lobby was exceedingly hot, not warm, hot, excess of 80 degrees. So hot i could not visit with family in hotel. Had breakfast, not worth price, and sweated while eating. No hair drier, trouble getting towels. I will never stay at Hilton again, family either.

The front desk staff was the absolute best! I'm sorry that I didn't get the young woman's name who checked us in, but she was a doll and went way above to help us find a place to eat on New Year's Day. This was just a quick overnight stop for us, so we didn't use many of the facilities but everything was clean and up to par. We had only 3 "dislikes". The elevator needs a service call, very jerky. We had two rooms, one of the alarm clocks went off at 5:00 am blaring music. Yes, we should have checked it before going to bed, but cleaning staff should also make sure they're in the off position. Last, also on me, the booking listing said "hot breakfast" and I mistook that for "free" breakfast. Priced too high for the area, in my opinion. Overall it was a good and positive stay, made better by wonderful staff, but probably wouldn't stay there again based simply on the breakfast situation.

Toilet didn’t work, water came out of the faucet yellow, front desk staff was rude. Laundry facilities did not work, and a dog in the room next to me barked the entire time I was there. Hands down worst Hilton I have ever been to.

The property looked to need some attention. There were full hotel trash bags in the hall at the trash receptacle on our floor, when we checked in and when we checked out. Overall, the lobby and hallway were very warm and not comfortable for even a limited service hotel. For the price and location it was just ok.

Very disappointing. Too far out of Monroe. Hotel felt old and uncared for; hallway carpets dirty and maybe needs to be replaced. Room was too small for the three of us plus a dog. Not enough room to have our bags out and to be used. Half of the bathroom lights were out; not enough towels and one roll of toilet paper. I requested more from the front desk but never received. I was told they were short staffed and I should've come to the desk to get it. The best thing was the heated pool. Breakfast the next morning was Not included and charged $15 each! We went to a place on our way out of town. When we finally found the hotel, there was Hotel2 Suites next door and that's where we should've stayed.

I booked two rooms for me and a co-worker. We checked in and were only in our rooms for a short period of time before heading to dinner. On our way out to dinner, my co-worker requested a new room due to finding stained pillows, facial hair in the sink (as if someone shaved), and bobby pins/hair ties all over the floor. She was upgraded to a junior suite because there were no more regular king rooms, but she did not get into the suite until after dinner. At the time, I went in with her to find an extreme mold type smell, more bobby pins on the floor, a rusted out tub/shower, and once I left she sent me a picture of toe nails found on the floor. Back in my room, I too found that I had a rusted out tub/shower but then I stepped on something the size of a quarter that was wet and slimy. I was barefoot so it grossed me out. While taking a picture of it, I stepped on another similar substance by the bed. I backed up to look at it and saw something under the bed. I took a picture, and this time the flash went off. The first two substances looked like maybe greenbeans mushed together and then the last substance looked like maybe chewed up meat and something white. It was disgusting and at that point, we packed our bags and left. We maybe spent a total of 45 minutes in either room.

The smell was so bad. The hallway carpets were so dirty the room had pee in the toilet the desk chair had never been washed or dusted and the mirrors were not clean . Would not recommend this hotel. Room was filthy! Huge rust spot in tub, mold on ceiling, dirty pillowcase, wallpaper was peeling, carpet had not been properly vacuumed! Definitely will not be staying here again!

This property should not be operating in the current condition of the building. Leaky HVAC, bugs falling out of the vents on to beds, rusted showers, poor quality control & maintenance, pee stains on the mattresses with no zipper covers, stained linens, musty, moist air in the rooms, broken A/C, NO TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS... the list just kept growing. This needs to be shut down for renovation. It is a disgrace to the Hilton brand.

I've worked at hotels before; this type of property screams of an ownership group that is milking the last life out of the dated hotel before it is sold off to another group. The lobby is nice, and that is what you'll see shown on pictures most. They're going to sell the lobby space as much as they can. The rooms are nothing special; even the TV is just cable, unlike most hotels these days which include apps, etc. And the rooms was small for a king suite. They did have a lot of extra space in lobby, conference rooms, office space, etc. All that to say: very lack luster.

The only reason I’m not rating our stay a 1 is because the downstairs was inviting and the staff was friendly. The room was horrible. It smelled of either smoke or mustiness upon entry. The carpet had visibly not been vacuumed. The tub was grossly rusted (and I opted not to use the shower). We had to unplug the refrigerator due to how loud it was running, and I didn’t even want to touch the remote. For a solid decade, I was a loyal Hilton Garden Inn customer, then veered away. After this experience, I realize why I stopped staying at the properties.

1st room smelled like pee and had pee in toilet left from previous guest. Moved to 2nd room 2nd room had spider webs on ceiling, dirty tub and the bed covers were still wet. Moved to 3rd room 3rd room had no hot water. Moved to 4th room 4th room was ok, but no WiFi connection that I needed to do a zoom call. Then when I requested a supervisor about my stay. I was told none available and she would be there in morning to discount my room due to the trouble I experienced. The next morning, no supervisor was there and no discounts were given as promised.

The hotel is in major need of a remodel. I felt like I walked into the 1970’s. The sofa’s were sunken and stained terribly. The bed creaked with every movement. Woken up at 5am with horrid itching on the back of my legs and back. Would not return

The lobby looked nice. Beyond that it wasn’t nice. We overheard a lady asking the clerk for a pillow because hers were tiny and she was told that is all they had. She was right. There were three small pillows on our beds and they were very uncomfortable. The entire building was old and run down. Carpet was old and felt dirty, I left my shoes on. The room hadn’t been vacuumed. There was rust all in the bathtub. The front desk said they were working on the tubs that were rusting. Another lady at the desk had asked for more towels and was told she needed to bring her dirty towels down first before they could give her more. Not worth the almost $200 a night. We won’t be back there.

The room was was good room for the most.. The only issues i had was the wet moisture smell like the room hadnt been used and the ac had been running the whole time.. Another issue was how bed was made up and the conditions of the pillows.. The tub need to be replaced not patched..overally it was comfortable checkin was smooth and lady was very nice and helpful...Also i cant blame thw hotel on watee condition.. It was brown.. And no hand soap... I still enjoyed the room amd stay..The complimentary breakfast was great.. Fresh fruits..Real scrambled eggs and not that liquid stuff.. Even the orange juice was fresh and not watered down..

We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant so we would be able to eat meals. The cook did not show up and no dinner or breakfast was available the entire stay. No options food or accommodations were offered, resulting in spending a large amount having to have food delivered. Front desk staff in the morning on Sunday were not friendly or proactive. Friday evening front desk staff person was very helpful.

I loved the excellent customer service from check in, to dining experience, to the housekeeper that served us. The atmosphere was hands down the best overall. However the bedroom and bathroom was lacking the same quality. They both were very outdated. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the room, decor and bathroom. Especially for the price that we paid. The staff was superb in every area.

I called the hotel directly prior to making the reservation to ask if connecting rooms were available since I was traveling alone with 4 children. I was assure there were, and that once I made the reservation call back and they would make sure the rooms were linked (this is the whole reason this hotel was chosen). Once I arrived we were given rooms on different floors and told that they don’t have any connecting rooms in the building. So I and 5 children had to sleep in 1 room while I paid for 2. There was no refund, no sorry, nothing. Also once inside the room I could see there was a door to the next conjoining room so I basically got had on this stay.

We normally read reviews before booking and I read a lot of positive reviews and booked a room. We also read negative reviews about this motel on another site so we didn’t know what to believe. So we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and found the reception area and grounds were clean, the receptionist Ms Dee was awesome, the elevators worked fine, our room was clean and neat, AND someone took the time to turn the A/C on cold so that after traveling 6 hrs in the south, it was NICE to walk into a well refrigerated room!! And to top off everything else, the breakfast was a so so great. We highly recommend this motel.

Had two consecutive nights booked, but with two different reservations. Talk to the lady when I checked in. She was going to combine them both together the next morning when I got up as I was leaving for work the gym at the front desk said it had been done when I got back I saw my suitcase and all my belongings sitting at the front desk. Somebody went through all my stuff and put it down at the front desk because no one did what they promised they were supposed to do

The bathroom was very dirty. I have never been to a hotel that u had to pay extra for breakfast! I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and never have we paid for breakfast at the hotels! They breakfast eas very very slim also! Like the smallest breakfast i have ever seen. Never staying there again. The people working are very nice and helpful. They are wonderful but the hotel itself sucks!

The breakfast foods were all served at room temperature (at best - oatmeal was already sweetened and like warm, potatoes were “well done” and the canned fruit was just too risky to try. Yogurt was not cold - concerned if they would have passed health inspection for the breakfast.
