Hampton Inn Moss Point Pascagoula

The hotel was very clean. The staff very helpful. Breakfast was good. The only problem was the halls were very hot, however the staff explained that a recent storm had knocked that air conditioning unit out. They could use more USB plugs.

They do not put water in the rooms for Hilton Honor members. You have to ask at the front desk. All Hilton properties I've visited have coffee/tea available all day in the lobby. This property did not have hot water in the lobby. The container was probably filled in the AM and never touched again. I had to reheat the water in the microwave. This is my second and last time at this property. There is a Holiday Inn Express across the highway which is so much better. Why be loyal as a Hilton Honor member when you cannot get basic amenities.

Able to park 35ft boat trailer in parkinglot. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Horrible smell around the property and complete lack of towels or room cleaning. Stayed 3 nights with only the first night of towels. Called the desk and was told they didn’t have any. Not to mention the herd of stray cats all over everyone’s vehicles in the parking lot. Someone was feeding them near parking lot to keep them around. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel only had one luggage carrier. It wasn’t available when we needed it.

Although we were comfortable, the sight of the facility and room leaves much to be desired. It is not up to the standard and reputation of other Hampton Inns. Any maintenance work that has been done is very sub-par, i.e. carpet patches in the corridors; caulking in the bathroom; room wall painting; shower faucet.

This is one of the nicer Hampton Inn's I've stayed in. Hotel staff were all friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Lobby area was clean. Enough parking spots during the night I stayed. Rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. Beds were very comfortable as too the pillows. Bathroom was clean. All towels and bed linens were clean too. I hope all other Hampton Inn's that have fallen behind in their standards catch up like this hotel. Can definitely recommend this property based on my stay.

this place is run down and dirty. The dust in our room was thick! Idk when it was last cleaned. The fitness center is a joke. They have the requisite Peloton, but it isnt activated so you cant use it..and it still has clip in pedals so unless you travel with those shoes you cant use it. They have a random set of weights….some just one of a set. And that room was also very dusty. We avoided eating their breakfast, afraid of lack of cleanliness.

The hall smelled of smoke. The toilet was not clean. The sink water stopper was broken and peice was sitting on sink. Everything that consisted of wood was dusty. Including the Headboard, and the chair that was at the table. On my way down, on the elevator, there was a housekeeping associate. Who was getting off on the floor that I was staying on, I asked if she would leave more towels, after I gave her my room number, she agreed to do so. Well guess what! No towels was left in the room! This Hotel use too be one of the cleanest and Best CustomerService around. Now it feels Robotic! The Table and chairs in waiting/Breakfast area are stained and in need of some deep cleaning! I would always recommend the Hampton Inn too my Family and friends who were traveling. As a matter of fact, several of my Family came in this weekend from different locations. When I asked them how was their room? Each of them had a compliant. Hampton Inn, Get It Together! Or I will be in search of a Better Hotel!

THE SMELL OF MILDEW HIT US AS SOON AS THE ELEVATOR OPENED BUT IT WAS WORSE IN THE ROOM SO WE CHECKED OUT ASAP DUE TO MY DAUGHTER'S HEALTH. JUST THE FEW MINUTES WE WERE THERE CAUSED SEVERAL EPISODES AND SEIZURES.

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hampton Inn chain. The common areas were dirty. Our bathroom floor had hair everywhere. It apparently hadn't been sweptin a long time. The fixtures in the room were rusty. There wasn't a light in the shower. Although, there was a space for one. The vanity and room lights only worked occasionally. However, the front staff was amazingly friendly.

Our bathroom in our room when we arrived was not clean, we had to be moved to another room. The property is in dire need of an update and better maintenance... paint peeling on bottom of doors, carpet worn, dirty around edges, edge of door missing. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns. They are usually top notch. This one does not meet their standards at all. Very subpar!!

Customer service was excellent. This may be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in It’s definitely in the top two favorite and if I visit again, I’ll definitely stay here , The bedding is so comfortable the room actually has a microwave and a refrigerator in it which is rare so I highly recommend if you’re in this area to stay here

The staff were wonderful. The faucet handle in the bathroom came off in my hand. We were immediately moved to another room. The wifi needs improvement. We couldn’t connect even after following the directions.

Walk-in shower was horrible. Shower doors off rails, tiles falling off, water pressure mediocre at best. Hotel feels & looks run down. Complimentary breakfast just okay. Friendly staff, comfortable bed but TV however was a bit small compared to all other hotels.

All well but the bed was not up to par. We sank right in the middle.

Got checked in to my reserved room (king) and unpacked and there was no hot water in the shower. They changed my room to a double. The chair in my room had a large and easily visible stain that looked like the bottom of a shoe that had just stepped in gum or other forms of street gravy.

We come to Gulfport this same time every year. I booked through Hotels.com and we stay at Hampton Inn as we have previously. We booked the same room type and have never had a problem until this visit. The room we booked is not the room we got and the air-conditioned was not working properly. We were actually sweating. The hotel receptionist stated that there was nothing she could do since we booked through a third party (hotels.com) and that Hampton Inn/Hilton was not affiliated with this third-party whatsoever. She stated Hotels.com most likely "screen shot" pictures of their rooms and offered it to their customers. I am very disappointed. As a customer of Hotels.com and a Hilton Honors member. I should be able to receive the same quality and service whether I book through Hilton or Hotels.com.

Your front desk staff was wonderful. They are kind, helpful and professional.

Arriving late went ahead and requested the hotel add my Hilton rewards number to my account to enable contactless check in. However this feature didn’t work. Therefore had to go to the front Desk where Mary provide me with two keys to the room 308. Upon arrival to the room the keys would not open the door. Returned to Mary for a new set yet had the same result. Mention it seemed that the room maybe occupied. Mary confirmed that the room was indeed occupied by another guest who was given our room key in error and unfortunately that guests assigned room did not have enough beds. Fast forward an 45 mins we were given another room (312). Upon waking up in the morning received and email receipt showing I was being charged by the hotel for room 312. Went to talk to Mary and learned that the stored card information from my paired booking with Hotels.com did not transfer to the new room. After spending 40 mins on the phone with hotel.com they were able to work with the hotel to have my card credited and the hotel.com corporate card charged instead. All worked out but the whole experience from arrival to departure was very stressful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and surprisingly the ac cooled the room down to a perfect sleeping temperature. Mary was faced with a challenging situation- a tired guest and a bunch of mistakes that just presented more problems. She handled the situation as best as she could and remained patient and friendly with me.

The front desk staff when we checked in was very polite and quick! Everyone we encountered was happy and helpful!

Stayed 3 days no one ever changed sheets brought towels or toilet paper. Dust was on on phone and night stand.

Kenisia was an excellent host and very professional.

Staff was extremely friendly. My wife had left her phone and they called us less than 10 minutes after leaving our room to let us know!

Very nice hotel with plenty of restaurants in thr immediate vicinity. Hotel is a typical Hampton Inn, and everything was clean and ready.

Wonderful hotel! Staff is great, we stay here every year for the ODBA boat race in Moss Point at the Riverfront! We will be back!

I choose to stay at this location every year at this time while attending a bowling tournament. It is always clean, quiet, and the staff is always very pleasant and accommodating to our needs.

Great location, close to the race site. We were in town with our teammates for the boat races "Smokin the River City"! Great site for this event, Moss Point always welcomes us with open arms! We will be back next year!

Stay was okay. Surprised pet fee was $25 over price on website but no sympathy from desk clerk. Room was clean but chair in room was dirty and had a hole in it. Bathroom walls had wallpaper coming off. Duvet on bed was dingy. Expected better condition from a Hampton Inn. Location is convenient and continental breakfast was good.

Our stay was great. The breakfast was really good. The workers were all courteous, nice and friendly. To top all of that, checkout was at 12, which put the cherry on top of the stay.This is where we plan to stay every time we come to Moss Point/Pascagoula.

We just needed a place to stop and this was a great choice. Clean, great service, good size room, but the breakfast tasted microwaved.

Me and my family love it. The room was super clean beds was comfortable….The staff was wonderful n very nice and polite they made sure we felt welcome n loved….Let not forget that breakfast was super good n full….Our overall stay was great n amazing will be booking yall everytime we come down❗️❗️❗️
