Seasons Florida Resort was clean and front desk was friendly. This hotel is more like a motel and the front desk is closed until morning. They charge you in full at check in so you just can leave the day you are to check out. It’s overall clean, it’s a dated hotel but everything was clean and peaceful. The restaurant El Cibao has delicious Dominican food and you have other restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again for the price. Forgot to mention the pool which I enjoyed for the day.

The owner and most of the staff were very friendly. One of the gentlemen who was usually working in the afternoons was not pleasant and had a weird attitude. The rooms could use some updates, our sink had pieces chipping off that were sharp and the tub was not something I would bathe my kids in. The air conditioner/heater unit sounded like a small air craft carrier taking off every time it kicked on and it woke us up nightly. The pool was great although it was heated but still chilly. I warm breakfast would have been an added bonus when staying for a week. One of the ice machines was broken and there was no coin machine for the onsite laundry. Although it was generally quiet, every night you could hear one or two vehicles racing by loudly. It was a great price for what we ended up getting, I wouldn’t have paid anymore for what we had.

Water smells like sulfur, floors are dirty, ceiling is dirty, the fridge doesn't work, and the hot water is like warm at best. We decided to leave the next morning, and they refused to give us a refund for the subsequent day. Do not book under any circumstance.

It was quiet and convenient to shopping but was long drive to Disney. The room was dirty. The housekeeper didn’t mop at all, there was hair on the door casing and toilet. We had cobwebs and dust. The room was outdated and run down.

On the outside, this is an unassuming hotel. The room was very nice though. This was a hidden gem with an extremely reasonable price and much better than the very cheap national chains. Room was clean and quiet. We would have stayed another day if we did not leave the Orlando area for another city.

Overall not a bad place. Pk to use as a base if your doing the parks. Pool was nice, the staff was excellent. Our room smelled musty at first,and had a 1/4 gap around the door, I was surprised we didn’t have insects coming in. The beds were lumpy and uneven one of the worst I have ever had. For the price it was a you get what you pay for place.

i arrived before 11pm at the hotel due to my flight arriving late i called and the lady was really helpful in providing me additional information after office closes. when i got there a lady that works there was about to leave after closing and she was kind to stay and help me get my key. service was excellent. and everything was close by to get food and grocery shopping. front desk ladies were nice.

Everything about the trip had been going sideways; delayed flight, long wait in baggage claim, even longer wait for shuttle to car rental. Then I got a text from Kathy at Seasons Florida Resort telling me what to do for a late check-in & even reminding me of the address to put in the GPS to get to the property. Getting the key to our room after hours was easy, and the room was clean, roomy, & cool. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked, and the shower was good. The morning staff cheerfully gave us an extra hour late check-out and recommended a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend Seasons Florida Resort for a clean, comfortable & safe stay in Orlando with helpful & friendly staff.

helpful and polite staff & clean rooms. The rooms have a microwave and a mini fridge, which were a big plus during my trip. Warning their lobby area, where they are able to assist guests does not open till 8 AM. We arrived at 7 AM and had to wait an hour outside so plan accordingly.

You get what you pay for. Room was clean. No ups no extras. Ladies in office were friendly except for the one in the evening that was straight rude to my daughter because we asked for an extra blanket. Told her to turn the air conditioning down if she's cold, REALLY??!! Did she happen to consider my daughter might have a medical condition or is on medicine that thins her blood? And we don't look like people that need to steal motel blankets 🙄 Not enough outlets for our phone chargers and cpap machines. Older building but really can't complain. We would stay again but prolly won't.

The room was infested with bed bugs. They changed the sheets every two. But three days before we left they did not clean the room. The night before we left I was attached. The wells didn’t come up until I returned home. When I called twice to complain, they said someone from management would call and they never did. Please don’t stay there. There is actually another gate to the property that would allow access to the parking lot. It would be very easy to turn left from US-192 and drive in. But you have to go all the way to the light to make a u-turn. The light is a very long light. Once you make your u-turn you have to drive into a parking lot for the restaurant next to the hotel And weave around to get there. Kind of an inconvenience.

We booked this hotel because it said it had breakfast included. No breakfast was included. On the parking pass it said transportation to the Disney parks was included. When we inquired they said sorry we no longer do transportation.
