What a fabulously quirky and comfortable stay, in a fabulously quirky town! The owners have clearly poured a lot of love and care into this property that you feel the minute you walk in the door. A genuinely warm welcome with everything you could need for good nights sleep. Our family had a wonderful evening here and I wish to thank the owners for creating this magical home from home.

Incredible property the room was above and beyond our expectations. Clawfoot tub, coffee bar, the best bed and lovely hosts. Walking distance to Ullapool. We wished we had stayed for two nights. Very thoughtful touches to the room and our stay. We hope to be back one day!

My wife and I had a really lovely 2-night stay at the Highland Rooms. Luke was great with the communications and Ayla was super friendly and helpful on our arrival. Our room was well-equipped, spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. Magnificent views across the Loch and the township just a short walkable distance. We loved the Highland Rooms and highly recommend it.
