When we first got there, we were told we could use the pool but then they drained it so we couldn’t use it we were there from Thursday till Sunday and not once did we get to use the pool because they kept draining it and filling it back up. Then from all the little kids messing with the hot tub they broke the dial for the Jets on it when we first got into our room the AC unit did not work at all and there was one portable AC that did not cool it down at all so then we got put in another room and it smelled like straight mildew I had to go buy air freshener …The bathroom toilet seat was cracked all the way through so whenever anybody sat on it, it pinched your skin and got it stuck in there. Two days of being there not once did a maid come and clean our room or give us new towels we had to track one down and ask them if they could clean the room for us since whoever was on schedule did not when they were supposed to. definitely was not a good experience, especially having to kids and not being able to let them enjoy a pool at all while being there.

The hotel was average for a Marriott. It def needs updated. The breakfast was average, with limited options. Nothing special. The ‘gym’ was tiny and consisted of a treadmill and elliptical. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Cost for the room was reasonable. I didn’t use the pool.
