Although the room and bathroom were reasonably clean, the common areas such as the carpet in the corridor are lousy. The carpet has probably never been washed. The elevator is broken, apparently for good. The widespread use of daylight bulbs (read: harsh hospital bright) doesn't help anyone - nor the drab room environment... We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle although we called 4 times. They just wouldn't pick up the phone. We slept ok. Surprisingly it's not that noisy considering it's next door to O'Hare.

Hotel is fine for a quick overnight when flights are cancelled. Friendly airport shuttle driver. Hotel is located in a business area, so limited food options. Check in clerk was extremely curt and rude. First room had no AC, but was moved to another. EXTREMELY LIMITED airport shuttle return times. Should run a continuous loop so more options are available.

I’ve stayed here many times, but I won’t return. The general manager refused to refund a reservation when I made a booking mistake, even though other staff were understanding. On my most recent stay, I was confirmed for the 5:30 AM shuttle and showed up right on time, but the manager let the shuttle leave early and refused to call it back. Another couple also missed it despite being there and we shared an uber. In the past, staff made sure no one was left behind, but this manager has made the shuttle unreliable. Staff like Lena are great, but management has ruined the trust. If you need dependable airport transportation, look elsewhere.

Property was very close to airport and yes there were a few fast food places to stop at if hungry. But the room itself was a little dirty. The walls had stains on them, almost as of it was dried up blood or some type of red-ish fluid marks in restroom wall. The Tub needed to be resurfaced, the tub floor was yellow ish from missing paint scrapped off. Carpet looked dirty..my son walked around in white socks and they were brown when he took the off to shower from the little walking around when we would arrive from being in the street. (New Nike socks). Anyway, could of been better. But overall OK.7/10

Parts of the property are updated, other parts are well worn. Stains on the carpets, besides stains, it was pretty clean - so we were happy about that. We were happy we had a place to spend the night at. Food options were limited for us personally but it had variety of breakfast items (high in carbs and low in protein).

Both the bedroom and bathroom (which were handicapped accessible) smelled~ the bathroom more than the bedroom~ of bowel movement. Even closing the bathroom door with the fan on did not dissipate the scent.

I had an early flight in the morning so to spend the night before at the hotel. I took some food with me so I could warm it up and eat it in the room and I was very disappointed because the microwave did not work. Also, the refrigerator made horrible noises all night long and I had to finally get up and unplug it. Other than that, my stay was fine. The shuttle driver got me to my airport in time and was very courteous. I would definitely stay here again because it made my travel so much more pain-free.

We chose this property because of the airport shuttle. I texted with them about my modnight arrival and was told to call when my plane landed. I tried calling, but nobody ever answered. After waiting at the shuttle pick up and calling multiple times, we finally got an Uber. The front desk staff was rude and accused us of calling the wrong number. It turned out their phones didn't work, but we didn't even get an apology.

We had to leave on Saturday morning because of an emergency did not seem to like the idea. She was literally insisting that we have to pay for the three nights on our reservation. I'm waiting for the final accounting on my credit card to see how much I was charged for the night. Whatever it is, that young lady doesn't have the right training for the job.

The people who work here are very kind and understandable. I arrived late from a wedding at 3am and without me needing to ask, the front desk clerk offered me to have a late checkout without an extra charge! They are very kind here.

This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever seen in my entire life. The carpet in the room was dirty. It has not been changed for years. The staff unprofessional and rude. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere - but close to an industrial area. Not an ideal place for a hotel at all. . . . To grab a bite, one has to rely on a dubious Subway nearby. . . . The online pictures of the hotel do not really reflect the true state of this shabby hotel. . . . Charging $186.47 for a sordid room is simply grotesque, unfair, unjustifiable, and a bit thick.

It’s very convenient and very close to work and restaurants. Also very close to the airport and highways to get to downtown Chicago and enjoy the views and sights of Chicago. A perfect location away from the congested traffic in the inner city. I will definitely tell my friends and coworkers!!

Though the staff was very attentive to pick us up from the airport, their shuttle was unsafe. Half of the seatbelt buckles were duct taped/missing and there were 3 children in there. The check in guy was nice, but the hotel in general looked run down and carpet in the hallway was nasty. The breakfast was a lot of sugary options- muffins, cereal and waffles. Nothing of substance.

The staff are not friendly the entire stay from shuttle pickup, checking, check out was okay, and shuttle back was not great. They charge you as much as the price of your room for a deposit. Like it’s a nice Marriot. The shuttle service does not take the 15-20 minutes as they said over the phone and more like 40. The carpet in our room was wet from the humidity, there is mold and mildew everywhere (shower where it meets with the wall, the rim of the mini fridge door, etc) and you can smell whoever smoked in there last. The sheets I don’t think were cleaned little black specks everywhere and stained. Towels even had stains on them. There was stuff all over the floor (items, stains, and random holes). The walls had holes and glue, and other gunk. The entire thing was awful. I highly recommend spending the extra $30-50 on something closer to O’Hare and nicer. Especially if you have to fork up $100 for a deposit. The breakfast selection was not great you will end up getting food at the airport so just head straight there.
