We had a mess with a nearby VRBO. Our visit was not planned and so it was last minute decision. The front desk staff was amazing by working through the issues and getting us into a room. Very appreciated

Wondering if this place is under new management. My room was never made up for the 3 days I stayed there, despite me visiting the lobby and requesting it. On my first night there I was confronted in the parking lot by a disturbed person who followed me around the lot. I got a rude and unacceptable response from the employee in the lobby when I reported this incident. I'll probably stay elsewhere on my next visit.

Our room had an ant problem. It's unfortunate when you're trying to get your kids to sleep and everyone on the beach is being incredibly loud.. I mean yelling and screaming until around midnight. Staff was great, ocean view was perfect. Hotel room was not very clean and lacked good maintenance. The screen door came off, staff said it was due to the wind but the tracks were very rusted. Floor looked like it had not been moped, chair had stains, outdoor chair had bird poop and the tables were stained. There is no closet or dresser. We went to the restaurant and the server did not speak English which is fine but we waited 10 mins to order drinks and left. Tried the restaurant again for breakfast and the food was not good. Beach access and views were amazing!
