One elevator down and the other one jerked when stopping on floors . Thought we were getting free breakfast when we booked. Cracker Barrel was cheaper than buffet.

The first room when I entered the bathroom there appeared to be feces in the bathtub. There was no odor and I obviously was not going to touch whatever it was. I did photograph it. I went to the front desk and reported this and they gave me another room.

This hotel is nasty & disgusting! Everything around the hotel is musty and stinks, everything is broken from the shower handles, closet doors, numbers on the room door was missing/ No Ice in the ice machine/ gym equipment broken/ entry to the gym broken / items on the restaurant menu unavailable and the black dude with the unkept dookie braids was so rude - no eye contact, dismissive, just a miserable representation of the hotel/ valet takes forever/ homeless outside digging in trash and got maced one day right in front of me. I’ve never stayed anywhere worst than this. Valet is $28 a night and there is only street parking so you are forced to use it. The only good thing was that the room was nice and cold and it was quiet.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room itself was very very dated, was not very clean. Stains all over, rust in the shower, smelled terrible.
