Front desk women were not friendly at all, almost as if they hated being there. Breakfast was bagged mini waffles and yogurt. My key cards needed reactivated everyday we were there. The room had a musty smell. The people in the room next to us banged on the walls all night. You get what you pay for, and it served just that. I did feel safe and the pool was clean so that's a plus.

Smells clean when you walk in the door. Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. Continental Breakfast was nice and the pool was small but clean.

I like the hotel. Was kept clean. The last few nights were super busy and loud. The pool was clean. I would give them a8/10. One lady that worked nights was super rude but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel location was decent and free parking, but the overall stay was disappointing. The entrance and room had an unpleasant smell, I encountered bed bugs. This made the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely needs better cleanliness and pest control.

This place was terrible. The lights in the room barely worked. The tv also did not work. Even plugged our own Roku in and it didn’t work. Rude staff. A/c barely worked. It said hot tub available but there was not one. Just move on.

Property was very clean and quiet. Enjoyed the pool. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely revisit

"Breakfast" was a joke, when they "cleaned" the room the one time they did, they didn't even sweep. The elevator was broke for a day. The ice machine on the 1st floor was always broken, there wasnt one on our floor so we had to go upstairs. The walls are incredibly thin so you heard everything from surrounding rooms. Overall, it wasnt horrible but it wasnt good. For the amount of money we paid, it should have been better

The elevator stopped working and they couldnt get it fixed until next morning. I had to walk 2 flights of stairs with 2 artifical hips. The desk clerks were not the friendliest. The walls are paper thin and I could hear walking and tv from other rooms. However the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

Upon checking in the facility looked nice. (With the exception of the drug use in the parking lot.) Check in was easy and lobby looked good. Second floor had a bad odor in the hall but looked clean enough. Once in our room things went bad. Room was not clean at all. Trash and dirt on the floor. Dirty sheets with hair and dirt in the bed. Hair all over the bathroom floor. I went to the desk and asked for another room. Was told she would refund my money due to being booked up. There were no rooms anywhere at this point. I asked for clean sheets and I would clean the room. Desk receptionist said the manager would see the following day and housekeeping would be in also to deep clean. My family and I cleaned the room ourselves. Management nor housekeeping ever showed. Loud drunk teenagers were in the next room screaming all night. Next morning the new desk person told me they were underage to be there and had problems with them all week. But never kicked them out. The facility has a very heavy drug use in and out of the facility. Not a safe place and I don't recommend this location to anyone.

The Google pictures are false advertising. Disgusting. Mold. Water damage and poor cleaning. Very over priced.

The facility was clean, the staff were pleasant, and the area was safe. The only downside was the continental breakfast-not that great. Overall, a nice stay.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They are dirty and we ended up leaving a night early because of how bad it was.

Room was ok, shower was lacking pressure, most of the channels on the tv didn't work. The breakfast was ridiculous, should just say coffee and pastry. Check out was unfriendly but quick, no receipt offered. Overall just a place to sleep.

I will NEVER stay here again!! First night kids ran up and down the hall. 2nd night all most as bad as the 1st night. But then a herd of elephants got lose right above us. Told the lady at front desk about my experience. She told me "Well kids will be kids" Not at 2 and 3 o'clock We had to leave a day early.

The room smelled of mildew, the ac was starting to go out and made a lot of noise. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the sink was broken. Also when it rained there were alot of leaks everywhere. This stay wasn't worth the 150 dollars.

I was moved to 4 different rooms, 1st room - TV did not work, 2nd room - stunk and no TV, 3rd room - no TV, 4th room - faint odor and only 3 channels on the TV, plus shower did not work. Tub worked but not shower. Hotel stunk of people vaping or smoking marijuana all night, could smell it coming under the door. Hallway was noisy all night. No one available in the morning to check out at 8 am. Don't just stay away - run away!

There is no knob or anything for shower. You have to take a bath. Bathroom floor feels like tiles are messed up or floor is weak. Ac works but wont stay on setting you put it on. Other than that its fine

The air Conditioner in the room was very loud and cycled very frequently making sleep somewhat difficult. Breakfast was scant. The floor in the room was very sticky to my feet as if they had not rinsed the floor cleaner after cleaning. But everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Overall, the room was 'clean' as long as you didn't walk around the room without shoes. It seems that this room was one of those that needed a bit of TLC! It's as if the room was used to supplement parts for other rooms. The noise level was awful as the floor above had heavy footed occupants. Being two doors from the exit to the pool/smoking area was also an issue as it was a constant opening/closing of the door. It was tolerable as I'm a night owl, but after 10 pm it should be more quiet. My only reason for staying here was for interior doors and close proximity to family. The staff were professional and personable; they did make the other issues seem more tolerable.

The lady that checked us in was awesome but the guy that was there at night was so rude and mean. We were waiting on our son so we could go out and eat and the clerk told us to get out of lobby and i said we were guest and he replied he didnt give a damn who we were. Terrible mean guy that needs to learn some customer service skills.

Nice area and very quiet. However: the hotel smells horrible, there were spiders and centipedes in the room, hair in the tub, hair on the toilet, hair in the sink, air conditioning did not work the whole time I was in the room, pillows had stains on them. The breakfast is a joke: small muffins packages or 2 types of dry cereal with juice. I will never visit this hotel again.

Average hotel around a bunch of resorts. Beach scenery is great but when you turn around and look at the hotel it looks like it belongs in the hood.

It was what should be expected for the price point. The room was clean but not very clean. The staff was friendly enough. The amenities were there. It was in close proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I'd stay again now with the knowledge you get what you pay for.

The lady(apperaed to be from the Caribbean) at check in was very friendly and nice. The room was pretty clean and a decent size room(I believe that not all rooms are the same). I liked that the room had laminate floors vs carpet; easier to clean and doesn't smell/keep critters. I was staying for a week work training, so I was looking for a place that had a fridge and microwave to keep eating out to a minimum. You are not going to mistake this for the Hilton. But for the price point, I was satisfied with what I got. Some of the complaints I read prior to booking, I can understand. For some reason, a garbage truck comes at 5-6a to empty the dumpster for an adjacent property. There are families living there due to FEMA hurricane displacement. I would not go for a family stroll through the adjacent area at night. I felt safe enough inside the building and I made sure to empty my vehicle at night not to tempt any break ins. But if you are looking for a cheap room that has a mini fridge, microwave, a hot shower and is centrally located to most places/things(20-30min drive to the beach due to poor traffic patterns/drivers); this is a decent choice.

GREAT Time! Lobby was super clean, workers very friendly, room was cleaned every morning (stayed a full week). Bathroom was a bit smaller but still worked out great for our stay. Breakfast could be better but hey its a free breakfast so anything is better than nothing.

Low supplies on continental breakfast but front desk help brought out a few things for us to help with that.

Honestly a very basic cheap hotel. Nothing fancy at all. My main issue honestly is the extra fee for continental breakfast and literally all they had was cereal and yogurt
