At the time of the review, the lobby and front desk are under renovation but the staff are very helpful. Rooms are wonderful with many amenities. They are clean and spacious as well. Hotel is clean and looks new on both the inside and outside. There’s an amazing food cart just a few steps away from the front door. I would love to stay here again.

Extremely loud lobby party when we arrived around 11pm ready to sleep after a long flight from UK. Frustrated there was no lobby access without a key (and no way to get a key until you check in), so we stood outside for a few minutes until another guest walked by and let us in. Breakfast was pretty bleak, so we went off site for that.

Great choice for a layover and a concert/game at Citi Field. Has an airport shuttle which I didn't realise until the return to the airport, but this was very convenient at 5am when I needed it! I would stay here again. Enjoyed a quick dinner in the restaurant and had the best greek salad of my life - it was HUGE and delicious.

Although the hotel was undergoing some construction, it was still nice and clean. Hotel restaurant has great food and the portions are abundant. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel bartender, Louis is a true gem.

We stayed here because we had a late flight in and a really early flight out We used Lyft to get into the city and it was seamless The hotel was very clean The ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly even at 430am ha The room was very clean and quiet We were in a corner room on the second floor The staff was kind and happy We had everything we needed and the food truck next to the parking lot was excellent We will definitely come back Oh and it’s only a 5 min drive to LGA

This hotel is conveniently located near LaGuardia Airport. It’s clean and feels quite new. The rooms are typical Marriott size with everything you need for a short stay. I didn’t use the bar or cafe but they looked inviting and the menu was good. The room faced the airport and major road but I didn’t hear any noise!

Wonderful unique rooms. Great bed and shower. Clean. Big windows. It is an airport hotel, so can be a bit noisy at odd hours. Decent restaurant. Nice employees. We would have liked a comfortable chair in the room, but overall comfortable. Punctual and polite shuttle service.

This is a plain, bare bones, nothing at all special hotel that makes no attempt to up their game in any way. Rooms are small, bare but comfortable and the front desk staff rude and cold. We stayed the night before down the street at the Doubletree which is also strictly an overnight shuttle hotel to LGA and at the same price that hotel is a zillion times nicer.

We stayed at Aloft due to an early flight out of LaGuardia. The hotel was clean, beds and rooms were comfortable and amazingly quiet given that it is almost on airport property. Shuttle to the airport took 5 minutes. I would stay here again or other Aloft based on our experience.

Pros: Very close to the airport. Within walking distance. Safe to walk to the airport. Secured lot. Cons: The staff did not seem overly friendly. Just kinda there and to a point where we almost felt we were inconveniencing them. There was a miscommunication about what for to go to for shuttle pick up. The room looked nice but it was too dark/not well placed lighting. My husband’s light above his bed kept flickering.

The hotel is not worth the price I paid for the room. I was given a room on the 3rd floor which was right outside the neon sign for the hotel. Chair in the room was broken. The person at the front desk started helping other guests while I was checking in. Unprofessional.

The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was also large relative to the whole room size. Staff was very friendly and prompt in helping. The shuttle service to the airport (LaGuardia) was a convenient service, which, they said, runs every 30 minutes but seems to run more frequently, and it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes from and to the airport C Terminal (Delta).

The staff was overworked and so checkin was slow. The hotel is aging. There was a surprise $35/day charge for parking with no discount for hotel guest. No benefits for Bonvoy members. Poor lighting in the lobby. Upper lobby door was locked and it took a minute for someone to respond to door bell.

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents whose flight got cancelled. The girl at the front desk and shuttle driver were amazing and helped my parents get to the hotel in a quick manner. While there they helped them with new flight details and overall supported them. I’m forever grateful that they were there to help when I couldn’t be! Thanks to the staff for their excellent customer service.

Check in was great. Staff gave us water when we asked about any complimentary water. Restaurant is a bar type food place and food was good, not great but that's bar food quality. Room was NY style, small but efficient. The one thing that upset us was the coordination of the shuttle. Trying to line up in order was chaos. No one there to manage the line and the unfortunate behavior of people who no manners. If this was managed better, then the review would be flawless.

What I really like about this property is that is was within walking distance to the airport and it was easy to catch public transportation into NYC. Room was clean and it was very quiet. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel and a food truck very near the hotel. I'll stay here again if I come back to New York.

Friendly and helpful staff, and it can't be beat for being near LaGuardia. Check-in was efficient and courteous. Generally clean, though carpet in the room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. Menu offerings at restaurant were rather narrow. Thanks!

Overall, great experience that made for easier travel days. First they (Aloft) came and picked us up from Hertz, saving us time and hassle. Since, we were planning to take shuttle to the airport then get hotel shuttle. And again in morning easy shuttle the to airport. Also, had amazing seafood pasta for dinner, (which is not often said for hotel food). So if ever traveling thru LGA we would stay here again.
