Assigned to 2nd floor with disables wife and there were no rooms on first level. This only became an issue because both elevators were down/inoperable when we arrived. It was raining terribly. The second floor could only be accessed through an outdoor lengthen entranceway away from the check in area. We got soaking wet since it rained for quite some time and the elevator was down for hours. My wife recently had total knee replacement so I chose this hotel because it was endorsed by Expedia and is a Hilton hotel. The rooms was dirty and when room service was requested I tipped in advance trying to do the right thing. Turns out the garbage was missed, the toilet was not cleaned and there was replenishing soap left in the room.

Beautiful property, clean room. I would book again. At one point, we entered through a side door and it must have been a smoking floor because it smelled terrible. We did not enter that way again. I would like to see the bar and restaurant open a bit later than they were.

I was thinking that my room would have a refrigerator and microwave as it did stated as part of the amenities for my stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk told me that some rooms have refrigerators and some don’t. They have 1 microwave that’s in the lobby of the hotel that’s for everybody to use. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Don’t stay here

The overall condition of the hotel is good. The front desk was friendly enough. Parking is free and there is plenty of space. The only negative thing is that the air conditioning in the room was loud. The room was quite dry as well.

While the lobby was perfectly acceptable, the room and hallway was very dated and in need of a refresh. The rug in our room was damp (gross) and the room smelled musty. The tub was chipped. We would not stay here again.

The bathroom was disgusting. Urine on outside of toilet. Outside of tub and inside was dirty. Back of door had something white on it. Counter back had stuff on it. Floor was dirty. I put towels down everywhere I would walk. Not a good experience.

I woke up to a bed bug crawling in my bed, I immediately took a picture and took it down stairs. The front desk was very apologetic but I checked out because i was paranoid and checked into the Hampton inn. The general manager, Adele Martin was rude and told me I must have brought it to the hotel and hung up on me when I called on Monday like the front desk staff told me. I definitely expect more from a Hilton I’m a honors member and stay at them frequently. I

Check in went well, we have stayed here a few times before. Never had an issue until this stay. Our room was old and musty smelling. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and just a couple of towels the bathtub had cracked peeling paint. The bathtub steady drip. I requested soap and towels never got any. Even got a text with “how is your room” I responded but no results. I spoke to front desk and was told they have a new owner and a lot has changed. Will not be going back.

The reason for my overall rating not being Excellent was the fact that breakfast was not included in the price we paid and I was told that since we booked thru Expedia, we would have to pay $15 each for breakfast. This was not explained when we booked or I probably would not have stayed here. Needless to say, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there were restaurants near by. Other than this, the only complaints I have about the hotel are it was a bit dated and the mattress was a bit lumpy.

I liked my stay and would stay again. It was comfortable and clean. Pillows we're nice, bedding was nice. Staff was a hit or miss. A few were fantastic and a few clearly didn't want to be there. All in all it was a nice place to stay. The parking lot was close and convenient.

The first night at this property was terrible! We were in 220 it sounded like we were at an amusement park on a roller coaster ride with the elevators all night long. We did not sleep at all! The second night was just as bad! If you ever stay at this property ask to stay very far away from the elevators! I am happy to be home and finally can get peaceful night of sleep. The front desk didn’t do a thing for me !

The experience was quite underwhelming. The hotel looked quite nice, however, it was understaffed, and some of the staff that was there was very rude. I recall requested actual glass glasses for some drinks and initially was refused They did not provide the typical services of bottled water, And yet they did not have bottled water available in the lobby shop either. The rooms or outdated and Felt like they were cutting corners at every opportunity, Not even providing sufficient towels. When cleaning the room, they did a terrible job and made the bed Over a sheet on which I had unfortunately unfortunately spilled orange soda , but instead of changing it they just pulled the cover over it. They also did not take out the trash.

I didn’t like that they didn’t make up our room everyday and we arrived there were not many supplies in our room ie. soap extra toliet paper hair dryer. This hotel was not cheep I expected to have a full stocked room. Also the door handle was broken off the closet door. Not exceptable.

Check In was great! Front Desk Agent was friendly and sent a text to make sure I didn’t need anything. Hotel was modern and clean and room was spacious although the tub needed minor repainting. Unfortunately, I had an emergency the next morning and called down to request 30 minutes additional to check out. As a hilton honors member who has traveled all over the US and Internationally, it was disappointing that I could not even have a 15 minute grace period without being charged $50. I explained it was an unexpected delay and was still denied. Checkout was at 11:00am on a Sunday. I requested until 11:30am and was told no. It is unlikely that I will stay at a Hilton again because of this inability to provide customer service. The hotel was not sold out and there were rooms available for that evening so it is not as if they could not have accommodated. Many years ago I worked at a five diamond rated Hilton property where guest service was paramount. This went against this very concept.

Reliable stay. Staff seems "over it" a bit but I did come in fairly late at night. Bus stop is right there and this is NOT a good area of town. There is lots of crime so be careful in the parking lot. They should have security in my opinion. Also why are you allowing semi trucks to park in your lot? Creepy and weird at this price point. Why do hotels NOT let you shut the curtains so your room stays light? Could not sleep. Can't stand that.

We have stayed in this hotel before and came back for Thanksgiving weekend because we wanted to hit some hiking trails. This hotel is very clean and the staff is polite and nice. Checkin and checkout are a breeze. The only thing I did not like (and this has nothing to do with the hotel itself) is that one of the nights there was a man parked closer to us and told us “to be aware of our surroundings” - I did not felt as safe as my other trips there that night but the next day everything was fine and nothing else happened. I would recommend this hotel!

The room and hotel were great. The restaurant was terribly slow. It took over an hour to get our food after it was put in to the kitchen. The waitress gave us a small discount and I don’t think it was her fault, but that is entirely too long to get food our.

Got to the hotel about 5 room was not ready. We booked a room here because it had a bar and dining area. Bar wasn’t open neither was the dinning area. Got to our room and the toilet was clogged. Had to call three times to have someone look at it. Would not stay here again.

We stay at the Double Tree at least two times a month and it’s always been great. This time was a little disappointing I have to say. The carpet had a few pieces of debris left after vacuuming. The shower had a long hair stuck to the side of the shower that was very noticeable. There was only a little bit of toilet tissue left in the roll with no extra rolls in the bathroom. It just felt and looked like the maids did a hurry up job. And we always get the Jr Suite also, which is the best room they have so we do expect it to be clean and top notch. We ordered room service for dinner and after waiting for an hour, I had to call to see what the problem was. They had forgotten to write down my room number so they had to make the food over again. That took an hour and 40 mins to get our dinner finally. Usually we have a great stay, but this visit was not so good.
