They had a laundry facility onsite, which was beneficial.

Rooms were clean and there were good in room amenities. The closest drink vending machine and ice machine was out of order. One elevator was out of order. The television in my room was out of order and none of these got repaired during the four days I was there.

Restaurant and bar on site. Free parking. Spacious and clean room. So comfortable.

The hotel is next to a shopping plaza. It is so easy to get whatever you need during the stay. Costco and other convenient stores are also within 5 min driving distance. The hotel offers self-service laundry with 2 dollars per load. It is so convenient and accessible.

The weather was nice and warm but unfortunately the pool was closed and unavailable to guests!

I liked the layout of the property ie the location of the pool and parking.

The staff were very friendly. The facilities were very clean and presentable. The gym was sufficient for a nice basic workout.

Elevator not operating. Sink in room had faucet handle coming off on hot side.

Good location. Brunch was good. Very comfortable beds and linens. The carpets are very old and smelly.

We stayed for one night for a Navy sub reunion. Upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly but also not rude…just matter-of-fact. We got our keys and I went to our room while my husband went to the reunion room. Could not open the door to the room. It flashed green but then wouldn’t open until it flashed red. I had to walk with my luggage all the way through the hotel to the front desk (our room was almost to the back of the hotel). For a person in good health it wouldn’t have been a problem but I’m not and it took a lot out of me. I explained to the same man that my key wasn’t working. He said I needed to pull up on the handle…I don’t stay often at a hotel so I’m not sure when that changed. So that worked…I’m in the hotel room and it’s a very spacious and comfortable room. It was weird the there were doors to the bedroom from the tub but to each their own. We had dinner with the reunion. I don’t eat very much but what we were served was not very good. My husband said it wasn’t too bad but if it wasn’t because of the reunion we would never eat there. The chicken was grilled way to long. I left early to go to bed. I pull back the covers and the top sheet is dirty. I’m exhausted and ready for bed and not being in good health so my husband my husband left the reunion to go to the front desk. They gave him a sheet for us to change our own sheet! I would never stay again…definitely not worth the money and no one offered a refund.

Friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable room

Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. However first 2 rooms we were placed in both had dirty sheets, third room was very dusty and had been poorly cleaned as well. Great coffee though....

Disappointed in this stay. We grossly overpayed for this room. Room was clean but run down. The shower and tub were very moldy, the towels tattered. There were large stains on the furniture and bedding as well as many marks on the walls. The air conditioner whistled the whole night and the door was paper thin so i could hear other guests talking in the hallways and playing music in their rooms. I also had to get up in the middle of the night to fix the toilet at one point due to a leak. The pool area was okay but even that showed its age. There were a lot of cracks in the concrete and numerous lights in the courtyard were broken. It wasnt the worst room ive stayed in by far but considering the price ($170 all in), we should have paid half of what they charged. The property was probably nice at one time but this hotel is old and on the end of its life. I would only recommend if you find a great deal (~$100) and are looking for a budget stay. On the positive side the staff were friendly, especially at the restaurant.

Our room was cleaned daily! It was a very comfortable stay away from home!

Food option buffet was great offered during the weekend. The room was ok. The curtains weren't black-out, fire alarm wasn't service (my husband had to replace the battery), roaches greeted us, the shower head was broke along with the handle, and the shower walls were dirty.

Wonderful place to stay. Will stay again when in Charleston. Nice clean room friendly staff. First time at this hotel and very pleased with stay.

Very nice hotel. Super big rooms and very comfortable beds. Room had a nice sitting area with two comfortable chairs. The only suggestion I have is that the coffee needs an upgrade. You provide Keurig coffee machines so why not provide real coffee and not instant. As well we had no internet in our room. We mentioned this but it never got any better over our 2 night stay

The property was quiet, clean and well maintained. All the amenities we needed and a convenient location. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the mattress had two valleys indented on each side.

We had a very pleasant stay! We loved the pool and our room was so clean and comfortable. Cozy beds and blankets.

The bathroom did not have a door. When they remodeled the rooms, they could have at least added a pocket door for privacy when using the toilet. Also, our room keys were demagnetized multiple times. This was even while they were in a protective sleeve.

Thin walls

The elevator was out. Not a fan of being the last room in the furthest corner of the hall. That won't happen all the time. Room was very nice. TV wasn't an app tv and also didn't have very many channels. Seems they could make that upgrade in the year 2025.

This place is very nice . It kinda reminds you of a nice Vegas hotel as far as the furnishings and rooms go. but definitely a bit dated. The bath tub is extremely low in the double rooms and clearly old . Also the beds were not great. Overall it seems like it was once a 5 star resort and they’ve maintained it . But it’s just aged

The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Check in was smooth despite arriving late. Very spacious rooms, comfy chairs and bed. TV was a little dated, but connected our laptop and presented a lot clearer. Pretty quiet location, a/c made minimal noise.

Quiet room with a comfortable bed. Only issue staying there twice is the loud hvac units in the rooms. Bathroom clean, hallways clean too. We stay on second floor. Hard to turn left out of the property so be patient.

Amanda at the front desk is incredible. We got a flat tire and were without our car for the evening; she offered a ton of suggestions and help. Amanda went above and beyond her job duties! It’s great to know that southern hospitality still exists

The first room they gave me had not been cleaned. They immediately upgraded me to a larger room. They were very nice and accommodating. I was very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Fan was on desk when I arrived to check in. It was typhoon conditions outside. She gave me a room close to desk and allowed me to leave my car in protected area until rain stopped. I am 79, travelled alone. Fan was and is so appreciated. I always stay with you when visiting my grandchildren. Thank Fan for me!!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and I have always appreciated the cleanliness, comfort and amenities. This stay on New Year’s Eve, however, was very disappointing. At check-in, they did not have my reservation. When I showed the clerk my Expedia confirmation, she expressed confusion over what to do to another clerk at the counter who then recommended she go speak with a manager. The reservation was located, but had to be transferred to their system which took a few minutes more. During the night, the fan for the heating system emitted a high-pitched squeal when it, intermittently, kicked on which woke up my husband numerous times. The next morning, the water in the bathroom would not get hot. We called the front desk and were told to let it run for a bit. We let it run for half an hour and it never got hot. The keys to our room were deactivated prior to checkout time. My husband went to the car to start loading our things and was locked out of the building. I took my key to open the door for him and we were both locked out of our room. I stood in the hall outside of our room while he went to the front desk to get a key that worked. When I checked out, the clerk told me that the key was deactivated Prematurely because most hotels have checkout times at 11 AM, but because their check out time is noon, it stopped working - as if All hotels Work off of an automatic activation/deactivation system. Ridiculous! No manager on duty to address our concerns.

TV didn’t work when we got there. One elevator was not working. Front desk Attendant didn’t really care about anything or us. Decided to start work on painting and carpentry work in the hallway first thing in the morning. Charge $100 night security deposit on the credit card, plus taxes that takes 3-5 business days to credit back.

We were expecting slightly better area and slightly better hotel. The name has inn ans suite in it. But it is not, It is more like a motel. The area is dull. Not much around the area. The staff are not very welcoming.

Our daughter loves in Charleston amd we stay here whenever we visit. The property os immaculate and staffed by the nicest people in the business. Every room is spacious and comfortable and the beds are delightful. The outdoor pool is great for cooling off on a sweltering summer day and the onsite restaurant and bar serve up delicious food amd drinks. Parking is free and ample amd the property is very peaceful and safe. Only 15 minutes from the airport and downtown, it is the perfect home base for anything you want to see or do in the area. Priced very reasonably, as well. This hotel is a gem!

We stay here each visit to Charleston. The hotel is comfortable ….the staff friendly & helpful! Trotters, in house restaurant, is delicious & convenient. The location is convenient to MUSC & the interstate.

Very convenient to downtown Charleston!

Was very convenient fornour stay. Minutes to croas the bridge into historic district in Charleston ad very close to several other areas we visited (St John area for Angel Tree and Southern Living House). Many restaurants in area. Easy parking

Room was okay, a bit pricey for what you get. They offer a breakfast buffet, but for $25. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels, and would expect a more affordable breakfast option given the price of the room.

My only complaint is that the restaurant wasn't open on Sunday evening, and we had to leave our football game to get something to eat. Lol

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to travel to Charleston over the last month and I’ve stayed at Town & Country both times for a reason… this hotel is simply amazing! From the incredible staff to the beautiful hotel to the ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE in-house restaurant, T&C is second to none.

This is a wonderful hotel. No detail is overlooked. The restaurant is famous for a reason and I love the pool area.

Everything was good with the exception of the mandatory weekend breakfast buffet for $22 pp. cannot even get a coffee and a bagel or cereal a la carte. Otherwise all fine.

Hotel was great. Food in hotel restaurant not worth the money.
