Hotel is fantastic. Do us the pool, hot tub, parking and breakfast. The only issue that we can mention is the sign for the hotel is hidden behind a tree and we drive past it. Signs could be better. But staff, hotel and property are great and plenty of parking

So the breakfast was good and the customer service was great. My issues were that I specifically booked this for the pool since rental houses didn’t have that option. The pool and the hot tub were out of order the whole four days we were there. It put a major damper on our vacation. Ice machines were also out of order. I get this happens but why wouldn’t you make it a priority to get it fixed? We rely on the pool as a perk for renting a hotel rather than an airbnb. Kids were highly disappointed.

Room was big is was clean but needed some repairs in the bathroom. The jets in the spa were out of order and based on reviews they dont plan on fixing this. Other then that it was quite the staff was nice the breakfast was delicious the pool was fun.. had a great stay nothing that would stop us from staying again.

i’m not gonna lie the pool was very cold and Jacuzzi was out of order.Breakfast was good and sheets were very clean.People that we’re walking in the hotel were very unfriendly.Stuff was okey.

The place is clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room is big and very clean. Beds and pillows were super comfy. I prefer a softer bed, you may not. They were having some technical issues with their computers, so they had to check in guests manually. It took longer than normal but no big deal. None of the ice machines in the whole place worked. Staff recommended we go to a nearby store to buy ice. Not happening. My only other complaint is that the hot tub next to the pool was out of commission. Other than those two negatives, we had a good stay.

This hotel was a problems from the day we checked in. The elevator was broken the first day we check in. I'm ok with taking the stars and we did. Along with the elevator the only ice machine that worked was by the front desk. That night we had a medical emergency and needed to go to the ER. Because we didn't have the elevator the ambulance had to be called. On the way to the ER we learned that elevator did work it needed a key to turn it on. The graveyard front desk boy did help us get back to the room after the ER visit. Next we decided to go swimming the next day. We got our kids ready to find out the pool suddenly was empty and "under maintenance". We were given no warning about the pool being closed. Even the front desk person didn't know this was happening. The next day the pool was still empty with no information given about when it would be open. By day 3 we talked to the manger Shane. He just gave us the costumer service speech and didn't care helping us. Because we booked through Expedia he said he couldn't help us. But he did offer a free sneak for our kids. I told him that it would have been nice for a heads up about the pool. He told me they did sent out i formation and must of missed us. We did found out there was a open house at the hotel and they this was why they were cleaning the pool. I will never stay here again!! And along with the other people that demanded refunds at the front desk because of how bad their say was!!! This hotel was terrible!

Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room was dirty and the toilet leaked brown sewage onto the bathroom floor. Then my daughter who is 17 and I went to enjoy the hot tub at 10:30 because the pool area was open to adults until midnight and I was told that my daughter needed ID to go into the pool room. If she’s old enough to drive and have a job she should be old enough to go into the pool room. The man that approached us that worked there at night was extremely rude and aggressive. We won’t be staying at this facility ever again.

The breakfast was pretty good. The room looked clean at first glance but the carpet was so filthy that if we walked barefoot, or feet were dark BLACK on the bottom within a minute. Pretty gnarly.

This was my families second stay here. In 2024, the building was very well maintained, the room was perfect, the dog bathroom area outside was clean, and maintained. My stay in 2025 however, was not as great. You can tell the manager at this hotel is using the holiday in express name to charge high prices, when the quality of the hotel does not match that standard anymore. The room was filthy, stains all over the floor. the property in general looked ran down. the dog area was covered in dog duties. and hadn't been up kept in a very long time it would seem. The only great part of the stay was the perfect breakfast. this was the only spotless, clean, and maintained area in the building. great food as well. I will not be staying here again, this hotel doesn't hold up to holiday in express standards.

When we checked in the women at the front desk was nice and helpful…… when we got into the room there was food all over the floor which told me they didn’t vacuum from the last person in the room… the bathroom was full of hair in and out of the shower… we went to the hot tub which was full of little pieces of floating things(looked like little pieces of toilet paper) gross…. We only were given 2 towels and there was 5 of us so we called and asked for more and the rude women at the front desk said “honey you need to come get your own stuff” so when my son went and asked for blankets and pillows for the pullout bed he was given sheets and told “ we have no pillows or blankets and you can only have 2 towels because we don’t have any.” Odd since they were not fully booked and it wasn’t that busy! For the price we paid it wasn’t worth it with the rude service and lack of anything like a simple pillow l… stay somewhere else Breakfast Also was very lacking.

All the ice machines were out of order. There were no in room movie rentals, I paid extra for an ocean view room and they had window treatments that were permanently down and if you got right up to the window and looked through the trees, you could see a little tiny bit of the ocean, the main view was parking lot. The employee's seemed nice, but the property was way overpriced for what you got. I will never stay there again

First we got to the hotel and we are supposed to check in at 4pm so we got there a little after too and they told us they were running behind and they gave us the room until almost 7pm I don’t think it’s fair, we didn’t get to rest or use the facilities as much as we would of liked it, the AC of the room did NOT work so it was really hot and they couldn’t changed us because the hotel was full, so it was really hot and unpleasant, they told us they were giving us a discount so we were going to get money back due to te issue and we never did.

The staff at check in was super friendly. We had a bunch of families there for a volleyball tournament. They helped us gather plates and napkins, turned on the lights and tv in the breakfast area. Would definitely stay again.

The boy at reception counter said I was self pay after expedia already charged me. Then he said my card didn't go through, I asked, will I be double billed he said no. No wash cloths or hand towels in room. I paid AGAIN. After leaving. I called and explained to another girl at reception that I was charged extra after checking bank account. The manager had popped in and stated that it would be addressed. The next day there was ANOTHER charge for the room, instead of it being taken off. I'm beyond frustrated. Still NO RESOLVE, MY MONEY WAS TAKEN BECAUSE OF SOMEONE BEING CARELESS I was charged 83.17 two times, 33.17 once and then the typical 50 deposit. I was disrespected and disregarded. In a storm, I might add. STILL NO RESOLVE

Staff seemed more concerned about what they were working on instead of attending to guests. When we checked in, the front desk attendant finished working on her computer before she even acknowledged us. She could have at least said ‘I’ll be right with you” Same thing at check-out. The two staff members were giving each other end of shift report and finished what they were talking about with no acknowledgment of us. After turning in our keys, there was no mention of how things went, did we enjoy our stay, nothing.

Terrible treatment by staff and manager when trying to change our trip and leave 1 day early. Couldn't print us a receipt when checked out (really?) and charged for a night we didn't even stay. We stayed here for the celebration of life of my sister. The flowers for the memorial were mistakenly delivered hours before our check in. But the staff kept them in safe keeping until we arrived. Even brought them up to our room.

The first time we tried to check in, we were told our room wasn't ready yet and that we would have to call the hotel to see if it was ready later. We've never been told by hotel staff that we'd have to be the ones to call to find out when our room was ready, but ok. I try calling later, two different times, only to be put on hold and forgotten about. Finally we decided to drive back to the hotel to check. There was only one person at the counter checking a continuous long line of people in, so it took about 30 minutes to finally get room keys. I had spoken to someone about a top floor room and was given 1st floor instead. This hotel clearly doesnt have enough staff, and the staff they do have dont seem to be trained properly in hospitality. The only positive thing I can say was that the girl that checked us in was polite and trying her best, but while i was standing in line i noticed her put multiple calls on hold, only to forget about them. After checking in we realized that the ice machine and hot tub were both out of order. Incredibly sad that we spent a ridiculous amount of money on this hotel.

We have stayed here many times! I like the location, its up out of town, not on the busy highway! Close to the casino, Within walking distance to some stores! And resturants! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, I recommend this Hotel for comfort and hospitality!
