Stayed 1 night

This was not the best stay I’ve had at a Ramada. I asked for 2 additional towels because we had 4 people in a room, and they only left enough for 2 people. I was told that I was lucky because I got the last two towels because housekeeping had not come that day. They TV didn’t work. Neither ice makers worked. They were supposed to have breakfast until 9, and they put it up 30 minutes early. It could’ve been so much better!

Stayed 2 nights

I stayed there because it was close to the Performing Arts Center I needed to be at for a conference. The first room they gave was on the second floor - no elevator - i have a bad knee so I asked for a first floor room. The second room they gave was first floor but still dirty from previous guests so I had to go back and ask for another room. Third room was clean, so I settled in. The shower had multiple repair patches and rusted areas, the toilet lifted from the floor every time you sat on it, and there was still food in the mini fridge from the previous guests. I decided to try and make due as it was only a couple of nights and the a/c worked very well. The room was a little musty, so i decided to walk outside and check out the pool - it was green and filled with growth. So that was a no go. The outside entry that supposedly required a key for re-entry did not lock - none of them did. I noticed the hallway carpets were all damaged/stained/molded on the way back to my room. I decided to get some ice and had to ask the front desk where the ice machine was because the signage did not direct you to it. Turns out there's only one ice machine and its UPSTAIRS on the back side of the building. This was par for the course and I just decided to forego the ice. The staff, at least, was friendly.

Stayed 2 nights

I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the room was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong moldy odor, visible signs of poor cleanliness, and even roaches/insects in the room. The room phone did not work, which meant we couldn't even contact the front desk when we needed basic items like towels. The complimentary breakfast was also very disappointing and did not meet expectations. What made the experience even worse was the handling of a scheduled power outage. On the morning of our checkout, a notice was slipped under our door informing us that the power would be out from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. due to electrical work. While I understand that maintenance and utility work are sometimes necessary, this information should have been disclosed at check-in. Had we been informed in advance, we could have made arrangements to leave earlier. Instead, we woke up in a hot, dark room and had to pack and prepare for checkout without electricity. I also traveled with my elderly mother and my infant granddaughter, which made these conditions and lack of communication even more unacceptable and stressful. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Poor room conditions, cleanliness issues, lack of communication, and inadequate accommodations made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
