Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

the hotel gave us the first room... mini fridge had leaked all over the floor.. then the coffee pot overflowed.. and the restroom smelled like sewerage. They swapped our room.. it was better. the pool was old, need to be refinished and the water was cloudy. Breakfast charge would have been 13 pp... seems very high

The service was excellent, my only concern is the clorox in the pool, it was too strong, my son did not like the pool at all and other people who were there, left the pool for the same reason, the clorox smell was too strong. Also the elevators made some weird sounds and it was very hot, I hope they fix it soon.

A beautiful property with very nice staff. Convenient airport shuttle that runs from 4 AM until 1 AM. It’s so difficult to find a hotel with a reliable shuttle.

I feel the hour the bar opens could be earlier Ie 3pm Also the restaurant hours could be longer because it’s not big enough to handle the number of people at the hotel

We had to wait over 45 minutes for the shuttle. We called 3 times for it. They said theyd be there in 5 minutes. The hotel is 5 minutes from the air port. The pool could use an update as theres holes in the pool. There was a couple ahead of us at 12pm and asked to be checked in early. They were given a room, we asked for a room and it wasnt ready i guess. They took my name and number and said theyd call me when it was ready and they never called. Which eas annoying. Not much to do around there if you dont have a car and want to pay for ubers. The room was nice and clean. Comfy beds.

Enjoyed the free hotel shuttle to downtown as well as airport.

We were disappointed because the on-site restaurant was advertised to be open Sunday at 5 pm and it was not. Had to make other arrangements. We would have chosen a different location had we been made aware of this

Pool wasn’t clean as in the water wasn’t clear looked like it needed to be shocked with chemicals to make it clear. Same with property next door. Bathroom sink was clogged and mold on ceiling in bathroom.

All in all everything was good, however, shuttle on my return back from airport to hotel, never showed up. I did get back with another Hilton shuttle. Driver saw me waiting on his third trip and offered, that was after a 45-minute wait .

Friendly staff especially the Chef 👩‍🍳 in the kitchen. She was extremely helpful with my granddaughters diabetes diet. Unfortunately for me their was major construction going on inside the hotel on the first floor. If I had been given the notice I perhaps would of just cancel and rebook at a later date. The swimming pool was a disappointment, very dirty and green algae, my granddaughter was very disappointed as was I. I book here because it was a Hilton I don’t think I will be returning no time soon…. Overall C- 4/10

Close to airport. Parking long term. Meals at hotel. Cleanliness !!!!!

Our first night we wanted to have drinks and dinner in city park. The hotel offers a shuttle if you reserve it ahead of time. We have a car but since we were drinking we didn’t want to drive. We reserved 4 passengers for the shuttle an hour before pickup. When it arrived the driver told us he could only take 3 of us. What good is reserving a spot if they don’t honor it. The next morning we ordered a hot breakfast and the food was very good. We ordered orange juice and it never came. When we asked about it the waiter said he would bring it over to our table. When we asked a 3rd time for orange juice, we were told to go get it at the buffet- We didn’t order the buffet breakfast so we had no idea it was over there.We would have happily served ourselves if we knew that was an option. The internet was not good in our room or my brother and his wife’s room. This room price was $331 a night. The floors were sticky, shower was dirty on the walls.It was as nice as a $85 room per night. One positive is there are comfortable cushioned chairs by the pool. When we checked out the lady told me she couldn’t give me a printed bill because booked through Expedia. I always book rooms through Expedia and we are always given a receipt. We are retired and we stay in a hotel at least 2 times a month. This is the worst hotel we have stayed in and I’m a Hilton honors member so we stay in a lot of them. After this experience, my husband asked me to never book a room at another Hilton garden inn.

Moldy ceiling , bugs on A/c unit, water coming up from laminate flooring , faucet is loose in bathroom I have pics an videos of everithing.Room 103 . Rundown motel is better then this hotel. Disgusting

Close to West Palm Beach airport. Cost for being in the room for 6 hours a good deal. No complimentary breakfast. Tap not attached to the counter in bathroom. Phone didn’t work when trying to call the front desk. Bed was comfy

Nice staff. Quick check in. Tv and phone didnt work. Maintenance fixed immediately. Room was very clean, except, oddly, the floor in front of toilet. Would rate a 5 if someone didnt @#@## on the floor after cleaning.

I've stayed at other Hilton Garden properties and this one was below par. Rooms dated and neglected but clean. You can't get food at any other time than breakfast and dinner but my stay, i arrived after breakfast and we were already out at dinner by the time they served anything. Guest water with fruit tasted like detergent Pool area was decent but small with comfortable couch and lounge chairs, again just feeling of neglect overall in the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel! The room was spacious, super clean, and really comfortable. It even had two TVs and really nice toiletries. No weird smells—just fresh and spotless. The bed was super comfy, it was very quiet, and the pool area was great for relaxing. Parking was only $5, which was a nice bonus. Check-in was quick and easy too. Honestly, everything about my stay was great. This is definitely one of my favorite hotels now, and I’d stay here again for sure!

Everyone was kind, courteous, and diligent.

Unfortunately the people in room next door were extremely loud until 4 in the morning. Loud music Tv and shouting. We made multiple complaints. We asked for our room to be moved but they were totally booked. Although staff did ask them to turn down sound I don’t think they did enough to follow up and alleviate the issue.

There’s a shuttle. Found out about it late in the visit. They should have told us when checking in. After, saw two extra charges. Called them to ask about it and they said the manager would call me back but never did.

Sam the bartender and Wendy the front desk staff were FABULOUS

The place is amazing but the check in lady was really rude and short with us.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport was great. It was so close to the airport and car rental return that catching our flight home was so easy. Our room was updated. The bed was comfortable enough. Staff was friendly. There’s breakfast but we left to early to enjoy it. Any amenities we needed were provided. We’d stay again.

Decent hotel, the surrounding area isn’t great

We found the location a little tricky to find by car but vey friendly a nd the extended parking was a big help.

Great hotel and staff. Convenient to downtown and the airport. It has shuttle service for both.

This is a nice, clean hotel with very courteous staff. It is close to the airport so was convenient for what I needed for one night. A little hard to find at first since you have to pass a different hotel in the same complex to get to it and it is in the middle of a commercial business park but I wasn't using it for vacation.

This hotel was right across from the airport and it was very convenient and affordable for an overnight stay. The business area and lobby were also good areas to work in and the pool area was very nice. In the morning, they had a breakfast buffet but also an area where it could be cooked to order. There isn’t much in the immediate area except the airport but it’s within minutes from downtown west palm beach and a quick Uber ride to many points of interest. The rooms are clean and comfortable and had everything that I needed for a short stay.

The hotel was good there just wasn't much that was walkable nearby. It was fine for me as I was running a half marathon and just needed a place to sleep the night before and shower after my race. The staff were nice and the room was clean.

Hotel is located within a business park. Very quiet if you want to relax. You can uber downtown to the hustle & bustle cheaply. Room was clean so no complaints there. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I will stay here again.

Friendly check-in. Excellent food/drinks/service at hotel bar.

The property is beautiful and pristine. The customer service at the front desk and in the morning the restaurant hostess and chef were exceptional. They were friendly and attentive to guests needs including the specifics I required for my meal. I would have liked the flexibility to check in closer to my flight arrival time.

The chef and bartender were amazing!!! I had the Cobb Salad with fried chicken and I believe pulled pork sliders. Everybody was friendly, from the time I checked in and when I left. The only thing I didn't care for were the dirty glasses that were put out for breakfast. I understand that you use a machine for cleaning the glasses, but you have to inspect them before putting them out. There were glasses that had lipstick stains. Still giving it a 10 out of 10.

We booked here to save a little money on our one night stay. We were surprised to have to pay for breakfast. Most hotels have a complimentary buffet of at least the simplest things. ie:cereal, muffins, toast, but you had to pay $13 for that. If you wanted hot food you had to order that off a menu. It ended up costing us more per night. I think I will go back to the Embassy suites.

Airport shuttle was great to and from. We stayed before our flight and after our return flight. We booked our room online along with a breakfast. We were given continental breakfast coupons at the front desk. The first day we were told it included everything on the breakfast menu. When we returned and stayed we were told it only included the continental breakfast. Not sure if it was because the first day was a menu breakfast and the second stay was buffet, either way need to be consistent. When we booked online through 3rd party website it only said breakfast which we paid extra for. Other than that the place was good overall.

Everyone was genuinely sweet and so helpful. I absolutely adore the staff here. The food is delicious. They've been doing renovations inbetween and even the work staff was amazing and did not effect the stay. Convenient access to the airport and very close to so many food options and convenient stores. Second time staying and as welcoming as the first!

HOTEL OK staff had no time for guests, restaurant service was awful as was the food. Breakfast was particularly bad, very expensive and very poor quality, and staff that could care less.... Not likley to stay in another Hilton Garden Inn again, most are OK this one was bad...
