Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln City by IHG

Building interior and exterior public spaces are dated. Room was very clean and more pleasant than expected. Staff is amazing, thank you! Jeremy was always there with a smile and an offer to serve.

We had a terrible experience at the Holiday Inn in Lincoln City. Our first night the room keys weren’t working, asked for 2 new ones. Those new room keys stopped working, had to have the front desk person let us inside the room. The next day we left and when we came back we asked for 2 more room keys and then those stopped working. We made SURE not to have them next to any phone or other cards and devices to be safe. After those stopped working the “maintenance” guy came up and changed the battery and also let us inside the room since we were locked out once again. After he changed the battery in the lock we got yet again another 2 keys and those worked twice after not working again. At this point it has to be the lock and after going through all of that we weren’t offered another room or anything. On top of all of that the front sliding doors weren’t working and you had to manually slide them open. There is also only 2 ice machines in the entire hotel, 1 located on the 3rd floor that wasn’t working, the other located on the 1st floor. Rooms were clean, but the fireplaces are no longer working, they also shortened the time that the pool is open. It was previously open until 12am but now closed 2 hours sooner at 10pm

You put two senior citizens by the elevator and ice machine (308) which was being used until 3:30 in the morning. Someone broke first floor button so we had to get off on second floor and take stairs (I'm handicapped), I said something to the front desk and they just shrugged their shoulders! Room was fine, just bad area and breakfast was good.

Check in was easy and the lady at desk was very helpful and friendly.
