Pool was not well kept whatsoever. The water was dirty and so were the floors around the pool. There was sand, hair, dirt everywhere. The shower floor in our room was also visibly dirty as well as the bathroom mirror and window/windowsill. The body wash was empty in our room, and go figure. It’s the only thing I forgot. It’s in a convenient area as it’s off of the highway and near some small businesses. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming.

hotel was very clean and staff was great good location off the hwy but we had a room facing the hwy and it was noisy couldnt sleep very well but im a very light sleeper.the rooms were great and the pool was nice but a bit small if hwy noise effects your sleep request a room away from the hwy

We were unable to have a room key our entire stay! Room wasn’t very clean but we were told this was the only one available for us. Staff told us we were welcome to pick a different hotel but it was already midnight so we just slept. Breakfast in the morning was bare bones and minimally restocked despite multiple guests asking

Not sure what was going on but check in was behind because rooms weren’t clean. Check in was 3pm we arrived about 4. No wash cloths in our room. Toilet paper was low but we didn’t run out. Indoor pool was cloudy and the floor was dirty. Women’s bathroom near the pool was nasty!! Coffee ran out at breakfast. No coffee pot in the room!

For starters there was one employee working, the key cards were not working, so my husband had to wait 45 minutes before he could get into the room, just before 11pm, because the employee was very busy. Poor staff scheduling on managements part. No shower towels were in the room, luckily my husband packed a few towels on his trip, as he did not want to get locked out of his room and have to wait for the employee to come up and let him into his room. Hair on sheets from previous guest. There was a questionable charge on our bank account days later. I called and spoke with Jennifer who was incredibly rude. Said “do not call here again” and hung up. Claimed Hotels.com was at fault for the weird charge on our bank statement, even though it clearly said Holiday Inn. Interestingly, the next day the charged amount was taken off our bank account. Due to poor staffing, uncleanliness room, and rude staff, we do not recommend at all.

Clean rooms , clean pool , very nice staff. Very good breakfest that included hot food too . We were there for a funeral and it was nice to be somewhere nice , clean and comfy. My daughter loved the pool.

Our tv would not connect to the internet in our room. No towels at pool everytime. Had a sute that slept 6 that had a queen hide a bed sofa and it was difficult to get a blanket and pllows for it. Our fridge didn't work . They did replace it . It jyst seemed like nothing worked. i will say the one person they had working that evening was trying to do her job It was just alot for 1 person .

Room was very clean, staff was very friendly! However, my son and I traveled with my husband to stay at this property from Thursday night until Sunday checkout. We were never once told the pool was closed for maintenance until my son and I got ready and headed down and it had a sign “ closed for maintenance”. I went and spoke with the front desk and they explained it would be closed until at least Monday. It was unfortunately very disappointing because most the reason for us to stay the weekend with my husband at the property was to swim and enjoy a mini vacation on the long holiday weekend. We however just soent most our weekend in the room.

For being a new hotel, it was not clean. Trash in hallways for days at a time. Breakfast was managed poorly. We ended up leaving to get breakfast because of limited options. No pancakes, bagels/toast, eggs, or yogurt on a Saturday. Staff never cleaned room even when requested to only vacuum and change towels. Will not be staying at this location again.

The staff at the front desk was not very welcoming when we checked in. When we entered our room, there was melted chocolate on the floor and crumbs all over the carpet. There was used dental floss left on the towels in the bathroom and the bottle of the body wash in the shower was empty. I had to ask multiple times for more body wash. The next morning at breakfast, the selection was minimal and what was there ran out quickly. I would not stay at this property again.

I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn express locations and never had an issue which is why this was such a let down. We arrived Monday at 2:30, as I was trying to check in I was told very rudely that I will need to wait 30 minutes because check in isn't until 3. 3 o clock comes and I am told the room isn't ready yet and to give them another 20 minutes. The pool was temporarily closed, our hotel phone did not work, no Internet connection to the TV, no coffee maker in room (coffee maker in lobby was constantly broken all 4 days), no toilet paper or tissues in bathroom, the windows were smeared with what looked like sticky handprints from a child. Unfortunately I definitely won't be back.

Did not get much sleep in this hotel. Room above us made noise early morning both nights. I reported to staff after first night and asked to be moved to highest floor. Was told nothing else was available. Second morning I called to front desk complaining about noise going continuously early in morning. Sounded like kids jumping off beds and running in room. I asked for refund of one night's stay .Front desk said they didn't have authority. They said they would talk with manager. I have sent two emails to hotel but heard nothing.

Super place just wish they had quiet close doors and insulated better between floors because we heard every door slamming shut and people above us moving about until after 11 which will definitely factor into whether we stay here again.

Holiday Inn did not honor my prepaid reservation. When I attempted to check in, they said they overbooked. I complained and the lady shrugged saying she has to inform 15 other customers that they will suffer the same result. The lady could not care less about the situation. It was late, raining, and the lady offered nothing. Whoever runs/owns this place is an idiot. No customer service. I'll never stay at a Holiday in again.

Reservation from 4 months ago was lost. Rebooking at the desk required by the hotel. Wound up with rooms at two different rates. Multiple phone calls and in person meetings needed to handle billing problems. Required settling the billing issues privately since further staff discussions were fruitless. Not at all satisfied by the communications issues on the hotel’s end. All the staff were sympathetic, but could not undo the rebooking issues.

My only dissatisfaction with this new nonsmoking hotel is that upon entry to our room the bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I made the front desk aware immediately so I would not be billed for it. They gave me an almost spent can of fe breeze to cover up the cigarette smell.Also no catsup at the breakfast bar which could have been remedied by staff by crossing the parking lot to the next door Aldi’s to purchase some. Yes, this is a new facility learning the ropes
