This is an excellent hotel. Spacious room, comfy beds, very clean. I couldn’t ask for more in the room. The breakfast was good as well with great strong coffee. My only nitpicks are the other guest noise, construction noise and the lack of handicap parking spots.

Great place to stay. Very nice staff. Only problem was the parking at night. People was parking there to go to Marriott next door when parking clearly say Townplace place parking only. Had to park at the far end of hotel.

Great staff, parking is limited and it’s $5 a day. We tripped on the sidewalk because there’s a huge crack on the cement. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good and kept very well stocked and clean by a lovely lady that was extremely caring and helpful.

I’m not sure where the 4/5 star reviews are coming from . The TownPlace Suites by Marriott 1784 on Tribute Road is not a place I would ever return to or recommend. It’s understaffed, smells like a smokers hotel, they don’t communicate clearly and what they have advertised on Expedia is false advertisement. They are undergoing construction; failed to let us know that the TVs would not work an entire day and that they were turning off the hot water from 10 am - 6 pm . And our key cards stopped working at 10 am the day we had check out at 11 am . The pool is green; not sure if they have just given up on it. Find a different place there are many options in the area .

Hotel room was nice, clean and had a full equipped kitchenette, including dishwasher, lots of storage, no complaints on room, staff was friendly and welcoming, my only complaint was the pool it was very cloudy , didn’t look safe to swim and my kids were looking forward to swimming

My room had hair in the shower from pervious tenant, the shower drain got clogged while showering, the bathroom sink faucet splashes water everywhere, and the close door is jammed and has to be yanked forcefully in order for it to open all the way.

All of the staff there went above and beyond for me. The gentlemen who checked me in was super friendly and gave me some water. And during breakfast a lady offered to get me a blanket for my baby so he could play on the floor. Room was super clean and nice. I would definitely come back.

1st room I checked in smelled like cigarette smoke!!! I even Lysol sprayed the room and Febrezed all the furniture!!! After, one hour and leaving for dinner (atleast 2 hours) it still smelled like cigarette smoke. I come to find found ashes on one of the sheet beds, which I regret not taking pictures of and, windows were cracked open to help get rid of the smell. Complained to front desk and agent was very apologetic about it and put me into another room. 2nd room was better smelling BUT!!!!! WHY as soon as I opened the door, a damn cockroach decided to run from dishwasher area and stop to basically greet me right in my tracks!!!! I couldn’t stop myself and stomped on it and was just beside myself! It was SO late, I couldn’t move anywhere else because the conference I was attending took all the hotels. I checked for bed bugs, and Lysol sprayed my bed and went to the closest Target to get a sleeping bag to sleep in. Never again!!!! I complained to staff and all they offered was complimentary snacks. They were apologetic but, can tell couldn’t do much.

These rooms are spacious for 2 or 3 ppl. All the amenities work properly so that really exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 4 days and got the best sleep and rest even though the freeway was right next to me. No noise through their thick glass. The staff are friendly, fast, and professional. And the rooms are CLEAN

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a suite with refrigerator, stove, and microwave, which save us a lot. We were able to prepare meals on the days we didn’t dined out. The continental breakfast was on point real breakfast eggs, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, bacon, sausages my family, and I was very comfortable. Enjoy our stay. The staff were very friendly, it felt like a family

Arrived to a very cold lobby ( 102f outside), it was so welcoming. Thank you. Check in smoothly. Room was a little worn but beds were so darn comfortable.

When I arrive at the property, the person at the front desk told us that I room is not ready and the booking has been cancelled. Also told us that Expedia should have informed you about the cancellation and also told me that I should have booked directly from the hotel's website. When I pushed back, they said they can put me in a 2 queen bed room and they will not charge me extra. I booked a 2 bedroom suite, the person at the front desk do not know the difference between a standard room and 2 bed room suite. But pushed hard and magically a 2 bed room suite showed up and we were accommodated. But this was a very bad experience and total lack of responsibility at the front desk was very disappointing.

The Fire Alarm went off all night. They said it was a false alarm, but I couldn't sleep and everytime I tried, the alarm would wake me up again. I called the front destlk and they simply said they didn't know what was going on and kept hanging up on me.

We didn’t even get to stay at Towneplace Suites. We went to check in and were told that they overbooked the hotel and sent us over to Fairfield by Marriot. I booked at Towneplace because my daughter’s volleyball team was all staying there and they had a full kitchen. We ended up having to stay at a different hotel than the team and the Fairfield was much older, very outdated and had no kitchen. There were other people checking in when we did that had the same experience.

I was asked $200 dollars in deposit, this is nor rhe first time I use a hotel or expedia, other hotels always ask $50-$100 dollars deposit, they put a hold on my card and they have not reimbursed yet. I called the hotel and told me this will take 7-10 days to be release in my card. I also asked for a receipt and they declined telling me that I used a third party and I will have a receipt with expedia. Something fishy is with this hotel

Overall, the hotel was nice, felt safe and it was quiet. Staff was very nice, greeted me and asked if I needed anything. I would suggest a sign in the parking lot directing to the hotel lobby. There are 2 hotels right next to each other and it's confusing.

Great location to downtown, 10-15 minute trip most times. Rooms are in need a of a refresh, Kitchen was a plus! Staff was great! very helpful with requests and ideas for dining. Would stay again.

For a last minute 2 day stay it was very convenient. Near the places we wanted to go. We got the suite with 2 bedrooms. The ac worked despite them looking dilapidated with missing vents which is good enough for me. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with warm food and hot and cold beverages.
