Any time i came to visit my daughter at college i stayed here. Clean, welcoming and jusy overall relaxing experience. This weekend was my daughters graduation and my father had an issue at another hotel with his hotel/room (not ADA friendly). I had not yet checkeed in but called in a frantic if they had a spare room. They did and ADA compliant. They sincerely helped make our weekend. Im sad ill probably not stay there in the future but hope this review helps that location stay in business.

The location is easy to get to, close to my destination, and clean. The front desk attendants were prompt, friendly, and helpful in pointing out nearby eateries. The pool and hot tub were also clean, not crowded, and relaxing.

Great location, plenty of parking. Clean areas, friendly staff & excellent breakfast, these were all the pluses of this hotel. We also appreciated the full size shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Unfortunately there some minuses, beds not that comfortable & small, room a/c very noisy so much so that it woke us up every time it came on, therefore we did not sleep well. Towels pretty thin & hard also.

1. For paying close to $400.00 a night for the room, I was very surprised that no housekeeping was done after my first night. The bed was not made and the bathroom not cleaned. I could perhaps expect this at an Econo Lodge, but not a Hilton affiliated brand. 2. My room was #322 located on the end of the Inn away from Route 11 but next to Independence Blvd. The locals must have had drag races on the road and the noice from loud engines and squealing tires went on until near midnight making getting to sleep very problematic. 3. Desk staff were very welcoming and polite as were staff serving breakfast.

Property poorly maintained in the rooms. General area looks good but somewhat dated. Rooms are in poor condition. First room I entered had wallpaper peeling off the walls, water damage all over ceiling, large stains on sofa and stickers from a Qtip box on the mirror. Upgraded after speaking to front desk, next room hairs on the sheets, sagging sofa and smelled of smoke. Just Awful and paid hundreds, yes hundreds for the room and could not wait to get out.

Absolutely love the location, the cleanliness, the room, the quietness. I rated it a 4 star only because the room didn’t have a closet or iron in the room. I’m so use to hanging my clothes and I needed an iron the next day. I’m sure I could’ve asked for one but I’m so use to them being available in the room especially for the price per night on a weekend. The bed was absolutely comfortable and the bathroom setup was my fav.

This property is clean but super outdated rooms are big but have terrible lighting and furniture looks like it’s 15 years old in the rooms. Definitely won’t stay again the only plus side was the breakfast.

Great customer service! I didn’t realize that I had left items hanging in the room closet until the front desk called and let me know. Luckily, I was still in the area and was about to head back and get the clothes. I live 4 1/2 hours away, without their quick thinking it would have been a nightmare!!
