade! I complained . I wanted management to call me never received a call. Breakfast was terrible. No refilling and making sure there was enough for guests. I got the bottom of the barrel. I will think twice before going back to a best western. I would like a refund! If this is possible. Any thing you can do will be appreciated. Thank you!

the first room i got had a clogged toilet and pretzels all on the floor, the bed looked like it was made by five year old. it was dirty. when i told the attendant that the toilet was clogged when i walked into the bathroom all he did was hand me a toilet plunger!!! after seeing the rest of the room and how dirty it was i asked for another room the second room was acceptable.

The walls are paper thin so beware if you are traveling with a family! I stay here often because there aren’t many options in Glendora where my grandma lives. It’s clean but way overpriced IMO. I accidentally forgot to put party of 4 when I reserved my room (like I said I visit often sometimes alone or two people). They charged me a huge fee to stay in the same exact room I was already getting. Far more then the cost of two extra free breakfast (which we do not utilize). Seems management has possibly changed hand. I’m going to have to try another option in the future

Room was clean and spacious. The walls are thin though. Could hear everything going on downstairs, down the hall etc. the air conditioner must have been broken because it was hot. Luckily the air in the room was working.

Our stay was nice. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. We will stay here again. The air conditining in our room didn't seem to work. We fiddled with the unit under the window and the unit on the wall. After 10 minutes of fiddling the air kicked on and we didnt have any other issues. The only thing I was bummed about was in the lobby they had a little tiny store and for a bottle of water and a snack size bag of doritos it was $8. Other than that the stay was great, staff was nice.

We had water damage in our home and our insurance put us up here since it was so close to our home. We stayed for 28 days left for one night (since the hotel doesn’t allow anyone to stay over 28 days. We returned for another 20+ days. In particular Levi and Sierra were so amazing, so supportive and caring, always smiling and helpful. Tina the manager was also very hospitable and extremely helpful. Everyone was extra kind to our little boys who were a bit sad that we weren’t at home. The continental breakfast was great, the hotel in itself was very clean, all the way down to the gym. We are thankful we were treated so well in that difficult time. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. And we thank everyone there for your thoughtfulness.

A nice little best western in a great location; we stayed here for NYE, beds were cozy and room was clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the manager calling us at 10:50 reminding us check out is at 11. I know when check out is sometimes I just need that extra minute to load out, it’s New Year’s Day for goodness sake. Also witnessed the manager berate the janitor lady, which should be done in private away from guests.. Nice breakfast but was definitely missing some of the usual items on the best western menu (bagels, potatoes, water) Probably would have given 5/5 stars had it had a nicer manager and better breakfast.

I was a little taken aback at the $100 damage deposit. Now I have to wait 10 business days or more for it to be credited back into my acct. Had I known, I would have had $100 cash and could have gotten that back on departure. Everything else was excellent.

I've stayed at this property several times now, and I have always highly recommended it. After this last visit, my high opinion was slightly dampened. I arrived early so I thought I would check to see if my room was ready, and if it was, check in. The desk clerk let me know that since it was early in the day, IF the room was ready it was corporate policy to charge am additional $50 - to check into a room that was going to sit empty until check in time anyway. I was pretty surprised to hear this since it wasn't an issue on previous visits, and this is standard practice for every hotel everywhere. Not sure I can say this Best Western is putting the hospitality in to the hospitality industry with this kind of nickel and dime outlook, and will absolutely affect my decision on whether or not to stay at Best Westerns on future travel.

We were given a room with a noisy old A/C and no window screen.the bed was ok.I called to ask for another room the person hang up on me and was extremely rude. Next day they moved us to another room ,the a/c was better the bed was like sleeping on a concrete board. They would safe money by installing soap and shampoo on the shower wall. Instead they give a tiny bottle of shampoo and lousy soap. Housekeeping ladies were nice. I had forgotten why I stopped staying at this place.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The an older place efforts have been made toward updates and modern convenience. Breakfast was good and again kitchen staff wonderful! I’m gluten free and was able to eat just fine. I downer is the transmission shop located to the back left side. LOUD at 6 AM!! Don’t stay in the even numbered rooms. Bring your earplugs. I would return as it is clean, friendly, well located with good eats nearby and safe.
