The property is in good condition, only 1 elevator is working, take a long time to get the upper floors. The staff are very nice and friendly. Quiet area and the parking is free and plenty of space.

Very clean, nice amenities. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Shower hardware was nice. Beds were comfortable. Love the EV charging station! Very convenient! Breakfast had plenty of options. The manager, Seph, was amazing. we took advantage of the fitness room and free breakfast. The hotel was decorated for fall and, breakfast offered pumpkin spice pancakes.

Pool was awesome, most staff very helpful except check-in woman. We told her the double queen mattresses were quite soft. We asked to see another room and she said “all the mattresses are the same.” She begrudgingly allowed us to see another room. Mattress was so much better!

The water smelled terrible, like sewage. Me and two other colleagues reported it to staff and were told "that is just Fort Myers water". No. I know what untreated well water (from sulfur) smells like, and it is NOT sewage. We did not feel safe drinking/brushing teeth with the sink water and so used bottled water. My guess is this foul-smelling water was related to the hurricane and damage.

Sugar ants in the bathroom sink and counter and bathtub, live roach fell into the refrigerator and another one scattered across the bathroom floor when the light was turned on. Asked to switch rooms but they said they were full and it didn't appear to be the case. Said sugar ants are normal for the area.

Check in process was very easy and we were greeted. We got to our room and everything was nice and clean. The second day we were there we came back in from dinner and near the bar area when you walk into the room we noticed ants. I called front desk and they said maintenance was gone for the day. So we moved everything to a different area. Next morning we found more ants on the desk where we had moved things too and they were all in our stuff and food and drinks of water we had. I told front desk again upon checking out and she said they could put some points on our Hilton honors. But besides dealing with ants the room and service was very good.

This was probably one of the CLEANEST hotels I have stayed at in a while. Definitely worth a little extra $$$. The breakfast bar was a little lacking but hey....i travel for work, so Im not there for the breakfast. Keep up the great work Hampton Inn! Adam

I truly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff from the front desk ( shout out for Kimberly) to the breakfast crew were super nice and helpful. I felt safe staying on my own and it was super quiet, too. I will definitely choose this location next time I travel to the area. The only minor inconvenience was the water pressure on the third floor. Minimum. I wish they would install those removable shower heads this way you could concentrate better with the poor water pressure. But again, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Would not stay here again due to the noise. The staff was friendly, so not blaming them. The issue was the paper-thin walls. We were on the 1st floor, end of the hall, away from the elevator. Yet, there was yelling and running in the hallway until after midnight. Slamming doors, etc. At 6am we could hear every word said by our very talkative neighbors. It was like they were standing in our room. Needless to say, our family got less than 5 hours of sleep even though we were in bed by 9 pm. Terrible night at this hotel due to loud noises. While the room was more spacious than an ordinary hotel room, the layout was odd. The bathroom sink was out in the open, not separate in the bathroom. No privacy for tooth brushing, makeup, etc. Not ideal. Will stick with sprinhill or staybridge for future stays as the rooms are quiet and better for sleeping.

We arrived late after 10 pm and the TV was so dark could not see the picture. My husband went down and asked if they could fix it and they said no one was there to repair it or take a look. We said that was fine but was disappointed and they could take a look at it the next day when we left in the morning. We arrived back again late that night and the TV was still not repaired after have all day!! Was upset since they had 8 hours to get it fixed. My husband went back down and they called the maintenance man when asked if he repaired the TV he said why and the front desk person explained that my husband had a video and the TV looked exactly the same as it did last night. He said that he repaired it and it was fine. The manager gave us a credit for two nights, which was great now I have only a partial refund which is being credited. This is a place we stay all the time and have never had a problem until now.

The facility is very clean and well kept. The front desk staff at our check-in at approximately 4:45 pm was not friendly at all. We did not feel welcomed by her. We guessed that maybe she was having a bad day or something. Conversely, the evening and the next morning staff we very friendly. Kitchen staff were excellent and patient. Overall, great place to stay!

Every single thing about this hotel was great! From the extremely pleasant and helpful lady at check in to the super friendly service at checkout and everything in between! I had difficulty finding the place. The address was shown as Colonial Drive, but no number. After I had driven the length of that road (and it's a long one) I Googled it and found a better address, Executive Way, drove all the way back and found it. The hotel was perfect for me so I gave it 5 stars.

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times and we’ve never been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the rooms are always very clean and the breakfast area is well taken care of. The nice lady at breakfast is always cheerful and greets people with ‘Good Morning’ when we arrive. It’s a safe area to stay at in the Fort Myers area and it’s close to restaurants and stores.

Staff friendliness was superb both at check-in and throughout our stay. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was nicely done. However, the breakfast isn’t anything special. It’s the same quality of food you experience at lower end brands. Our room, 418, has signs of wear with the chair showing its age and the ceiling showing a repair made where they must have had a leak at one time. Textured ceilings are hard to get perfect without redoing the entire ceiling but they made the attempt. The mattresses were not comfortable and anytime we moved they bounced and you would sink into the middle. They too were as tired as us. Hair from a previous guest or housekeeper was still on the shower wall. However, even with a few items needing some TLC and cleaning with a bit more detail, the front desk staff really made the stay and saved the review from being a mid-3 star.

There isn’t a category for how well I slept. That part was terrible. I like it to be cool overnight. The thermostat wouldn’t allow the temperature to be what I wanted. The hotel controls that. They said they gave me control, but it didn’t make much of a difference. Sometimes I’d feel close to comfortable, but every couple hours I woke up in a sweat. In my 2 week stay, I never slept through the night. The breakfast wasn’t anything to talk about either. It’s the kind where it’s made somewhere else, and reheated to serve. One of the sausages they had was absolutely disgusting. It might have been one of those where it’s pretending it’s meat. If the person buying that stuff had to eat it every morning, I’m sure it’d be a better quality.

We ended up here after our first hotel we booked was a complete disaster. What a relief to have found a room here for our trip. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well taken care off. The warm cookies in the evening were a great touch. We didn’t hear any other guests from our room at all. It was the best sound proofing I’ve experienced at a hotel. The housekeeping was great and always kept us stocked with towels. The breakfast was ok. A huge negative for me was their juice machine. I’m pretty sure they water down the juices to make them stretch further. None of the juices tasted right. I even thought it was running out of OJ because there was very little flavor. She checked and it was still half full. So. Like I said. Disappointing. Overall it’s a decent breakfast but not as many options or as good as Holiday Inn Express’s. The only other issue we had was with the pillows. Down feather pillows. They were so soft we were stacking multiple on top of one another to get any firmness. We ended up having to buy some pillows. I easily rate this hotel a 4 out of 5. I would choose a 4.5 if I could.
