Really nice breakfast with oatmeal make your own waffles eggs etc. Beds were comfortable and pillows were very fluffy. Coffee in the foyer area at all times. The hotel was set back from road so gps was having a little trouble. The street was basically a franchise row with a cvs next door. Pool and small gym also there.

Our main reason to stay was for the indoor pool which was heated, clean and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was just as clean and welcoming.

The “desk” was welcoming, well-stocked, and efficient. Cookies, beverage-table, luggage-carts, and 2 working elevators made the check-in a pleasure. Then, a clean, fresh, spacious room was 73 degrees and wonderful. Second or third visit here and always reliable and wonderful. Breakfast was also stocked, with a wide variety of good quality.

I just checked in with my two young children. We travel frequently and are generally comfortable with older properties or less-than-perfect conditions. However, upon arrival, we noticed a strong mold smell and dampness in the room. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they simply handed me a can of Lysol. Unfortunately, there was no manager available to address the situation or authorize a refund. The staff attempted to contact someone but were unsuccessful and informed me that no managerial decisions could be made until Monday. Given the circumstances, I decided not to risk our comfort or health and checked into another hotel. Really disappointed and hope a refund can be honored.

Amazingly clean property. Always saw staff cleaning somewhere including baseboards in hallways Have been traveling for over 2 weeks and staying in multiple hotels. This one is the very top of our list. Great breakfast, yummy afternoon/evening cookies and snacks to go on days we were away from hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, too! Plus a very convenient location!

Earrings were gone in room and both service people cleaning were very reluctant to let me in the room to check for it. They said it was already cleaned and that I couldn’t go in. I was asking them in English and they both seemed clueless so once I firmly asserted my self in Spanish the easily let me in. Room was still not clean and a mess. Carpets were not vacuumed. Bed was not made. But both earrings were gone.

I had limited staff interaction but they were pleasant. The property looked clean. Clean sheets and towels. No bed bugs. My warning to other guests is: 1) do not get a room at the back of the property.. There is a railroad track(freight) a few yards away and on one occasion, the vibration was so bad that it shook the bed. Bring ear plugs. 2) the walls and floors/ceiling are paper thin. People walking above me sounded like a herd of elephants and I could hear the conversation in the room next door. 3) furnishings look really tired. Lots of dents and scratches and paint peeling off furniture. Overall, an average property in average price point.

We arrived at 9pm and there was no one at front desk for about 10 minutes. And there were two people also waiting for help to make complaints (not a good sign.). Hotel was fine— not as nice and clean as other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. The breakfast also was not as good as others.

Great one night stay at this property. Rooms were clean, and breakfast typical of a Hampton Inn. Best part of our stay was the check in process…not only was it fast, but the staff member named Lovely was super friendly…very welcoming…and a pleasure to deal with. Hampton Inn is lucky to have her.

This is a very well-run hotel, and they make a real effort to make it comfortable.It is not a place for visitors without a car. Restaurants across the street from the hotel are inaccessible - there are no crosswalks across Ulter Drive. The hotel has no restaurant so dinner options are Taco Bell and an Applebees a few blocks away, or delivery services. The rooms also lack a comfortable chair other than a desk chair, and cups are all paper - no glass. Bright lights in the parking lot meant we had to keep blinds drawn at night, so no natural light to wake up to. Next time we'll stay closer in to town.

Nice hotel with a friendly greeting when I arrived. Check in was fast and easy. Room was nice as well - but for me the bathroom sink/counter was too high - meant for a tall person. The sound of the refrigerator was loud when it was time for sleep. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. I was disappointed that the potatoes were cold and hard.
