Siletz Bay Beachfront Hotel by OYO Lincoln City

The only real positive for this place is the proximity to the beach. I think it is in need of a good deep clean and update. The beds are not very comfy. Pillows are horrible.

The jacuzzi was broken, when we told staff they laughed and said we didn’t know how to use it. It was actually leaking, meaning no pressure to make the jets work. Then when I called back to speak with the manager, I was told because I booked through a third party they couldn’t refund me. She also informed me maintenance said the tub worked just fine which is comical as I sent the guy working the front desk the video of the leaking tub and the jets not working. There was shattered glass on the floor. The carpet was torn up and had tape residue. I would NOT recommend this place, could spend the same amount on a much nicer place. Laid my grandmother to rest Friday night and wanted to celebrate her and mother’s day Saturday. My mistake.

The room was clean and all items working. The complimentary breakfast has good choices, but not hot foods. Make your own waffles. Great view of Salishan Bay and partial ocean. Easy beach access. some local shops with- in walking distance. Parking lot have small spaces. Some Handicap. Not great room for larger vehicles.

If you want to sleep, request 4th floor. We had kids running all night until 1pm.

Okay overall, I think it's just a reminder that we can talk about it more often than not...
