Hotel and condo was very clean. Hotel was on the ocean and had beautiful views! Only a few steps and you were on the pier. Very convenient if you like to fish or just want to walk it. The down side of the hotel is elevators are very slow and you have to park across the street. Restaurant on site had very limited items on there breakfast buffet.

Stay ocean front you will regret the Parking! Deck across tge street 3 levels up & sobis the rooftop pool. One elevator in each building, prepare to wait or take the stairs all day. Rooms were immaculate to say the least. Like mini apartments very updated. But bayyyyby... that customer service & check in process was horrible & them resort fees per night! Very far from most stores but the restaurant & pier are remarkable. I would've recommended for small kids. They'd be bored. No breakfast options for vegans, & all pork meat just as FYI

Room had a great view of both the lagoon and the beach. It rained the weekend we were there but it was still nice to be in the living room and look over the area. My family loved being so close to the pier, we walked out on it twice. The lazy river and pools are nice too.

Absolutely Loved staying here. The hotel has an amazing feature where you can text on demand with someone which was a major plus. The only downside is the elevator situation. You are going to wait for ever to get on one especially during check out. Word to the wise, begin checking out 8am-10am. You don't not want to get caught up in the traffic of 10-11 because you'll certainly be bulking up your calves waiting to catch and elevator.

Although this property was called "resort," there wasn't much of resort like amenities. The lazy river was just a swimming pool in a river shape and the heated pools were cold. The rooms were spacious but had outdated showers/kitchen. The view was beautiful and I like being in North Myrtle but the parking was difficult (narrow ramp and tight spaces) and going out to eat required getting into the car every time because there were no real restaurants in walking distance. Overall I will not come here again but will try other hotels in North Myrtle.

The parking garage is to narrow for 2 cars to get around the corners as you going up and down, the gate to get into the private parking section for the hotel was difficult to work they has to have some poor kid sit in the garage to help get people in and people flew thru each floor. The entrance to get in to check in, in tower was was even more narrow than the garage had barely enough room to pull in and out.

Table leg was broken in living area. Customer service wasn’t the greatest. Key cards had issues constantly being locked out of our room on our last day. Also the entrance are on our arrival day was nasty and dirty, but on our departure staff were cleaning the area and it looked much nicer.

We stayed in two one-bedroom condos over three nights. They were immaculately clean! Was very impressed with the sofa bed’s mattress cover, have never seen such a pristine condition before in other places I’ve rented over the years. Very happy with Prince Resort!

Nice resort for our weekend stay. The cleanliness of the room could use some extra touches within the condo. Also, didn’t like that the parking was across the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The person who checked us in, I cant remember their name, but they were so nice and professional. I love the pier and restaurant combo. The kiddie pool and hot tubs could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was great. Rooms are nice and spacious and staff was very prompt and helpful.

Great views of the ocean and beach. Tons of space! They seemed a bit under staffed, the elevators were sometimes so very slow, and the wifi didn’t work our whole stay but other than that it was a great location on Cherry Grove Pier in the North Myrtle area and the apartment was very clean and well stocked.

The room was amazing! Lots of space. Even had a washer/dryer in the room with a complimentary pack of detergent. Balcony overlooking the ocean and boardwalk. Amazing! Loved it!

Nice location and view, but the building and rooms desperately need updating and upgrading. Im not sure how they call it a resort. It didn't feel cozy at all. The view, location, and kitchen is what you're paying for.

I liked that the resort had a parking garage across the street. The unit we were in was updated, and looked clean and fresh. The view was spectacular, and seeing two dolphins playing below was the icing on the cake. We are likely to return.

It took almost an hour after arriving to find a cart to be able to unload our things to be able to take them to our room and we arrived late and no wait to check in. No one helped us to find a cart. I was very disappointed.

Check in was very clunky. There was a trainee assisting me. He was not very proficient with the process. His trainer was visibly frustrated and irritated with him. It came through in her tone and body language.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway and were totally pleased. Check-in was extremely quick and easy. Everyone on staff was very pleasant and responsive. There was plenty of parking across the street at their other tower. The property was very clean and updated. The room was just as described (1 bedroom condo w/king bed). It was also very clean. We could smell that when we entered the room. That is very important these days. Even though it is a family vacation spot it was very quiet and peaceful. We were also given the option for a 5pm check out at a very discounted rate which was AWESOME. We were able to sleep in on check out day, go to breakfast, do some shopping and then come back and check out. We will definitely return and bring the whole family! And I will be referring friends, family and customers to Prince Resorts.

Check in was a breeze, the condo was newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! You can check out with a text. Great ocean views from tower 2. Parking is included with your stay. Quiet area, ocean to the front, inlets to the back of the building. The Shack is a 5 min drive and has amazing breakfast and dinner options. Will stay here again and again and again!

Had a great stay overall the only thing I will say is that the restaurant/bar by the pool was a disappointment. Came in and the only waitress working told us there would be a wait to sit outside which wasn’t an issue at all we were in no rush so we decided to order a drink from the bar but the older lady working the bar ignored us and continued to serve other people who walked in after us and the large group of older gentleman at the bar. Then two other gentleman preceded to sit themselves outside. Not the waitress’s fault but after that we decided just to leave.

Excellent, friendly, and clean. I would choose to stay here again. Pier, groceries and entertainment in walking distance. .5 miles from Horse Shoe-Main. Easy beach access and Cherry Grove Pier. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place or a better convenience. Restaurant and Bar on grounds as well. Access to many amenities…. Pools, lazy River, and much more

Cons: Floor was sandy. Toilet was leaking from the valve. Ceiling fan was sluggish and sagging. Wine opener was broken. Pull out couch was uncomfortable for my 11 year old. She could feel the springs in the mattress. Breakfast was just ok. Food at the pier was way overpriced. One of the hot tub's jets didn't work. Pros: Bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Plenty of linens. Room service came by each day to replenish towels. Front desk employees were pleasant and helpful.
