Pool open later than other hotels, breakfast included and gym. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were kind and helpful, despite there being one person for the breakfast area and the reception desk often had a line. I appreciated the upbeat attitudes of the employees. Sadly, the pool heater was broken and we could not use the pool, but that stuff happens. The hotel is hidden in an industrial park, it was a little hard to find at first, but nice that it is tucked away. The only thing lacking was ventilation in the bathrooms, they didnt seem to air out after showers and stayed wet. Overall, i would stay here again.

Last minute booking. It was easy, my kids loved the pool. Room was clean and enough room for all of us.

The hotel is very new and nice inside/out. Has a pool and gym. Few eating options in the region however the on-site breakfast is excellent.

The room and staff were perfectly fine, but the main reason we chose this location was that it has an indoor pool which would've been perfect to keep our 4yo busy and tire him out. When we checked in we found out that the pool was empty and being repaired. This information should've been made clear on the website instead of being advertised as a feature.

My only complaint was that the "heated" pool was not heated. Only the room that it was in was heated. I would recommend that breakfast be served until 10am instead of 9am. We are not all early risers.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Beds were kind of hard, so we didnt sleep too well. Pool was cloudy but could smell the chlorine. Breakfast was excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like is that it still says and shows online that the have a hot tub and they dont

I had to get my family up and out of bed at 630 am, and leave when I realized there were bed bugs in our room. We got in late the night before, and I forgot to inspect things. The front desk told me a manager would be in touch with me as soon as they arrived for the day, and nobody ever called. I had to spend a day of our vacation laundering all of our clothes as well as throwing out our pillows that we had brought with us. Really shocked that the manager couldn’t even take the time to call us back as at this point it’s been well over 12 hours. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

The hotel was located in a very rural area, with restaurants about 15 miles away. The property was clean, and the service was good. However, the only issue was that the comforters were older and had visible stains.

The hotel location was perfect for our itinerary. It was clean and comfortable. It is a quiet hotel. The room just had a bit of a musty smell.

When we got settled in our room, 2 roaches ran across the night table. When we opened the bed there were black body hairs on the mattress as well as dirt particles. We had to go to a wedding rehearsal within the hour. We got out as quickly as possible and moved to another hotel. We are sorry that this was our experience. We are not ones to every complain but roaches and dirt are intolerable. Thank you. We hope this will help to get the situation rectified.

The beds were comfortable and so we slept well. But there is a defective parking lot light outside the room window that flashes on and off rapidly all the time (all night). It's mostly blocked by the window shade, but not completely. The front desk person was a bit distant and uninterested in a request.

No hot water, and TV is fuzzy and goes in and out Travel 10 more miles to something cheaper and better

The property was great for our 2 night stay. The rooms were clean. Air conditioning/heat worked great. The free breakfast had a good selection and was replenished frequently. . The staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the beds being uncomfortable and the pillows being small.

Kudos to the staff! They were friendly and attentive 😊 our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The area is pretty obscure though. But all in all, we had a great experience.

Clean hotel, nice place. Good breakfast, staff was fine. If I had a complaint it would be that the walls must be incredibly thin because we could hear toilets flushing and every single word of conversation from the people staying next to us. Like even turning on the tv, we could hear it as if it were in our room. Speaking of the tv, it also was lousy, no guide to see what channels they had or what programs were on, it was fuzzy and a very bad picture as if the tv was broken. One last thing, if you need a gas station/convenience store or restaurant while you stay there, be prepared to get back in your car and drive to the nearest town

They put us in a room with 12 inch toilets .I am 5 8" and my husband is 6 3" very strange, the heat is eiter on or off no in between . Very spacious clean but verquirky.

Did not honor reservation because I lived too close. Upon arrival, they google mapped my home address, and would not allow me to check in because I lived just under 50 miles away. The reason for the policy is they have trouble with locals doing drugs and prostitution there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Roof replacement in progress that then turned into multiple flooded rooms. We lucked out no water issue but continues pounding and banging from clean up. Front desk didnt do anything to explain issues or compensate for the inconvenience

Everything was wonderful about our stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff accommodating, and we were able to get a good nights rest. I like the fact that checkout is at noon. Most hotels make you check out at 10 or 11am. We will definitely stay in another Country inn and Suites when we travel.

Everything was going ok until my party was approached by an, misinformed Manager named Francesca Rivera I only post her name because she asked me to make sure to get it right when reporting her . We had a service dog with us in our party and obviously Ms. Rivera does not have an understanding of not only PA law but the ADA act set to protect men and women who suffer and need their assistance. We kindly offered our service dog ID and explained the law to her stating all we are required to do is let her know she is a service dog and what she is trained for. She then proceeded to tell us we would be charged a fee on our room for the dog. We continue to let her know she was misinformed offered a card and phone number for her to call and she continued to be argue the facts . After asking to speak with something her up she became more abrupt. Eventually we did speak with someone else Natasha who tried to assure us she would deal with the situation.even after Ms. Rivera was explained the law she refused to acknowledge her wrong doing and just kept making excuses for her actions. This is not a person that should be representing any establishment that deals with the public. I understand being misinformed and thinking you are doing the right thing but failure to absorb and understand your mistake is not something you can teach. She should not be allowed in her position for I am sure it’s not the first time she has treated a customer in that manner since she actually was laughing.

Front desk lady a bit rough around the edges ….but the lady cooking the continental breakfast was extremely kind. The pool was very nice. But I believe the eating area needs updating ……..overall it was a pleasant stay

Very nice staff who catered to all needs and were very pleasant when it came to issues we had with the room.

The 2 ladies that were working the front desk when we arrived (March 28th at around 9pm) were very helpful and easy to deal with. They made us feel welcome for the entire time we stayed. We will definitely be back to stay there again!

Very convenient off I-81, but not well lit entering and leaving the property at night. Otherwise a great place to stay. Breakfast was really good and the welcome packet with snacks and water was a real plus.

The entrance to the facility was not marked and hard to find. Also no light at entrance.

The property was clean and presentable. More signs and lights are needed to get to the property in the dark.

Very clean and newer property in an empty business park. Nothing close by.

Was very pleased with the hotel. We arrived at night and we missed the entrance from the road due to poor signage (very small logo, only sign, no arrow, no words saying enter here, etc.) There was no other entrance and we had to get back in the highway and do a 12 mile u-turn to try a second time.

Came with the kids, and none of us wanted to check out. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was to die for. Heated pool in the dead of winter? HELL YEAH!

i chose this property about 30 minutes before i arrived as i was on a motorcycle all day in the 90+ degree ride and i was beyond tired and exhausted and just wanted a reputable property with food options within walking range. found out that was not reasonably possible and I didn't want to get back on the bike. so no food and there wasn't even a vending machine with anything, oh well. i had a bag of peanuts and that had to do. i settled in with a drink from my carrier and trued to watch tv, but no remote. the desk (after much begging) had one spare. unfortunately, it needed a digital genius to manipulate, but after the staff tried it sort of worked for all of 10 minutes then kept cutting me out and only sent me to utube and half the offerings were pay only. i gave up. the "free" breakfast was terrible. hot pieces of sliced hot dogs and a sort of egg thing that was obviously pre-made and tasteless and needed every seasoning to make it palatable, but that didn't even work. coffee was ok. water pressure in the shower was low, but whatever. was very gald to get out of there and I'm sorry, for I've had better experiences at these radisson properties

Very nice hotel, love the fireplace area in the lobby. Breakfast area was clean and constantly re filled. Bre from the front desk, and the two women running breakfast were the nicest people.
