Comfort Suites Cedar Falls Industrial Park

Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Pool was a little cold.

Overall, the stay was nice. All hotels seem to struggle with pool towels being out so we had to ask for some. Also, had to ask for new towels for our room on day 2. Small amounts of mold in the bathroom, but you can tell they try to stay on top of it. My biggest issue was the water features not working at the pool. There’s not a sign warning about it either. Traveling with a toddler, I chose this hotel specifically for the little pool. I was extremely disappointed with that. We would have only stayed one night if I knew about that. The hot tub was more like a warm tub, but honestly not complaining about that, because it still was enjoyable.

Room was fairly clean.The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was cold and the zero entry fountains were broken.

The staff was absolutely amazing and they were so helpful! They went above and beyond to help us. We appreciated their positive attitude as well!

Check-In and Out was simple and easy! Room was great and breakfast was hot!
