I walked in into the room, the balcony was locked for safety!!!! The room was different in the pictures. Pool is closed, breakfast was not free I didn’t like the whole thing so I canceled and walked out

When we arrived the room floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. And also there was a roach running around in the bathroom one night when I went in there And there is no microwave in the room even though there is a refrigerator which is odd for most places that's common The main things going for this place is the views from the top floor and free parking and the shuttle. Other than that, that's about it. It's basically a two-star hotel in a good spot
