Not impressive. 2-story hotel with no elevator? I haven't seen that in a long time. Pretty inconvenient. Front door locked at night - need card to get in. Over security? Side door, near parking, doesn't even operate at night. Old toilet that clogged up. Unimpressive breakfast. Noisy construction next door. Dismissive front desk people. Cheap price though. Not the worst hotel, but would try not to come back.

This was not the property I thought I had booked in the past which was convenient, clean and had shuttle service. I found out when I arrived at the airport that this hotel did not offer shuttle service and the property I stayed at before did have a shuttle. I had to Uber to the property. The place did not feel safe, the furniture was stained and worst of all, there are no elevators. We had to carry our luggage up a staircase. Our flight arrived around midnight so we stayed the first night. We got up early the next morning and did not return the next two nights. We found another hotel for the remainder of our stay. We ended up paying for three nights and actually stayed there about six hours. This property did not meet our expectations for a clean pleasant hotel stay.

A leak in the bathroom made the entre room musty and all the lamps and metal fixtures rusty. The exercise equipment did not work in the gym. The only non-ultra-processed high carb food was apples. Only basic cable.

No elevator, key card did not work to enter side door 8PM so we had to walk all the way the front entrance, then back to the end of the hotel to go up the stairs to the room. One time wouldn’t be bad but we had to do this every time after arriving back. When we arrived back for our second night stay our key cards did not work for the room either. After being replaced we noticed that the towels had been removed from the room without being replaced. This resulted in having to walk back to the front desk and back yet again.

Sticky carpet that somehow felt wet. The sheets and blankets were so thin I was freezing all night even with the AC unit completely off. Toilet was coming off the wall and rocking. Drain in sink missing drain in tub not sitting correctly. There was some type of altercation in the hall after midnight that was loud and the walls are so thin you can hear whenever someone opens or closes a door.

The room was so dirty. Bathroom floor had spills all over it and shoe prints. I went to wipe it up with a washcloth and there were two dead bugs in the corners. The chrome on the sink faucet had water spots all over it. There was stuff all over on the carpet against the walls. Asked a maid to come and vacuum and she never got the edges either. TV had to be fixed my maintenance. He said it has to be reset every time after you power it off. There was a hair on the sheets. And the tub drain isn’t installed properly so it won’t hold water when you push it down. Lots of cruddy patch jobs on the ceiling and walls. So gross. Second worst hotel ever. Got in after midnight and left early for a wedding so no time to get it fixed before coming back for the second night.

The first room we checked into had cockroaches! They offered another room, we went into the second and there was a hole in the wall, food on the floor, and a dirty AC and sheets. We tried to get a refund, but instead they sent the maintenance guy into the room to convince me it was clean. None of the staff apologized and no refund was offered. Don’t stay here.

This was extremely dirty and the air conditioning unit blowing a musty moldy Odat that caused a family member to use their inhaler. The toilet had old urine on the base and it looked like mice may have chewed the particle board under the refrigerator as well as black mold in the bathroom. Wound never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

This property was the worst place I ever considered staying at. The room was musty, there was visible mold, crudely patched holes in the door and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were rotting out. You could even see build up in the air conditioning vents. I immediately requested a refund. The maintenance person asked me to “show” him the mold as if he had no idea it was there. That room was in shambles for a long time and it is downright disgusting they even try to have someone pay to stay in it. If I could post photos, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Although the staff was pleasant, my overall experience was not. When I arrived, I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Then, my correct room's bathroom and fridge was not cleaned. On the second night of my 3 night stay, I discovered several bedbugs. In addition, I wish there were a better variety of breakfast choices offered.

The adjoining rooms allow too much noise. Could not hear our TV over the next room radio. You could every word they said because they talk loud. The beds are so close to the adjacent door, it was not pleasant to her them have sex. We changed rooms.

Good enough for a nights sleep before an early flight. But wouldnt stay there more than 1 night. Bed sheets were stained, and furniture was worn. The shower rod was incorrectly installed so the shower curtain would not stay closed! It just kept sliding down the pole. Good grief!

For a quick one night stay, which is what we needed, it was fine. The front counter was a little rough to get everything setup. The walls are thin so we heard every single person who walked past our door. Plus the lotion container fell off the wall in the middlw of the night freaking us out! Again, it was a fine experience for what we needed but will probably pick a different place in the future.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was in poor shape from walls to ceiling. Was outdated furniture which had some noticeable stains on it. Again the staff was great. Just needs updating.

I was given keys to room 225, I opened the door it was dark I turned around to turn on the light and when I turned back around integer room a man way lying in the bed. He jumped up I screamed, grabbed my luggage and ran down stairs to the clerk. The clerk assigned room 205 to me, I was so nervous I couldn’t sleep. I kept staring at the door and all I could think of is what would have happened to me if the man on the bed would have attacked me.

There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The front desk was person upon check-in was brusque and borderline rude to me, mumbling through basic info I needed to enjoy my stay, such as quickly mumbling the wifi passcode and how to access stairs to get to room (2nd floor). Upon payment from my card, the wrong name was presented as a reserved guest, and after telling her this she did nothing and commenced to check me in, swearing she'd spoken to me earlier about the room, which I never did as I made reservations online without speaking to anyone. Once inside the room I soon discovered the remote never worked for tv--I believe the batteries may needed to be changed, but the remote chamber where batteries would be, were screwed shut. Next, the wifi passcode she scribbled on the card holder never worked after many tries. Just disrespectful and shoddy!! Will never use this property again!!

The staff was so nice and really helpful, especially the woman who checked me in. The area itself doesn't appear to be the safest as when I first arrived at about 4pm to check in, obviously intoxicated older men were wandering down the road and around the area. I definitely would not have felt comfortable walking around after dark at all, but I did feel safe in the hotel. The room was simple and clean and the price was right especially as rooms included a fridge and microwave, and breakfast was included.

Non smoking hotel but smelled like marijuana in the stairwells. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10. Went down at 9AM and over 75% of items had already been put away. No waffle mix, no bread for toast, no milk for cereal

The staff was great. My issue mainly came down to breakfast. When i heard continental breakfast, i was expecting eggs and bacon or oatmeal. I was sad when all there was was cereal and waffle batter to cook in the waffle machine.

We stayed there to get someone to the Richmond Airport. The airport was only 5 minutes away. Rooms were nice and everything was clean. Very disappointed with the breakfast. Not much there. NO NAPKINS! Had to ask for napkins and we were given a roll of paper towels.

The property was good but breakfast wasnt. We told the employee at the desk the the waffle mix had ran out as we stoodd there for about 10 to 15 min no one came to refill so we left and went to the Waffle House around the corner.

Room was clean, furniture in good shape. We had noisy neighbors, but can't blame the hotel. The only negative was the breakfast. It was minimal. One option I liked was pancakes, which I normally love. But these were somewhat dried out, probably because we came in toward the end of the breakfast period.
