Shower head cheap, dirty and no pressure, ruined the stay for the two of us. Plus the cleaning crew left a dirty wash cloth laying on the counter. I was too tired and it was too late or I would’ve left the room instead I got stuck with a dirty washcloth. Beautiful shower, room great terrible review over what would be an easy fix to keep a customer happy and have a great review. Oh yeah, and more importantly, a returning customer.

Bed linens old & tattered, lint balls in sheets made sleeping uncomfortable. Linens poorly made on bed. Pillows smelled foul. All in all, the room was outdated making it look & smell shabby. The other Hampton Inn in Salt Lake City was superb. Staff not too friendly. I didn’t complain about room but certainly won’t stay there again.

Not all Hampton Inns are the same apparently. We had just left a Hampton Inn in New Paltz, NY that was fabulous and have stayed at the one in downtown, SLC, which is also great. This one was pretty awful. Old, dark & not very clean. Upon arrival, we rolled back the covers to see wrinkled sheets with a hair in them. The staff brought us up fresh sheets that we changed ourselves. I booked this location because it was right by the airport and we got in at close to midnight but it would have been worth the extra drive to the downtown location.

The staff was always friendly, the breakfast was tasty and convenient and the hotel was very clean. The only downfall I'd mention is that the bed was pretty lumpy and the person walking around in their room above us sounded like a dinosaur was running around. It was super loud and shook the decor on our walls.

Close to airport, good breakfast, clean sheets & facility but the real thing that made the stay enjoyable was your staff, all were kind and did great, clean work but Keisha your front desk person did an outstanding job in representing your values. She connected with a warm smile, kind words and made that above and beyond effort to make sure all needs were met! Excellent hotel - close to airport and comfortable, which is just what I needed for 1 night before heading down to southern Utah. Special kudos to the front desk staff - my flight in was delayed 4 hours and I got in past 2am but the staff was still accommodating, making sure shuttle was there asap, got me checked in super fast and were super friendly the whole time

Great location for night before flight with free shuttle. Staff is great, friendly and cooperative. Very clean and quiet facilities. No restaurants except one tiny one and a Port of Subs location despite a dozen or more hotels and scores of distribution centers.

Check in was quick and easy. Clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. Remodeling of the lobby going on, but property was clean and well kept. And we like the free breakfast. Most of the larger chain hotels don’t do that anymore, breakfast is usually charged for. We will stay here again.

I thought the gal, who checked us in late afternoon, was friendly and professional. We stayed only one night ,and we took the 4:30 am shuttle to the airport. It was thoughtful that a bagged breakfast was provided since we would miss the regular breakfast offerings.
