It was a good stay. My room was spacious and clean. I did notice some malfunctions. The front door was stuck open and the elevator was down. I was on the first floor so it didn’t inconvenience me. My only complaint is the second door in my room located in the bedroom that went outside. I did not like that at all and cold air blew under it. Overall, I survived and got what I paid for.

I was there just for the weekend. Overall really nice hotel. Quiet and chill until around 9pm to midnight. People checking in doors slamming a lot. The pool was cold not heated at all. Which was one of our main reasons for the get away with our kids. But I would stay here again.

This property you can tell was recently redone but it is great. Of course they’re still getting everything together after it being redone but everything is coming together nicely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t bad; there was scrambled eggs available daily as well as sausage; during the weekdays there is hash browns and during the weekend there is sausage gravy. Cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels and muffins, as well as waffles offered daily. There was coffee and juices daily as well. The pool wasn’t huge but it was clean and towels were provided. The downstairs vending machine and ice machine were down but 2nd floor and 3rd floor had working ones. The property is next to a bunch of food services, and about a five to ten minute drive to plenty of shopping and more dinning options.

The pool room was freezing and the water wasn't heated. Our toilet didnt flush properly and ended up overflowing so we were moved to a different room. The fridge in that room was broken so we had to move yet again to a new room. The elevator was super slow and shaky.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was fast . The hotel was perfect for my kids spring break trip. They loved the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. However, the hotel could use a little TLC. Ice machine and treadmill were broken.

Walking in the garbage in the lobby was overflowing. The halls smelled musty and there was a soiled towel. Our bathroom door knob was broken. Bed was too soft. Shower had good pressure and coffee was good. Breakfast was average.

The stay was great! However the housekeepers aren’t mopping the floors during cleans and turn over. Our feet was so dirty. I did not inform the front desk but other than the floors being dirty the stay was good.

We have stayed here multiple times for a music festival. There is a mildew smell at one end of the building that has been there since the first time we stayed. Could put a drink on the night stand because ants were on it within a few minutes. The shower control handle was completely messed up and loose making it difficult to adjust water temperature. The door handle for the room had a random screw put in held together with electrical tape. We have brought more friends with us each year and we all stay here. We won't be back. Stayed at several Country Inn and Suites over the years. This was not up to par with what we're used to. The room had hardly any furniture. The walls were bare. The lighting was overhead and cold. There was nothing welcoming or warm about the place. The folks hanging around the parking lot at night did not leave a secure feeling. I waited 15 min. at the front desk to check out and no one ever came. The kitchen staff was running around trying to find some one. I finally had to leave the key and call the hotel later to make sure they have me checked out in time. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel, especially one from a brand that historically was very nice. Needless to say we won't be coming back.

The rooms are big and clean. Also, the staff is friendly. I enjoyed staying here. Also, my daughter showed me how you can log into your email account on the tv and access your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. So, that was nice

Room was very clean and comfortable. Parking lot was very well lit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are not sound proofed at all. I heard both neighbors the entire time. While they weren’t loud and partying, I could hear every word of their conversations. All day and night. The door across from my room squeaks and slams every time a worker went in and out of that area. Which was often. If your looking for a quiet stay, this won’t do it. The pic shows how the door had huge gaps.

In a 3 day stay we were moved to 4 different rooms. First the tv didnt work, then the air conditioner didnt get cold, the next room the air conditioner started leaking the last room the fire alarm wouldnt stop going off. The manager solved this problem by simply taking it off the wall. Even with all this choas i would stay again because of the staffs willingness to make things right. We were given a discount for our problems.

Property was easy to find. Many places to eat within walking distance. Parking for my car and trailer. Room was huge. Was clean. Front desk gentleman already had my extra pillows in the room , as requested. Great job at being attentive. I have never had that happen before I arrived. Thank you. Air conditioner worked great. I had a great stay. Would stay here again.

Very nice since it was bought out by Country Inn, the suites are comfortable and clean, we stayed for 4 nights. Wasn't sure if we were suppose to request maid service or not as we did have out "Maid Service" sign on the door. Ended up having to get our own new towels and sheets that night. other than that very nice and would book another trip here.

My experience with this hotel was great! Only one concern. The house keeping staff did not really understand me and I of course had difficulty communicating with her. She was not mean nor rude. Thank lady checking me in was so very helpful and informative. I couldn’t have asked for any one better.

Property was hard to find. then it didn't look like it was in good shape. elevator was loud and a little bumpy going up or down. Nobody at the front desk most of the times i came in and out of the building. I wanted to ask a question about my stay since i had to leaver early on Friday 9/5 versus on Sat. 9/6 but nobody was available to talk to .

Property was easy to find. Many places to eat within walking distance. Parking for my car and trailer. Room was huge. Was clean. Front desk gentleman already had my extra pillows in the room , as requested. Great job at being attentive. I have never had that happen before I arrived. Thank you. Air conditioner worked great. I had a great stay. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff. Convenient location right off the freeway. The building was quiet during our stay. Not many cars in the lot. The two queen room was spacious; with a living room (with large TV and desk), dry bar with lots of storage, microwave and large mini-fridge and a large bedroom area (with another large TV). The room was worn and tired overall, but linens, towels and cloths were all fine. The mattress was a little bouncy but comfortable nonetheless. Note: This is no longer a Best Western Executive Suites. It's just "Executive Suites". The sign on the building is pretty janky. I hope they'll replace it with something more legit. I can't comment on the pool or breakfast because I was out too late at night and sleeping in each morning to enjoy either. For the price I paid and my purposes (attending a music fest 20 mins away) this was a great hotel.

Surprised with how much room there was at this property. It's right off the highway ... and literally everything is close ... restaurants, gasoline stations, etc. But, there is A LOT of traffic!! Staff was wonderful ... Mini breakfast was good with quite a few options!!

This is a great place to stay in the area. Getting in and out of the hotel is convenient as this is near a very busy highway.

Property was hard to find. then it didn't look like it was in good shape. elevator was loud and a little bumpy going up or down. Nobody at the front desk most of the times i came in and out of the building. I wanted to ask a question about my stay since i had to leaver early on Friday 9/5 versus on Sat. 9/6 but nobody was available to talk to .

This property you can tell was recently redone but it is great. Of course they’re still getting everything together after it being redone but everything is coming together nicely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t bad; there was scrambled eggs available daily as well as sausage; during the weekdays there is hash browns and during the weekend there is sausage gravy. Cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels and muffins, as well as waffles offered daily. There was coffee and juices daily as well. The pool wasn’t huge but it was clean and towels were provided. The downstairs vending machine and ice machine were down but 2nd floor and 3rd floor had working ones. The property is next to a bunch of food services, and about a five to ten minute drive to plenty of shopping and more dinning options.

Mediocre. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve seen in a long time. Common areas carpets were very stained. There was some spilled coffee grounds or dirt, and a dead ugly bug, right inside the entrance doors and we had a bet going to see how long it would take for someone to clean it up. Watched 3 employees look right at it and keep walking. Like can’t someone grab a broom? Must not be there job. Would not stay again.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was more than amazing. They had eggs, smoked sausage, potatoes, muffins, cereal, waffles etc. we didn’t use the pool snacks comment on that. The beds were comfortable as well. The hotel was very quiet as there wasn’t many people there, which my wife and i were more than okay with. My only complain was room 204, the furnace was not loud at all so I didn’t sleep well. Also it didn’t run long so it was warm even if I had it on cool. But we had two tvs and it was cool because there was another room separate from the bedroom with another tv.

The place looks fine on the outside. When you walk in the lobby, it is under reconstruct and dark. It didnt look like a place I wanted to stay. Also, the desk services informaed me I would have to pay an additional $50 just in case we damaged the room. I use a credit card, not cash. Then, the back breaker was the hotel says "continental breakfast." They dont have any breakfast at all! They blamed it on reconstruction. The price should be much lower for this place. I have never had to pay an additional $50 as a security deposit when using a major credit card. I will never stay here again. I do not recommend it to anyone. The hallways were also littered with trash going to the room. We were on the third floor. The only saving grace was it was quiet as they didnt have any other guests.

This property is under renovation so bear that in mind before booking- the breakfast is very limited and barely worth counting and the amenities are also much less than they would be. That said, the room was clean and comfortable with a good bed and plenty of space. The price was decent and it is in a quiet area. It is nothing special, but a reasonable choice if you need to spend a night in the area.

My room was comfortable however it was noisy because when my neighbors are running the shower or using the bathroom I can hear the all the pipes working and the flow of water. Also from the bathroom I can hear clearly the conversation from my neighbors room. It was not pleasant waking up to the flow of water or machinery for the vent working. The breakfasts was cold and bland.

The door handle need to be replace. There was a long screw that had tape around it. The bathroom door stayed wide open if it wasn’t closed. Tv had mostly news channels. Breakfast was not kept up on refilling had to go find staff.

The queen room was set up odd like 2 bedroom didn’t work for me and my family we felt separated from each others. Queen beds felt more like full. Smelled musty on the first floor/modly like basement. Did not want to stay another night just didn’t feel safe

The room that we stayed in was clean but dated. There was no closet to hang any clothes which was inconvenient. The pool is on the small side and was also cold. Overall this was a decent value for the price. I would suggest that they move the lights at the back of the hotel to shine away from the building instead of directly into the windows of the rooms. It made it difficult to sleep.
