Was charged $75 for an ironing board that would not fold down after use. It was such thin metal that it folded when any attempt was made to put it down. We left it up, so that it would be noticed. I phoned to ask what the charge was, and was told we broke the ironing board. Had we immediately pointed the cheap thin metal board, would we have been charged. I would hope not. LESSON LEARNED - don't check out without pointing out the cheap ironing board malfunction and getting a receipt. FIRST TIME EVER charged for something in a hotel room.
