This was my third time staying here and I love it. I come here for my quiet getaway weekends alone. This hotel is always really quiet and clean. The beds are amazing. There isn’t really much going on in the hotel, there is a bar and Starbucks in the lobby area. There is a gym, I haven’t used it yet. As a female traveling alone, it’s pretty safe. Parking is convenient and just $10 a day compared to other hotels in Virginia charging $30 and up to park. I just wish there was a pool.

The parking situation…no cash accepted…have to have cell phone to scan QR code or to text. Recommend mentioning this in explanation of hotel stay. Marriott said they aren’t in charge of parking…it’s a 3rd party. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The vents were dirty causing me to sneeze a lot. This could also be because they allow pets. Also, the surfaces in the room, such as the table and night stands were not very clean. There were old spots on the surfaces from oil and drinks. The bathtub still had shower gel/shampoo left in a huge glob. The bathroom mirror was not very clean. I was a bit disappointed red as I’ve stayed here before and this is my first time having any complaints. We stayed 1 night so I decided kit to make a big deal out of it and disinfected the surfaces myself with my travel Clorox wipes. The team at the front desk were very professional and nice. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was definitely questionable.

Very dirty hotel. Upon arrival it was clear my nightstand had not been cleaned as I found a straw wrapper on it. And most shockingly, the vents were filthy and full of dust. I dropped something under the sink only to find more garbage. The housekeeping team is not doing a good job and clearly there is no standard for cleanliness.

Of the six outlets in the room, only one worked, and that is only after wiggling and three of the lightbulbs were out. I could not use my computer in there and I could not charge my phone so yes, it was a horrible experience

No microwave ls in rooms. But we found out on our last night that once can be requested to be put in. The bathroom room doors are sliding barn doors. They're loud and don't do much to black noise.

Mostly, it was good, but there were a few concerns. The toilet continued to run because the innards need replacing and the handle could not be tightened enough. There was obvious water damage on the doorframe of the bathroom. The cups did not fit the coffeemaker, which forced us to get creative and almost resulted in burns. These things should not be happening in a 4 star hotel.

Room, STAFF is number one issue with Asad he wasn’t welcoming at all, unprofessional & unacceptable attitude by all mean. We arrive the hotel at 1:20 AM he checked us in at 3:30AM, at where in this world could such a thing happened. It’s the worst experience we ever had. Rooms where v dirty, stains everywhere in carpet, pills next to furniture, burned sheets & mattress, dust and dirt all the floor and lamps , spider webs in the top and next to the bed, weed smell on non smoking room , it was mess everywhere.

We were very impressed with the staff of the Westin, Tysons Corner. Everyone we met was invariably pleasant and presented themselves with a smile. I have rarely seen this level of the staff presenting themselves as really enjoying their jobs. Your management is to be complimented. In addition, the breakfast was very tasty and at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Heater did not work in my room. I called front desk. Kesha the supervisor of the front desk picks up my first and second time calling. The 2nd time I called telling my room temperature is not going up after the maintenance guys visit she just lets out the biggest sigh and tells me to hold because of customers in front of her. Excuse me? I am a paying customer in a freezing room. You do not tell me to hold. You fix my problem first the person if front of you can wait. I wait good 3 min being on hold and I have to go down in person to get a new room. Not the best experience. Not a good supervisor. Sighing on a customer and sounding annoyed? Really?

We're in town due to the passing of a family member... This was the closest hotel near our family here and we arrived at 3am from Ohio exhausted. Bigger guy at the front desk wasn't helpful and I couldn't really understand what he was saying but I understood enough that he couldn't get us into a room. I called the number for the hotel and got someone who stated he was able to get us into a room and was very pushy about getting us off the phone after claiming he got us a room. He told us our confirmation was emailed to us. Even waited a while still nothing. He gave us two confirmation numbers since no email was coming through. We got our things out of the car and headed in. An hour later and the younger guy at the desk who stunk like body odor couldn't find our booking. By this time it's nearly 5am. The only option the stinky guy told us he had was to book two more rooms and fix it in the morning. We just wanted to clean up and lay down. It was a very very poor experience. The next night my wife wanted coffee creamer and the stinky guy just kind of shook his head and told her to come back in the morning. Really? For what we paid to stay here you're too lazy to get coffee creamer?? Dealing with the parking lot gates were a nightmare and the steps to the parking lot were not safe at all!! The thermostat in our room neither heated nor cooled the room it just blowed air and the vents were filthy! The beds were comfy and the rest of the room was fairly clean. Not worth the $.

I arrived exhausted after a long trip, only to be told my Hotels.com booking hadn't come through. The front desk gave me two options: pay $150 plus deposit to check in, or wait an hour for confirmation. When I asked for a supervisor, she repeated the same thing with zero empathy or accountability. I've traveled to many countries and never experienced such careless service. Avoid this hotel-staff are rude and unprofessional specially the front desk

We booked this hotel as a family on our travels. We have two young children. As we walked in, Veronica, Brooklyn, and Muhammad greeted us with giant smiles. They were very attentive to our family. They immediately handed our children little welcome bags, which they were incredibly happy about. It really made our kids night with cute little snacks and their own little bag. My wife is also currently pregnant, and they catered to her by asking her if she would like a drink of water and gave her a complimentary muffin. It was SO refreshing to feel like a hotel really cares about their guests. This place is definitely does. The human experience and hospitality was worth it all on its own. From beginning to end, it was an excellent experience. The room was very clean, and very quiet. The hotel is very nice inside and welcoming to guests. I would not ever hesitate to stay here again if I’m nearby. This will be our go-to hotel in the area! I don’t often write reviews unless a hotel blows me away (or quite the opposite) but this location was incredible. The room and the staff could not have been any better. 10/10. Thank you for the excellent stay. We will be back!

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we were not expecting much, but the food was wonderful! Well cooked and flavorful. And the service was perfect! She was there exactly when we needed here each time. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was overall a pleasant one. However, we did not feel that it was a "four-star" hotel experience, as the hotel was advertised to be. The amenities in the room itself were fine, but not luxury. The hotel\'s appearance, both inside and out, were again fine but did not scream "four-star." In addition, there were a number of small but noticeable issues that detracted from our stay -- for example, a noticeable tear in one of the bedspreads as we walked into the room, a significant leak in one of the showerhead joints (which required a towel to clean up the water that escaped onto the floor), and a lobby Starbucks experience that was subpar (confused barrista, stale pastries). So again, nothing that ruined our stay altogether -- but also not what we were expecting from a hotel advertising as "four-star."

The room was spacious and neat; beds were very comfortable; loved the "rain" shower head; the water pressure was great (5th floor); complimentary Starbucks coffee pack in the room and also Starbucks Cafe in the lobby; dinner was good (sat in bar area); buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff was very attentive; Great location - we were very close to the Tyson metro station -we were able to take advantage of the hotel's free shuttle service (up to 3 miles) to be dropped off and picked up at the metro station, or at a restaurant. Would stay here again! 9
