Good value for money. Love this location

Our bathroom was one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've ever had. Spacious, good shower pressure, lots of towels, good toiletries. Drinks at the Top of the Mark is always a lovely experience. Our valet for bags was so kind. It was clear he has been there for many years and goes out of his way to make each guest feel special and taken care of. Long-term employees like him make a big difference to guests. I love historic hotels and yours is one of the best.

Great hotel with tons of character. Loved the rooftop bar. Only disappointment was the limited breakfast menu and the fact that ypu could not order anything Ala Carte. For example, I wanted just a side of toast and bacon and they would not accommodate. You could only order a full breakfast.

Ice machine put on our floor. When going to the Top of the Mark after our show. Waiters ignored us until I flagged one down and was promptly told I had to order at the bar. Outside of those mishaps, the property is wonderful and conveniently located.
