The staff here saved the visit. They were amazing and helpful every time we needed anything. Which was a bit, since our room cards demagnetized quite often. The room was just OK. The bathroom was awful. Mold on the liner, the tub drained incredibly slow to the point it felt like it was clogging. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn't realize and was rather annoyed with. There was no place to hang a hand towel to let it dry between uses. The cabinet that housed the mini-fridge had a broken door and was hard to shut. The hinge popped off. Reported that. The beds were soft, but ok. The plug next to the sink has an annoyingly bright light attached to it we didn't figure out how to turn off until the next night (push the test button). There were also limited places to hang towels up in the bathroom area to let dry. The hook on the back of the door was just gone. Also, if you are on any floor but the 4th, the people above you will sound like elephants every time they move. Breakfast was ok but always very crowded, and the coffee was not great. The gym served the purpose but the whole downstairs floor smelled like grease just hanging in the air. Honestly, not sure I would return.

The young man who checked us in was super friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, the breakfast was great, the hot tub was nice though the chlorine was super strong and hard to handle for long, my favorite part though was the dog park. That's right DOG PARK not just a small pet relief area but a fenced in area where my dog could really enjoy a well deserved break. I travel with a service dog (a real one not an "Amazon" one) and it's nice at the end of a day of him helping me to stay in a place where he gets a little added perk for himself as well. The park was cute and had an ocean view. The whole stay was a delight

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THEY ONLY HAVE ONE ELEVATOR AND IT TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE TO GET ON AND SOMETIMES EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE ON THE 1ST FLOOR GOING TO THE 2ND FLOOR IT WOULD TAKE YOU UP TO THE 4TH FLOOR WHERE NO ONE WAS WAITING THIS HAPPEN 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. THEN THE SECOND DAY THEY PUT AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN ON IT AND WE HAD TO CARRY THE BABY IN THE STROLLER UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS. WE THEN WERE UNABLE TO BRING A CART TO HELP US MOVE OUR BELONGINGS WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE.
