People were nice. While the remodel was nicely done. The fitness center equipment was not maintained. Very frustrating. The pictures always look better than what you end up with.

Elevator did not work. Their “crib” was a broken pack n’ play that could kill a child. Go elsewhere!!!

I like the newness of the place. Comfortable and clean rooms and property. We have 2 dogs and they were welcomed. Unfortunately the pool was closed. My daughter was disappointed

Staff and room were A-OK. Only issue was that the elevator was down and the put me on the 2'nd floor. (They did offer to provide assistance to get my things upstairs)

Decent hotel, clean, spacious room, breakfast was ok, but the pool was absolutely freezing. I don’t it too warm, but this was really cold.

Elevator didn’t work. I’ve machines didn’t work only one in the building. No vending in each floor. Pool filter screams like an alarm was going off. Pool towels were super rough and scratchy. Toilet barley flushed, bathroom sink didn’t drain and immediately had to call for toilet paper refill. TV would not turn on.

Pool broken , exhaust fan in room broken , breakfast items either overcooked or stale. This is the third time staying here and property has definately declined. Won't be back.

They have a coffee barcset up all day. The pool area is clean. Friendly staff.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The amenities were great—especially the pool and fitness center, which were both spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked. The location was convenient for everything I needed, with restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again in the future.

Very friendly staff. We have stayed before and this particular room for the price was aweful. Things were sticky and the carpet was dirty. Disappointed this trip. Will prob book elsewhere next visit

I booked this hotel based on it's website that shows clean rooms and a pleasant looking environment. If I didn't already make a reservation, I would have immediately left as soon as I walked in. The lobby has an overwhelming smell of pets. It's not that I don't like pets, I think that if the carpet was steamed cleaned, the smell would not be as odorous. It was overpowering. The furniture in the lobby was dirty as was the chair in our room. The room needed to be deep cleaned and dusted. The staff was friendly enough. The hotel needs an entire make over, big renovation. This hotel is not up to the BW standards that they are, or that they used to be. I would not recommend this hotel. The room was overpriced for the condition that it was in. I booked for 3 adults and a rollaway. Prior to check in, I called to have an adjustment made to state the roll away was no longer needed and that there were only 2 adults needing the room. I was told that I would have to speak to Expedia. I agree with the reviews that stated this place needs an upgrade adding it needs a major upgrade. Breakfast was not appealing at all! The coffee accommodations in the room, left a lot to be desired as well.The room smelled and looked liked it wasn't clean very well, dust, spider webs in corners, wasn't vacuumed... There was only caffeine free, no regular. They changed towels when we left, didn't make the bed. No, we will not recommend this hotel.

Overall, the hotel was fine. Our main issue was the smell of our room. It was very musty smelling, and the carpet just seemed damp. I checked the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and I noticed no air was moving out of it (I stood on the toilet and put up a piece of toilet paper and there was no suction through the vent). Pretty sure that's a code violation. That probably caused the damp musty smell in the room. However, the room was clean, and the staff was nice. We would return if the issues were resolved.

This is a comfy hotel in a great Midwest beach community. It’s very clean and well maintained Hilton rebrand. Breakfast is basic continental.

Convenient and reasonably priced, but our first room smelled like smoke and the window was a bit open to air it out. Then we found a bug on the seam of the mattress and the mattress was not covered well. Thankfully they switched our room, but I don’t feel confident in the cleanliness to stay again.

Sheets were dirty and comforter had urine on it. Heat didn't work without making the entire room smell like fire and people smoking on the floor we were on and we had a baby

It was ok for one night. My room smelled slightly smoky and I was too tired to complain. Also, the shower and sink water ran brown initially until it ran for a bit. The room and bed did seem clean enough.

Highway traffic was loud.

As we were checking in, we were informed the sole elevator in the hotel was out of order. My older dog travels with me and stairs aren’t her forte, so we passed on a 3rd floor room and asked for something lower and close to the stairs. Our room was 2nd floor and opposite from the stairs, making it a bit inconvenient to bring out the pup (and carrying her down/up the stairs). Now to the room itself - it’s a good thing it wasn’t well lit. The toilet had an active leak when anyone sat on it which caused all the tile to come loose from the sub flooring. On full-blast, the AC only slightly cooled the room - that’s with the blackout curtains drawn. Then, there’s the bed. A spring mattress that seems as if it’s been hiding at your grandparents house for 30 years - nothing comfortable about it and questions you won’t want to ask. There were yellow spots on the bedding which was simply 3 flat sheets and a strange duvet insert looking layer. I wish we had brought our own. Overall, it’s hard to believe we spent almost $250 for one night. We don’t plan to return.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Right off of interstate. The hotel is renovated and still has some quirkiness of being old.

Everything was great, except for the beds. They were very uncomfortable and myself and the other adult woke up with major back pains. The room was nice, the lobby was very nice & it was clean. I liked how I was sent a welcome text & told I could reply back via text if I needed anything.

The staff was really friendly and the room was clean. The hotel was unfortunately located very close to the highway. We slept alright but if your a light sleeper you may want to ask for a room on the opposite side.

It’s a no frills hotel, but was perfect for a quick stay. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were really comfortable.

Check in was terrible. Must have been bring your kids to work day cause she had to deal with her kids there as I was trying to check in. Room wasn’t going to be ready until at least 6pm check in is 3pm. Room and property was starting to show its run down condition and hack job fixes. Exterior doors didn’t latch at night and the random people hanging out made it a bit uneasy. The stench of weed and cigarette smoke every night/morning in the halls was terrible. It wasn’t exactly a cheap rate which in my eyes indicates a low quality hotel. Go elsewhere.

Staff was great, stay was perfect

Everything was accommodating. The only issue for us was that the elevator wasn’t working and the vending and ice only worked on the first floor. Other than that, literally no issues at all. Everything worked in the rooms. The water stayed hot in the shower. The air conditioner and fridge worked perfectly. The staff answered every question and was very helpful during breakfast hours as well.

I was told to scan my card three times by desk clerk. Apparently it too too long to enter a code. I was charged three times on my VISA. I am extremely upset and do not understand WHY it takes 5-days to be credited. Clerk told me my card would not be charged and to re scan! Now I’m short, $88.80 x 2, nowmaxed out on card and need gas and groceries. Please process my one charge and release the other two chargers immediately so the PENDING charges will be released. The room was great and will likely stay there again but not until this has been resolved. Thank you

Upon arriving, we waited an unusually long time for someone to come to the front desk and check us in. When a staff member finally appeared, they looked as if they had just woken up, which didn’t give us much confidence in the level of service. On our second morning, we were woken up by a barking dog. After about 25 minutes of nonstop barking, I called the front desk and was told the issue would be handled. Unfortunately, nothing changed—the dog continued barking for another 30 minutes. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. The service and experience fell well below expectations.

The guest service was top box, I felt that they were glad we were there. The gym did not have a stationary bike, but was still nice. The breakfast selection was limited for my diet, but my wife found everything she wanted. And the coffee was delicious and plentiful! Top notch guest service.

First, I did arrive later in the evening. No big deal, I pushed the button for someone to come to the front desk. He popped right up from his spot in front of the tv. No big deal. But my comment is that he wasn't very inviting, or friendly. I mean I get we were late, but he should still have been pleasant and welcomed us. This property is old, and outdated. The hooks in the bathroom were not secured to the wall very well. It would be nice for the first floor windows to have privacy windows even if you put the shades up for some sun. I found it very odd that whenever we passed the front desk the sign for assistance (to push the button) was always up. In a way safety, was an issue without someone always at the front desk. Oh, and prior to my stay, Travelocity sent me a note saying that I should download the Hilton app because the property may have the capability for me to bypass the front desk/check-in and go directly to my room. When I contacted Travelocity, their response was "that used to be a Hilton" - and no apology or thank you for the question, we will make the changes so that it doesn't happen again. I ended up calling the property to find out if I was supposed to download the Hilton app, prior to contacting Travelocity, and they said no.

Staff was accommodating. Wanted a $100 deposit upon arrival and was not prepared for that, but still work with me so I could fulfill my reservation.

The property was located in a very nice, living options available area. You can find anything you need within a mile of this location from food to shopping to beaches. Everything was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was more than just cereal and muffins. My only two complaints would be 1. The pool was way too cold to swim in (I don't blame the facilities for this. The pool was open. Just too cold) and 2. Still waiting on my security deposit back, but we just checked out this morning, so it may take some time. Neither of these "complaints" would keep me from staying at this great facility again.

Great location

Staff at hotel was extremely courteous and provided everything we asked for. Convenient location to the Athletic Fields in Stevensville (like 8 minutes away) as we were there for a lacrosse tournament. Meijer grocery store directly across from hotel was very convenient. Restaurants/wineries (like 10) are less than 20 minutes away. Only drawback to hotel was the elevator was broken so hopefully they get it fixed soon as for disabled people, walking stairs is a challenge.

The hotel was just fine, it is very close to freeway so could here the truck all night, but being close to freeway make it very convenient. over all the property was clean and room very nice

Great hotel and a great deal. Super close to shopping and beaches. If you are beach hopping the coast, this is one of the best places to stay for location alone. So many great perks to staying here.

Very quiet and clean. Staff very nice and courteous. Plenty of places to shop close by. Even has an Aldi's grocery store and Meijers within walking distance.

The hotel was adequate for my needs. The location is excellent for shopping and restaurants. I have nothing negative to report about the property.

Breakfast options were rather skimpy. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable and quiet.

Bare bone operation. If you needed anything after checking in, you had to go down to the desk yourself. Breakfast buffet was a waste of time. Eggs were cold. Biscuits were hard. Not a good selection of food. Room was in disrepair. Blind was broken with the valance leaning up against the wall. Broken tile on the floor of the bathroom. No extra role of tp. Ran out just before we left.

great place! clean and got a good night sleep. Continental breakfast was VERY MINIMAL , HOWEVER.

The room and the beds are very comfortable. I’m baffled why they charge a $100 “incidentals” fee when there’s nothing to purchase there, and I clearly haven’t come in with a pet. The last couple times I’ve stayed at the property, no breakfast was served, I assumed because there were very few guests there.

Staff was very nice, hotel and room were clean. The indoor pool was too cold to get in. Temps below whay any person would tolerate! The breakfast was not very good. The food was not warm or fresh.

Our stay was great, the staff were all great and the room was very clean. If you are looking for a hotel with a hot breakfast you won't get it here. They only had cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt. That said, I would still stay at this location again.
